Hello, is there a way we can add two separate locations for our participants to choose from on one event?
Hello, Can you book clients in from the back end?
HelloI am encountering an issue related to the unavailability feature in your new platform. Specifically, I am unable to find the previous option to block off specific dates in all calendars.Additionally, it appears that if an all-day event or multi-day event is scheduled, Calendly still offers slots for new appointments on those days. This is causing scheduling conflicts that could be avoided.Could you please assist me in resolving these issues? I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.Thank you in advance for your support.
We regularly have school classes booking our hiking trips with one host. There always are 11 slots period but i havent found a way to enable the user of paying for all slots at once. this is important for us since these are the most important type of customer, should also be in your interest.setting it all up as a group event would only regard the number of hosts, correct? CheersKarl
I would like to have a button for Clients to select where I then have different Events offered. Is this possible in Calendly?
Hello there!Brand new to using calendly. I have integrated 2 google calendars with my account but the times I have scheduled as “available” in calendly are not blocking those dates/times in my google calendar. How do I change this so I don’t double book something and can easily glance at my google calendar and know my open calendly dates? Thanks in advance for the help!
Wondering if there is a way for me to offer specific location options for each day in an event. For example, on Monday I want only Zoom to be available as a location option and on Tuesday I would like In Person meeting to be available, all within the same event. How can I do this without creating separate events?
I do not work a typical 9-5 job, so my availability changes weekly. This used to be pretty simple to manage using the month view under the availability tab. I could select one or multiple dates that I wanted to change and it would easily update. Now it seems to require that I put in date overrides for every single day of the month, one at a time. Has something changed or am I just looking in the wrong place?
I just had to switch my calendar to Outlook 365. It is connected properly, however, I have future appointments that were made weeks, even months ago, but they are not importing or syncing. New appointments are - just not upcoming ones made prior to this new installation. Help?
Hello there, I am new to this community. I’ll tell you my problem. I wish you could help me out.I recently added Calendly to my website. It works just fine and I am happy with it. The thing is, when one of my invitees books an event with me, they get a confirmation email. In this email there’s a cancellation and reprogram link in case they need to modify their booking, but the link does not work. When they click on it, it leads them straight to a “page not found. 404” website. On the other hand, it does allow me to cancel them from my Google Calendar app. Does anyone know why this happens and therefore fix it?
If my client pre-pays for an event/appointment, if they cancel, does the Stripe integration refund their payment? If so, can I prevent this?
I have created a calendar for specific days and hours. Tuesday and Wednesday from 10:00am to 05:00pm. Some people already booked but after each booked schedule, there is a 1 hour buffer, so these times are booked. Buffer before and after is not switched on. Any idea? Thanks.
Hello, Hoping someone can help me with this... My client-facing booking page displays my appointment options in a 4-box grid when I only have 3 options. I’m hoping I can adjust to include a single row with 3-columns as it appears for me as the admin user. I attached photos of the current and desired design. Thank you for taking the time to review this!
Can I use Calendly for tenants in a large building to book appointments for closet installation in their individual apartment's. The client should only be able to view the availability of one or two days and a separate client should view the availability on a different day.
Hi all ! I use calendly for my solo-business : I’m a nutrition coach. People book an consultation with me. I would like sometimes to create myself an appointment for my clients: for example I’m on the phone with them, or during a meeting, and we talk about our next session. It’s not always convenient to tell them “have a look at my calendly and pick a date”. Sometimes I’d like to go ‘OK, I’ve set our next meeting, you’ll receive a confirmation email”And I would like to do so even on timeslots that are not officially available. The ones I keep for myself. How can I do something like that ? Thank you for your help !
When someone gos in and reserves a time slot on my Calendly page, what gets put on my Outlook calendar is only the Event Type Name, but nothing distinguishing the person or company who made the appt. So what I get is a calendar full of the exact same event name, like ‘Checkpoint - 15 minutes’, but there’s no way to identify who the meeting is with without manually opening each event. They are entering their info in all of the required fields in the appt request. It’s a PITA and kind of a deal breaker.Ideally I’d like to be able to put variables into the event title after an appt is made, but only emails seem to take variables in the workflows and it won’t let me create one that does it either.I spent several hours over the past week looking online for documentation and searching this forum but haven’t been able to find so much as a mention of the issue, so am I missing something? I just started using Calendly last week so I’m willing to except I may just not have figured it out. I’m
Hello All, I am having trouble customizing the weekends on the calendar. My weekends are Friday and Saturday, but the Calendar automatically picks Saturday and Sunday. How to change this please?
Hello, I am on Calendly Professional.I want to make it so [link removed for privacy] doesn't book slots that clash with my [link removed for privacy]. People have been booking appointments on both Cals and I’ve had to reschedule them - not good! Ultimately, we will settle on only one link - but in the mean time, is there any way I can make it so that people cannot double-book the calendars? Ideally without having to log in through Gmail to synch the calendars, due to privacy reasons (but if that is the only option, that can be arranged). Many thanks! :)
Hello, I have a event type for different coaches. If someone booked one Coach but now I need to move them under a different Coach, how can I reschedule across “event types”?
Is it possible to have Calendly coordinate availability between three team members calendars?
So we offer Hiking trips with Alpacas and would love to enable our users to book their favorite alpacas “personally”. All 11 animals always go on the trip in a group at a set date & time each week anyway, meaning the group of booking users would then escort the whole group of animals whatever the amount of users is. We have 11 Alpacas each with a name but without an email adress (We could set these up tho :))Is this even possible? What would be the fitting pricing model and event type for this kind of event?I havent found “multiple hosts & multiple guests” . CheersKarl
Once an event is booked by customers, is there a way to hide host names on the confirmation page? There are multiple hosts of an event and the user can book a meeting with any of the team member and their names should remain anonymous.
Hello! A new community member here. Can we set the rolling calendar just for this current week? The idea is they must book in the same week they want to meet. If they want to book for the upcoming weeks, they must wait for the first weekday in those weeks (even though the time slot will be the same).Thank you!
Hi there I now googled and watched many videos and I somehow can’t manage how to do it. We need to have the possibility for people to just choose a day and not a timeslot. So, for example - we can repair 5 Bikes per day (time slot is not relevant). So I just want to show on Monday there are 5 slots open. You only should be able to book a slot without any time, because you have to send in the product for us to deal with. Is there a possibility for that in some way? ThanksMike
Hi! I’ve noticed a few CX orgs (monday.com, Asana, Salesforce) have started offering CS Office Hours on their help center pages (example). Can I create a similar solution using Calendly and embed an interactive scheduler in our Zendesk support center?
