Similar to a client wanting to book an appointment with a hair stylist and being able to view different stylist and their availabilities. Is this possible?
When Calendly sends our SMS notification of a new booking, why is it now saying “multiple Prospects” instead of the prospects name? (BTW there’s only one prospect on each booking)How do I solve this and get the system working as it always used to, ie advising prospect name?
I am new to Calendly, but love the concept. Problem is that I am organizing these events on behalf of my boss, so I’m wondering if I can still use this service??When I create the event I would need to have him show up on there. When I just created a test one, the email it sent said between the person and myself, so I would need the email to show from “Karl Weiss” and not Adam Bishop.Basically, this would be great if I could organize, but he would be there as the host and be involved in the setting of the meetings and the reminder process. We also use his Zoom account, so would be great to be able to incorporate that as well. Am thinking we just need to connect our accounts and everything, including the Zoom account, could be connected? If anyone knows, I would greatly appreciate a response! Thanks so much!Adam
I noticed this week that the email confirmations are very messy. There is a lot of code listed and it just simply doesn’t look clean anymore. Is this a recent update or something in my settings I can change? Below is a partial screenshot:
I keep getting these messages at an alarming volume which I’ve pasted below. In the beginning with Calendly when I saw them I just figured some folks were not computer friendly. However there's been too many to excuse now. I ask applicants on Indeed to copy and paste the calendar link in a separate browser and book a time with me to interview. Many do but so many other email me back and forth because they can’t figure it out… See below What's the point ?“good afternoon i an extremely interested in interviewing with you. The link in your message is not clickable I’ve tried typing in and searching for it still I can’t pull up I’m available any day anytime for interview just let me know when you wanna send me a link to my email I will be ready and good to go Email is ma…..@…..Thank you for your time I look forward to hearing from you have a great rest of the day”
Last Wednesday all the hyperlinks in the emails i set up to be sent out using Workflows stopped working. I reached out to support multiple times, but get the same response “Product team has confirmed this unexpected behavior and is actively investigating it.” Anyone knows what might be going on?
Hi, I need help because the availability is not reflected in the calendar after having edited it, applied changes and saved the new spots
As of the last 7 days whenever I use the Calendly Chrome Extension with my Google Calendar - the calendly scheduler is 1) slow to move and process 2) does not confirm event was scheduled although it appears on my calendar and then 3) reoutinely all on its own creates duplicate events on the same timeslot using DIFFERENT zoo links. This is causing huge issues with clients and customers. I use the Chrome EXTENSION OFTEN as I need to be flexible for clients and often schedule outside of my programmed calendly availability.I have uninstalled and reenstalled the Chrome extension and it did not fix the issue. What am I missing? Is this Calendly issue? Chrome issue? Google calendar issue?
We like to schedule meetings in Calendly on behalf of clients even when they don’t use the tool themselves. We do this so that they get automated confirmation and meeting reminders via email and text and so that it goes on our applicable team member Outlook calendars rather than everyone doing so individually. We have been doing this by going to our own landing page as if we are a client and scheduling a meeting. However, we want to be able to do schedule meetings from our end without consideration of things like our normal meeting buffers we have in place for client scheduling. So while we typically block 30 minutes before an existing meeting, we want the flexibility to add a meeting during that timeframe from our end when we want. What is the best way to do this? Is there a way to create a new event type that is not visible to clients? We tried using the one-off meeting option but we still want to add the client email and phone number so they get reminders. Any best practices
I keep getting “mail delivery incomplete” for a clients email that was entered wrong. I want to delete the email or contact or the meeting request entirely. how do i do that?
Hello, Is there any way to restrict the available times when I share my availability? For example, instead of it showing 1:00 pm, 1:15 pm, 1:30 pm, 1:45 pm, 2:00 pm, 2:15 pm, it could just show 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm?Thanks
I just want my students to be able to sign up for appointments. It used to be so easyNow there doesn’t seem to be any way to do this, and the waste of time trying to figure it out is a real bummer. 1) Where can I edit the beginning and ending dates? 2) Where can I set the appointment length, location, limit to the number of appointments students can make at once -- basically everything I’ve ever used. 3) Once all of that is done, where do I find the share link so students can sign up? Is all of this gone now? Guideance is appreciated.
I’d like to be able to manually go in as needed to show as unavailable for eg. on a day where I don’t want anyone to be able to make bookings through any of my event types/schedules - I use multiple for different reasons/availability.I’d like to be able to do this without having to go in and add ‘Date-specific hours’ option on each individual Schedule to block out days.I’d like to just be able to go to one spot and tell Calendly that I’m unavailable on this day, and all events/schedules will adhere to that.Blocking that time out in my Outlook/Google calendar (I sync with 2 accounts for different businesses) is not a solution as this blocks out the time completely for other types of meetings for those two calendars which I don’t always want to do - I use Calendly to book particular types of meetings for one of the businesses.I’ve done a bit of reading on this and can’t find anywhere this is possible… but maybe I’ve missed some feature somewhere?KindlyDaniel
Anyone else having an issue where after booking there is no confirmation page displayed but the email confirmation/appointment confirmation is sent and the appointment is booked? This just started happening to our team on Friday 8/8. Unsure how to resolve.
I have an online gaming site that has a maximum of 100 concurrent users. I want a customer to be able to purchase for a half day and specify how many users they want (up to 100). If it is less than 100 users, I want a different customer to be able to book that same time slot for up to the remaining number of users (100 users minus how many the first user purchased). Ideally, the second person could enter how many users they needed and Calendly would only show time slots that have that number of users available. Is this possible in Calendly and how would set it up?
I have regular customers who have received previous calendy confirmation emails from me reporting they are going to GMail junk mail filter. They have made no settings changes their side that they are aware of.Has anyone else been experiencing this?
Anyone else annoyed at the new funtion that requires an assigned contact to create a meeting? Also is there a way to get the tile layout back?
The new version of the meetings page shows a vertical list of every single calendar day whether I have a meeting scheduled or not, including Saturday and Sunday. I just need to know when I do have meetings scheduled, which is how the prior version of the meetings page worked.
I know I’ve got new scheduled events coming in, but I’m not seeing the email notifications I’m expecting. Where are they going? What can I do?
I have a group event in about a month.Where exactly can I see who already registered for the event?I’m looking at various options and can’t seem to find it… appreciate details instructions, please.Thanks.
Hello, I have a problem… Everything is set up correctly for the day of my lessons but when people want to book they can’t choose the Friday but I set up it right on my calendar… Can you help me ?
Merci
Email that sent from CalendlyWorkflow with hyperlinkWhat Email suppose to look likeI need help… as you can see in the three photos above, in my workflow I have set up an email reminder to be sent out to people to click on links to watch some videos. At some point, between when the person scheduling the appointment and them getting the email from Calendly, the hyperlinks are getting lost. Including the ones at the bottom of the email to cancel, reschedule or make changes to the event. I have confirmed that all video links work, both through setup of the workflow and on another browser. But the emails are still being sent as plain text and not as links to the videos. I changed the workflow from the email reminder to the email additional resources and got the same results of plain text email with no links to videos.
Is it possible to delete old meetings and events? It would be great to have the ability to keep things tidy once the information is no longer required.
I have a workflow that sends an email after my meetings with a survey. Both the link to that survey as well as the “unsubscribe” link are stripped out when it gets to the recipient. Is there a known issue with emails from Calendly?
