How Do I...?

Every time a meeting is booked, I get an email with the scheduled meeting but no google meet link. it says : ''We couldn't add the Google Meet meeting link to your scheduled Calendly event. Contact your invitees or update the calendar event to add video conferencing details.’’ Any ideas?

Hi everyone, we are on a Zoom and Calendly organization. My own email was listed differently in Zoom than what Calendly was expecting and now it says I’m “not part of your Zoom organization” but yes I am now. So the question is...how can I get Calendly to refresh the Zoom integration so that error message goes away? Thank you, Neil

When I export a list of cancelled calls, how do I export the person who cancelled and the reason? The report only shows "host" or "invitee". It does show the reason if the invitee cancels, but it does not show it if the host cancels it.  We have multiple people that fall under “host” that can cancel and we need to see who is doing it most frequently and what the reasons are in an exported list.

Hello Calendly Team, It would be very helpful to have an ability to duplicate One-Off Meetings.  For example, I have 5 people I need to meet with (separately) over the next 3 days, and the priority of these meetings takes precedence over most meetings on my calendar, so I make a One-Off that overlaps on lower priority meetings that already exist on my calendar. Right now, I have to manually recreate each One-Off. I’d love if I could duplicate the One-Off with a unique link for each of the 5 people. Thank you,Jose

Hello,I am having some trouble with the email notifications for events. Invitees schedule events in their time zone, which is fine, but the notifications always come through to me in Eastern time regardless of the invitee’s time zone (see screenshot 1).I only have one event type, and the time zone for it appears to be set to Central time (see screenshot 2), so I don’t know why this is happening.Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi all, Pretty basic question.  Right now, I assume anyone can go in with the link and just schedule however many meetings whenever they want as long as there is availability.  Is there a way to require a password in order to book a slot?

How do you handle weekends in regards to minimum hours notice?  I schedule interviews with candidates and want to get them on my schedule ASAP!  However, it is tough when someone schedules a Monday morning meeting after hours on Friday or during the weekend. I have adjusted my schedule to block some time which can help, but I want to be available.  I really don’t want to have to put a 2-3 day delay in scheduling interviews as I’ll lose candidates.

Hello! How can I set the another calendar in our another web page? For context, we are using a Standard plan. I have already set-up the Calendar of our Salesperson for the Event Type (Event A) on the main booking page of our website. I created another event type (Event B) for our Sales Head that should be on another landing page.The different event types/calendars are successfully embedded. But the “calendars” attached to the Event B is not the calendar of our Sales head.On the Sales Head calendly view, in the Calendar Sync page - it shows that there are 2 calendars (sales head and sales person). I’m the one managing the calendly and so she made me the owner. Upon checking the calendar sync page in my view, only 1 calendar is connected (sales person only and the sales head’s email is not seen on the “add calendar” upper portion) And so Event B on another landing page shows the calendar availability of sales person and not the head. How can this be updated? I hope my scenario is clear.

I have multiple types of services and it doesn’t make sense to give all my clients the link for ALL events so instead, I have to give them a list of links for the calls links that pertain to each type of client. Is there any talks of being able to create a Category URL to group certain events under. The color thing is only visually helpful for me internally. I’d rather work with Event Categories that I can assign events to. A cherry on top would be to create category settings so that any new event that gets added to that category could take on those event settings/workflow, etc...

I have consigners making appointments for two month consignment periods and currently I manually check if they are trying to make another appointment before their slot expires.  Is there anyway to make it impossible to book multiple appointments during the two month period?  Be aware that everyday starts new bookings that are all 60 days so I would have to be each appointment.  (I feel like I'm answering my own question which is NO). but hopefully yes? 

 I have a 60-minute Calendly meeting for clients set up Monday to Thursday from 1 to 5 p.m. A client booked a 60-minute meeting on a Thursday starting at 4:30 p.m., which means that it will go to 5:30 p.m.. How did he manage that?

I have created an event under my calendar. I am now wanting to make it a template so that I can assign another team member to the same event, however, can not see the option for making it a template. If I just add the other team member as a user under user permissions, the event goes to her account, however, all the settings from the event have not been transferred..

I work for a large university and want to set up mock interviews for students through Zoom. Here is the setup:I have a large list of industry professionals that are willing to interview students I have a large student body wanting to practice their interview skillsIs there a way for me to create an event where the industry professionals can come in and add their availability and then the students can come in and select a time to interview based on that availability? I would love for this to become automated so I could continue it moving forward by just sharing the appropriate links to new industry professionals and new students. Thanks for your insight!

Hello, My team has recently grown and events that were once set up as round robin, but only included one member are showing up on that individuals calendar. I need to add them to a team calendar so others can view the event and the associated scheduled meetings without them being added into the round robin.  Thanks,Courtney

Hello! I Have following Problem: I have just updated calendly to 'Teams'. Subscription and payment was made as I want to install 'round robin'. Now, I want to invite a second person. But when I want to do it, there is a note, I have to upgrade my account again to the next level.. payment another 139$!??

Hello,I have an inconsistent problem. Some scheduled events are not appearing in my Outlook calendar. I have checked settings. I only happens once in a while but its forcing me to take time to double check that all my scheduled events are also appearing in Outlook. Everything has been syncing fine until last month. I have made no changes to any accounts.Any suggestion on how I can fix this?

We have integrated our Salesforce to calendly to send out links to schedule a 1 on 1 appointment with our customers and an agent. But when an invite goes out to a customer to schedule the appointment by using the link we send via SMS and email from Salesforce, at the bottom of the invitation under the section Guests - it has the agent’s personal work email. Is there a way to hide this so it is not seen? 

When working with local time zone, this is not needed, when using widget, the timezone display (Tijdzone Midden-Europese tijd) is present under the day in question. It takes up alot of space and not needed. Is there a way to remove it?
