Hi All! Is there a way I can give clients access to see all the sessions they have booked with me (and to reschedule if needed)? Thanks!

I would like to either display our booking page but turn off the ability to book in new appointments until we turn them back on, or to redirect to a holding landing page that explains to our leads why we are not currently taking new bookings.At the moment, when we change the availability in calendly to turn off all availability so new slots can’t be booked in, the booking page doesn’t view and shows and just displays a plain page with “no openings at the moment” which I don’t believe can be personalised with our message.Can someone advise on a possible solution or if any of the above suggestions are possible?

I’m looking for a way to process payments after the event. Is this possible or only at the time of booking? 

Hello Calendly Community,We're facing an issue with spam bookings for our events, primarily from email domains like Gmail. While I've found out in an older post here that domain blocking is possible through "Routing," I have a few questions:Is there a way to apply domain blocking directly to specific events? How can we implement domain filtering for events linked on our website or in the events overview? What exactly does/can this “routing” do and how does it differ from the events? We're looking for a solution to reduce these spam bookings, as they've become quite problematic. Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.Thank you in advance for your help!

I want to link my calendly with teachable, but I need a Personal Access Token. How do I do that?

Hi, Is it possible to send the booking cinfirmation with the zoom link to the invitees via text? I know you can send text reminders but I want them to have the zoom link in a text instead of just getting it by email.

I’m managing Calendly slots for my colleague, so I create the Calendly schedule that works with her Google Calendar, and then she should be the one on the Zoom call with participants who sign up.  The problem is this means I am the host, and so my colleague (who is not the host) is unable to let anyone into the Zoom call. I have exhausted all forums looking for a solution on how to make HER the host, but cannot find anything. This means that I have to join the meetings every single time just to let participants into the Zoom call and then leave; it’s quite unsustainable.  Can you please advise on how to make someone else the host of a meeting I’ve scheduled on Calendly please? Transferring ownership of the meeting on Google Calendar does not work. Is the only possible solution to get my colleague to create a Calendly herself, meaning I can’t manage her Calendly schedule if I don’t plan on being in the Zoom meetings myself? Please advise!

Dear team, we have set up Calendly with the standard confirmation page by Calendly after the successful booking of a schedule (see screenshot).We just realized that once you click on the button “Open Invitation”, Gmail opens up with some search parameters already applied. The latter ones not giving any results at all.The email with the details from the appointment is there and looks fine, it is just that the “open invitation” link doesn’t really.Could you please check from your side if that is a global problem?I would also like to know if there is a way to remove that button? We like the Calendly confirmation page, but that link is not really needed for us. Even more so when it is not working.Thank you!Best wishesBenjamin

My needs “seem” simple enough but cant figure out how.where to start. I live stream funerals and work with about 30 funeral homes. Currently, a director fills out my form via Jotform, then Jotform automatically adds to my Google calendar. I could simply share my calendar with all these directors but I don't want them to see ANY details. In a perfect world, with calendly can I create something similar but have my display calendar ONLY show a date as unavailable if I am booked? I dont wish to use 2 systems (Google and calendaly) and be fine switching everything to Calendly if I can make my idea work.

Hello, we are having difficulty in the flow Calendly to hubspot.Indeed, we want to collect all information coming from calendly and integrated in hubspot.We use the integration provided. We are able to collect:the fields filled by the customerwe are not able to find or collect in hubspot:The Organizer chosen by Calendly (based on round robin settings, calendly is choosing one of our advisor, organizing the meeting) The details of the meeting (date and time) I guess it is something feasible but, so far, we were not able to find how. Could you help us ?Thanks a lot 

Hello, I have a business email with google. I added my google calendar to Calendly and added it in the conflict section. My google events are all labelled “busy” however, Calendly does not seem to see that I am unavailable and still offers the time slot. Please help!

Hi!I currently use workflows to email a reminder 24 before and then a text reminder 1 hour before. However, I have a few clients that requested texts 24 hours before since they don’t check emails. Is there a way to set something up where I can have just a few selected clients get 24 hour text reminders? I don’t want everyone to get them because that’s just too much. Thanks!

I want to offer quarterly business review meetings with my clients.  These meetings will be 1 hr. max.  I’d like to set up Calendly to block off Wednesday’s from 10am-2pm for these meetings.  I’d then like to create a scheduling link to send to all my clients to book their meetings within this specific time slot to the exclusion of any other available time slot on my calendar.  If they book, great; if not, then I have “free time”.  If my Wednesday's get fully booked then I will have ostensibly a maximum of 3 client meetings per week for a specific purpose and dedicated to a particular subject matter.Important: I still want to use Calendly as I have been doing, i.e. providing a scheduling link in my email signature basically offering impromptu client meetings when/if they feel they would like to do so, but I want the Wednesday 10am-2pm blocked off as though it is NOT available for impromptu meetings.Can this be done?  If so, how?  Thanks in advance for any guidan

We are a team of 5 people and we would like to have a meeting page reaervation page where depending on the day of the week, the meeting is associated with a different person of the team and its calendar. How is this possible? Team account of course and adding this 5 people but there’s this possibility? Thanks

Is it possible to update a contacts email address from my end? I had used my own email to schedule someone else since I didn’t have their email at the time but wanted it to appear on my calendar. When I open their contact the only option I have is to copy the address, not even to delete it. Help! 

Calendly shows me completely busy every Tuesday when I am not and have nothing on my calendar that would cause a problem.  This issue only occurs on Tuesday's. Every other day is fine.  I have cleared and reset all the settings I can find. I've created a new event type. I have looked at all of the help information and tutorials. Nothing comes close to helping me resolve the issue.  If you want me to go back to help, tutorials, video's, articles, etc. then tell me exactly where to go. I've spent more than an hour trying to find my answer by searching blindly. I'm not going through another  wild pig hunt. I’ll just go find another scheduling platform.

Is it possible show the entire teams contact list and not just one user at a time?

I go on my availability to block off time. But the time I block off still shows that I'm available on Calendly. I sync my external calendars but they don’t sync. Is there anything I can do to change that? Please help.

I currently offer times that I can meet with stakeholders, and they can choose to meet via Zoom or Phone Call.  I am on the East Coast and offer some 9pm times to be accessible for our West Coast folks - is there a way I can set evening meetings to NOT have the Zoom option, and only the phone call option (since I am not in the office)?

Why does the ability to cancel or reschedule not respect the minimum notice?I am looking at other services.I have the minimum notice to book set at 24 hours for a reason. 

The New TCR Regulations require that the SMS disclaimer be optional. So there will be a check box added to the declaimer. Does anyone know how this check box can be added?

Est-ce possible ?Pour l’instant, quand je rentre dans les disponibilités, je suis bloqué par le créneau horaire car je ne peux pas mettre des horaires différents en fonction des jours… SI ce n’est pas possible, quel serait l’alternative potentielle ? I’m a consultant and I have one client I’m offering recurring office hours to. I’ve been able to set up the ‘meeting type’ so that they can book on the chosen dates I’ve specified. However, my challenge now is those dates show as open in my google calendar. I had originally placed a HOLD there, but that makes it look like I’m unavailable. Is there a way for Calendly to hold the provided slots on my schedule until someone books them, similar to meeting polls?
