Hello, in what way do I ensure that after a scheduled appointment, I also receive an email with the appointment itself? And can this be done in the free version or do I need to purchase the paid version for this? Thanks in advance!

Where can I find the time and date of a canceled meeting? In the event export, I can see the start/end time of the meeting, when it was created, if it was canceled (TRUE/FALSE), and who canceled it. Now, I am looking for a way to see the date and time of the canceled event. Where can I find this?

These demo invites need to include the SDR and have a consistent formatting. To minimize risk and manual entry for SDRs, I have to create a separate event type for each SDR * AE pairing. It’s tedious. If a third person needs to be added to an event, SDRs will need to edit the resulting google invite or create the demo meeting from scratch. Potential Alternative: Let users select an existing event type to act as a template. This would bring in the duration, location, event description, communication settings, etc. For 1 BILLION Bonus Points: It would be amazing if these one-off meetings could be launched from contact (HubSpot) records such that the prospect email, name, and company owner is auto-filled.

I’ve marked myself as unavailable for a seires of days where I’ll be at meetings. Yet when the client gets the link to schedule an appointment those days still show up as available. How do we fix this? I’m not synced with any particular calendar. I just have them schedule and I get an email then enter into my calendar manually.  

We use Calendly across business development, customer success, marketing, hiring, and customer support. Pretty much anytime we need to schedule a time for any reason. We almost always have HubSpot and Zoom integrated to make things easier ongoing. Here’s how that plays out: Business Development: It starts with a routing form on our demo page. We ask for minimal information, then route the inbound prospect to the appropriate event (and accordingly the right rep) by company size. Reps will also share their individual Calendly links when pitching or responding to inbound leads (they typically keep 2 events on their personal links, for a 15-minute call and a 25-minute demo). Customer Success:  We offer free onboarding and training for everyone, so there’s some automated and personal outreach to all new customers, trying to get them onto on a group training. Then for larger accounts, we’ll work with them 1-on-1 to make sure all their employees/team/locations/etc. are setup as needed. Later

How do you create a better-looking calendar invitation? When I add the privacy statement, signature and such the format and spacing is awful. What can I do to make it look professional? 

From which setting can I merge my different event types into one calender. For example if an hour is booked on event 1, it should be unavailable on event 2. Is this an automated setting or do I have to do it manually? I use standard plan.

My appointments are getting set and into my calendar, however they don't include the invitee email address so they’re missing the events. I can add it in if I notice. However this should be automated. What do I need to do?  I guess its a setting I need to change?hanksAl

We are having an issue where a single event type booked only in calendly is allowing multiple people to sign up for the same time slot.  The emails we received notifying of someone booking were over 10 hours apart.  The bookings are both through calendly same event same time slot two different clients. This has happened multiple times this week and has never occurred before.

Hi - I have 4-8+ event types that are used the most; almost all of them have custom hours. What I’ve found is that since my availability tends to be all over the map in calendly, I’d like to streamline when I’m available for calls, and do an audit on when I have the most calls, most productive calls, etc.  So. I’d like to see all of my availability in a spreadsheet without having to open each event, copy-paste info, then repeat, etc. I want to compare all availability to then streamline it. Any suggestions of how I can do this easily? Thanks!

I just spent two days attempting to cancel a single invitee via an HTTP request and FINALLY got it to work! I just want to make a post so that others know it’s possible. how to customise my calendly page

HiI’ve connected the business Paypal account to Calendly and I’ve set up group Round Robin meetings that allow us to take payment for these meeting fine.My problem seems to be when I have set these meetings up also for individual staff members as one-to-one meetings it’s asking me to connect to Paypal and takes me to integrations where I see that Paypal is already connected.Do you know what's going on here? Why can’t I attach the existing company Paypal account to staff for one-to-one meetings?Thanks

I’ve used Calendly for several years, but once I added it to every email, I saw something magic happen - prospects, friends and customers booked my time without me reaching out to them. For example, an old co-worker may want to re-connect. They find my Calendly in an old email or on LinkedIn and just book a meeting. Also, prospects who find me through a client wonderfully appear on my calendar ready to learn about my services. Calendly seems to be working for me while I’m sleeping. Executives are especially thankful when they can just book and forget. So much of their time is spent arranging meetings. Giving them a link and letting them know that they can book me anytime really allows us to spend more time together.  Some fear that an open calendar invites randos to book my time. That has never happened. I include a pre-meeting question in my Calendly that invites the person to tell me what we are meeting about. Is there no way to have the company logo appear for all users in my organization from the no reply email? (Without them having the users set it as their profile picture)

Is there a way to get a copy of the email confirmation that the invitee gets? Sometimes we need to have this copy to forward a copy to other individuals.

Hi! Is it possible to use calendly to rent conference rooms? The main issue i have is that customers can’t choose the duration of their bookings. I have to setup events for 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours etc.Is there a way to bypass that?Thx!

Hi!If i book an event in google agenda that doesn’t include specific hours (considering it’s an event that occurs all day), i will still be available in calendly. If i give start and end hours to my event, it works well in calendly. Is there something i can do to bypass the hours manipulation? Thx!

A few of my clients have tried to schedule a meeting but my calendar is saying I am unavailable on multiple days even though I am. I saw this issues has been raised a month ago but haven't seen a viable solution for this.  I tried, troubleshooting, I erased all events from my calendar, I tried getting in contact with support through chat - not working in any way (incognito or not) and the issue is present in multiple calendar events I've created.  Any support with this please? As at this point, I can't use Calendly at all.  Thanks,
