Calendy updates my old Google Calendar. How do I change it?
My Calendly account is correctly synced with my Google calendar. So if there is an event on Google calendar, it’d show unavailable in the Calendly booking page. However, I did set up availability slots separately on Calendly, e.g., even if I don't have anything on my Google calendar, I want to set Friday as “unavailable” for meetings on my Calendly account. It looks like the slots I set on Calendly are overridden by my Google Calendar and all Fridays show as available despite my setting. Is this standard? Is there a workaround or do I have to block it on Google Calendar? Thanks.
Currently, you cannot add more than one calendar from an Office 365 account. Is there a work around for this. I used to use an iCloud calendar for the second calendar but that capability was removed over a month ago.
Calendly isn’t pulling events / busy time from my google calendar and not sure what the problem is.
I am wondering if there is a setting to have the appointment reminder emails that are sent to invitee’s also sent to the host? I am currently set up to receive text message reminders to myself, but want to make sure invitee’s are getting reminders. How do we confirm this?
Summarizing again.. this issue persists with our organization. It would actually seem like a very beneficial requirement for lots of org’s.We can’t change the Meeting Host of an already scheduled event, without hitting “reschedule”. However this triggers a bunch of customer-facing emails and notices of changes. We want to “quietly” change the meeting host internally of our team to handle customer demo’s etc. Very frustrating, as current work around is we have to create a Separeate Calendar Event (in a different calendar) and input a bunch of info on what the NEW host will be. This requires the existing host to remember to look at that event before the meeting starts.
I created two events for making appointments. I would like for all events (1+2) that the number of appointments be limited to 6 per day. how to proceed? I have seen the parameter available in each event, but the two do not communicate, so I sometimes find myself with 7 or 8 appointments per day, which I cannot honor.
I have set up a calendly for a client. During the automatic tems free trial, I invited client to be a team member. Big mistake - mine. Now I want to transfer the account to my client. I removed their team membership. On attempting to change my email to theirs, an error message comes up saying they have an account already, so their email can’t be used. There seems to be no way of contacting support for help with this - the link on the contact page sends me directly to the faq page.
Firstly - I’ve read the related articles here and here; I feel like my situation falls outside of the answers provided (or that I don’t fully understand them). Here’s my confusion...While it’s technically correct that I’m unavailable at the times indicated, the fact that it says it’s because of a before buffer makes me nervous that I’m not using this feature correctly or there is a bug here:Calendly view showing that 10am is unavailable due to a “BEFORE BUFFER”My Outlook Calendar view showing that 10 am is unavailable due to booked meeting.
Hi,I know there was another similar topic raised 3 months ago, but it did not solve our problem :1. I connected my Google Calendar2. I booked a test meeting via Calendly3. I deleted that meeting in my Google Calendar4. The slot is yet no longer available in CalendlyI disconnected the calendar and re-connected it...still not workingThere is no troubleshooting report from CalendlyAny idea of how to solve this problem? Thanks!Franklin
please I want to know how i can set my event such that people who want to book today can book not it showing the next day everytime
Hi Community-Probably a simple fix-I am a new user on a free account-I created a specific dates and times of the week and they are not appearing to invitees?I do I display these times?many thanks
Hi, I recently set up my first event but on my 2nd one, the date is different but the time is the same.Instead of over-riding to the date & time I need, it is adding extra times at the 30 min interval. On the event name page with the duration option, this is saying it’s locked because you have at least one booked event. How do I unlock this to use the same time on a different date? Thanks
I have 2 Calendars associated with my Calendly Account: an Exchange Account (Work) and a Google Account (Personal). Can I set up a booking link that only checks one of these Calendars?
I want to set appointments for 3 people to come during one appointment slot (30 minutes) with specifying increments. We work on a first come first serve basis. We process 3 guests who arrive during the 30 minute slot. It’s too rigid to allocate 10 minute slots.
Hello,Is it possible to only output the first name of the event organizer as a variable in the notifications?I have a sentence there "{Event organizer name} is looking forward to the conversation!"Instead of“John Doe is already looking forward to the conversation!”It should just say “John is looking forward to the conversation.”How do I achieve this? Thanks in advance!Dominik
How do I take off the reschedule option on some of our events? Some events are paid for, and are booked weeks out. People will not show for the event and then after the time has passed, reschedule for another event. This takes up valuable scheduling that if it was canceled in advance, someone else could have taken the spot. Or we would like to charge a fee for a “no call, no show”. Is this possible?
How many people can use the calendar to set up an appointment on the free version
If my invitee is outside the US, will the text reminders still work if the country code is entered correctly?
I dont need to start my subscription until 1 November but I need to share an event link in a news letter in October in preparation for the event. Is this possible? Is it possible to select the start date of your subscription?
I’ll preface by stating I have looked through Calendly resources and community topics but couldn’t find a solution to my question. Business structure:➢ We are a mobile massage business. ➢ There are 4 team members (users) besides me (owner).➢ We have 4 different locations in Southern California that we serve.➢ End-users can select their closest location (from landing page / website), we then present the Calendly Event Type link for their booking with a preferred masseuse or we can select one for them. ➢ Each “user” (my team), has been invited and they have updated their availability, as well as integrated their calendar. Question(s):→ How do we create a system within Calendly that helps us create the options (above) and add the right team members to those event types (locations)? → Which process will allow end-users to see all available therapists after selecting their day and time?I have looked at groups, teams, event types, round-robin, adding users….it all starts sounding the same
work as a massage therapist- I have a waiting list of clients and when i get a cancellation and free slot is there a way to reserve it and then offer it out to those wanting to scheadule in a session?? at the moment its quite long winded- changing my availability to block it out for all client base to find, then emailing clients on waiting list, waiting for response and then manually sheaduling or resheaduling them. I know some purpose built salon softwares do this- fresha, timely- but Im so used to calendly now as are my clients Im not keen to changethanks all
I need to document how many appointment spots I had available per event type. I want to be able to capture on (x) date, there were (y) available appointments for the event type. Is there a way to export this?
Hey!I cannot see the meetings booked with my calendly on my Google Calendar even though my calendar is synced with the correct email. I’ve logged out and logged back in both on calendly and my Google emails but it still does not show the meetings on my Google Calendar even though I can see them as upcoming meetings on Calendly.
Once again got an email from a client who signed up using my Calendly link and never received the call-in information email afterwards. I'm so surprised that Calendly seems to work great for everyone and it hardly works for me at all, so I wonder if you could let me know what I am doing wrong. Here's the deal:My Calendly is hooked up with Google Calendar, and from my POV it all works great and people's appointments pop up on my calendar automatically. My google calendar uses my own domain if that’s relevant.HOWEVER, after using it for about half a year, I'd say 40% of the people who make an appointment on my Calendly link don't receive the email confirmation (it lands in their spam, or they never get it at all). The result is, they think their job is done (since they used my link), forget about it, the invite pops up on my calendar and I sit there and nobody joins the call. When I ask why they didn't join, the answer is "I never got the call information" and they reschedule, and still
