We are a jewelry company. We have 2 different event types: Physical Consultations & Virtual Consultations (already live). We have 2 staffs handling both.Questions:1) How to add schedule for each agent separately, map them to the 2 events and book appointments as per their availability?2) For time slots when both agents are available, we'd like to accept 2 appointments for each time slot. Will the system crosscheck agents availability across both forms and determine accordingly whom to assign the appointment? 

We would like to change the google account that the calendar events are added to. For example, the currently scheduled events show up on the calendar of account1@gmail.com. If I change it to use the calendar of account2@gmail.com, are the currently schedule events deleted? I am hoping it will keep the current events showing up on account1@gmail.com calendar, and schedule all new events on the account2@gmail.com calendar. Then we watch both accounts for a while and just gradually switch to the new account. 

Hello,is there any way to move the confirmation button in the reminder email up in the email body?Unfortunately, it sticks to the bottom of the email, why I had to include some instructions, but still people seem to miss it. I would like to place it right up on top of the email body. Thanks Pierre  

Hi, I am just starting to explore, but cannot see if 45 min slots are at all possible? Furthermore I can not see how to block my lunch hours or days at which I am not in the office? 

Is there a way to set up a bank of appointments with different physical locations? For example, on Tuesdays, we meet at Location 1 at 8 am, on Wednesdays, Location 2 at 9 am and Fridays, Location 3 at 10 am. 

On each of my event types I can manually type in a cancellation policy, but is this actually enforced by Calendly? Or is it just a courtesy notice that if someone cancels within x amount of time, I will not refund them on Stripe? I assume all handling of refunds (or lack of) must be done manually by me? 

My Confirmation emails contains details of other meetings that have scheduled for that day - how do I stop that from filtering through?

Under the workflows option - I want to create a post-session thank you email for after the session in order to start obtaining some reviews. How do I work around "no shows" to the sessions - in order for them not to receive a post-session email?

If you create a custom calendar that overrides your current calendar schedule and you send the calendar out with the specific times you’re allowing to override your calendar, if someone books during one of those times, will it remove that time slot availability from others? 

I read through the thread of another user trying to obtain this plugin - so fine, I understand why you want to distribute only as needed - well, I assure you that I need it.  When I first setup Calendly I had Google Workspace hosting my email domain - calendar integration worked just fine - but now I am going to start hosting my own domain using Icewarp.  I have already made the switch for email.  But when I went to change my calendar integration, that is when I learned that Calendly does not support activesync, IMAP or POP.  For now I have switched the calendar integration to my regular gmail account and I access it with Outlook, but that is not optimal because it is read-only.  I have reached out to Icewarp support to see if they have any suggestions - but for now, the only solution I see is to use the plugin - unless you have some other suggestion.I tried to reach you through the contact us link - but all I get is a big white screen.  So, not much help there.

Can an invitee reschedule an event using the rescheduling link after it’s done?

I’m an executive coach who works with individuals and teams and would love to find out if can Calendly show in my google calendar which options have been given to others by email option scheduling  which they didn’t take yet (like notion calendar does) and take away the option as soon it is taken by someone? I would like to see in my calendar which options are offered to others - even if they are not taken yet -  so I don’t carelessly overbook them but I also want to offer the same options to different people and give the first one to respond the benefit whilst taking this option away for others.  I want to give my assistant access to give out options on my behalf via her own email. I am an agency owner and then have an employee whom I’d like us to have one shared calendly link for clients to coordinate client and potential client appointments.  Our office assistant helps manage our schedule and fills in appts when we have people call in to the office to schedule so I’d like her to have access/schedule management as well.  I’d like to create a link that shows our shared availability but not allow clients to necessarily choose who they work with because I’d like to vet with my employee who should take the request depending on our current work load.  Is there a way to have both of our availability in a client facing calendar system but then on the back end, we’re seeing when clients are requesting appts and I/we decide who gets “assigned” the actual appointment?  Is this possible?  Or other suggestions?  If not, if a client requests one of us, and due to our client load, the other has more capacity to take the appointment, can we reassign the client meeting to the o

Hi folks,I’ve just added a Calendly Routing Form to our commercial web site. Love it so far… except that I need to notify my sales team every time a form is submitted -- even if an event isn’t booked.In our Routing Form we ask: “What’s on your mind?” and the radio button choices are “I’d like to schedule a demo”, “Please contact me via email” and “Please call me”.  When the second two are chosen, I’ve configured the routing so the user just sees a message of “thanks we’ll be in touch”. i need to notify my sales team so we can be in touch!I don’t see any actions in Routing or in the Event to email a team.Thanks in advance,g

I am new to Calendly and I set up payment as required for my clients before scheduling.  They can choose any day to schedule to make payment, but I want to be the one to send them my specific zoom link.  I don’t want them to recieve the calendly web conference link which I see under booking page options-there is automatically a calendly event link aleady there.  I did choose location as zoom, but I want to make sure a calendly web call link is not sent.So my two questions are #1- if my client picks any day on my calendar for the purpose of payment and confirmation that they want to join, after payment does Calendly send them the generated calendar invite link?  I prefer not bc I prefer to send them my own zoom link directly for this particular event i have.  And #2-i would like to require recuring payment. Is there a short cut with Calendly or do I program through PayPal which is what I linked to my Calendly? Thank you in advance and apologies if talking circles, I am new to this :)….

If I create a one-off meeting with a few time options and don’t put placeholders in my calendar, what if a different meeting gets scheduled during one of the times in the meantime? Does it make that specific one-off time option unavailable for the person booking or does it get double-booked?

Zoom events are being setup with no password. Which then means Zoom’s stupid security kicks in and the waiting room is activated requiring me to pay attention to the waiting room and allow people in. Zoom has recently disabled the option to turn this off. So, if a zoom invite does not include the password, waiting room is mandatory. When I make a zoom invite myself, a password is naturally added. When calendly makes an invite, there is no password included.

I would like to show the total number of spots and the remaining spots on each time in a group booking link. This is for volunteer signups, where it is good for volunteers to see how many people is signed up for each time instead of spots remaining. Happy to share more if this is not clear enough!

Hi guys I am struggeling to set up Calendly.Right now we use several differnt Calendly Accounts which are connected to their own google calendar. We are doing this to be able to offer video appointments and showroom appointments at the same time. Our simple goal is to show the 4 events (assigned to 3 different google accounts/calendly team members) in an overview like here https://www.calendly-embed.com/inline-2. Maintaining the availability times for every team member from our admin account. But even though I assigend the events to the members, they only show up on their own booking page. (How) is it possible to show all group events & to manage the availability from one account?I appreciate your help!

I run ongoing support groups and have them set as a series of events. I want to change the title of the individual events to reflect the topic of that session (i.e., without changing the overall event series title) - is this possible?
