This happens sporadically when a time is listed as not available when there is nothing scheduled in my linked calendar. I am not sure how to fix this since there is no conflict. Thanks!

Hi!So i have a webflow page with a cms called events and then a group event in calendly which location is zoom, my questions is: Is there a way to know the zoom link that calendly is gonna generate for that event? or the only way to know it is registering and obtaining it in the confirmation email? i need it so that way i can added to my cms item and use that field for filter for something Thanks!

I see no way to add my new user and her Zoom, but I am still sifting through the Tips. Do I have to cancel this new user and create an entirely new account? If so, what’s the best way to toggle back and forth to check all events? Support team uses the individual user links to help schedule overlapping events.

Has anyone experienced the issue when a Teams meeting won’t start when booked through Calendly? For both me and the client, we have the message ‘someone will let you in when the meeting starts’ but neither have ability to start the Teams meeting or admit from the lobby.

Hello,May I Have your best advice please ? I have 5 account calendly which are all connected to my admin account Salesforce.Everyday there is 1 account which is disconnected from salesforce and I need to reconnected manually this account… It’s not possible for me to check everyday the connexion between Calendly and Salesforce. Do you have an advice for me please ? Thank

We are currently testing the Calendly feature with Outlook. We created a scheduling desk calendar that is being used with Calendly. I sent a test invite to myself. I received the invitation email; however, the meeting has not been placed on my calendar. I know there are no restrictions, as we have received Calendly invites from outside, which are showing up on our calendars.

I want my invited users to only be able to view and edit events that are set up for them advance—not to be able to create new events from scratch. Is there a way to turn those permissions off?

I would LOVE, as the company IT support/operations manager, to be able to set individual users’ links, add their Zoom link and set their availability through the admin area instead of having to log in as that user. My company owners & senior staff have their admin or me handle things like this and it would be so much better and safer to be able to manage this from the admin side. Any other things you’d like to be able to do as an admin?

Does anyone know if it is possible to have the scheduling event in two different languages?Example:I have one in EN that is linked to EN version of my business website I need on in CZ to suit Czech speaking customers linked to CZ version of my business websiteThe point is that it would be pointless to link EN form to Czech website that would mean a bounce rate for those who do not speak english. You’d think in 2024 this would be more straightforward but it is not. My invites are being sent via email, and unless the recipient opens an attachment (with a warning message) the acceptances don’t appear in their calendar.  I watched a video where there was an option to change to calendar invite rather than email invite, but that option is unavailable to me.  Can you help please?  We are getting missed appointments.

Hi.I’ve just joined Calendly and have managed to create a couple of one events successfully.I now want to create an event that happens once a month for the rest of the year. Is there a way of doing this or am I best cloning one event and adjusting dates accordingly. Many thanks for your help

For example: a Professor with Office Hours. 3 hour window. Nine, 20 minute slots. How do we prevent one student from taking up all 6 slots for that day?I have upwards of 100 students vying for 27 slots every week.Creating 9 individual events and sending 9 individual links for each day is not going to work.

I am also looking for a solution to adding hosts to a collective meeting that are not part of my company.  I don’t mind paying to add them to my Calendly account, even if they are already Calendly users with their own account, but what I do mind is how much access they have to our entire account. For context, our non-employee hosts are authors of the programs we sell on our platform; they are not technically part of our company, but they do need to help train subscribers to use their programs. A combo training team would ideally include someone from our company and the author (who is not part of our company). Since these authors are not part of the company, they should not:See the list of contacts from meetings they’ve helped to host (to prevent them from directly emailing those subscribers) See a list of other users in the account (which include our staff emails and other author emails) Be able to create their own meetings

Hello. There are multiple times that we are scheduling meetings for our clients that contains multiple people. When we do the poll meeting links and send to our clients, why arent we getting a notification back that they responded. Is there a way to be notified that the invitees have responded or do we have to remember to go back to check each time we send out a scheduling poll? 

We work at an organisation with with 3 financial advisors. Our office only has 2 meeting rooms. We also hold meetings online on Teams.I was wondering how we could set up our account so that clients can’t book an in person meeting with the 3rd advisor if the other 2 already have them booked in to meeting rooms.Following this, in the event that the meeting rooms are taken, we would need to keep online meetings as an option.Any help would be appreciated!

How do I get rid of this little tab thing in Chrome? It just showed up for the first time today. I don’t see a way to turn it off in the extension. Absolutely do not want this thing hovering over every single page. I’ve clicked the X and it just keeps coming back.  

I use to add meeting notes to past events. where can I find them? is there a way to include them in the exported excel file of the past events?

I want to make an event that shows my availability, but doesn't allow bookings. I've been looking, but there doesn't seem to be a function like that.If there's not, I'd also appreciate an alternative on this problem.
