Hi,We are trying to reach the support, but the bot doesn’t transfert us to an humain which is what we need. It seems like it is not possible to email someone so we are trying here…Would would like to know how to do this...When the first event is planned by the client, we would like a second event to be planned hidden from the client to reserve an employee's time. For example, the customer plans to bring their bike in for repair at 9 a.m., the system automatically schedules 3 hours of repairs thereafter.Thank you

I am currently located in Australia, but I need to plan an event on pakistani drama whatsapp group link with my international teams in the pakistan. To ensure proper synchronization of schedules, I would like to know how to change the time zone on my device. Can you provide guidance on adjusting the time zone settings so that I can effectively coordinate the timing of the event with my teams based in the Pakistan?

When using email confirmations, the calendar description defaults to the name of the invitee and event type.  Why is there no ability add additional variables to the calendar description when using email confirmations like there is when using calendar invitations? (I don’t want to use calendar invitations because I don’t want invitees to see internal notes that I may enter in the appointment from Outlook).  Or, if there is a way to accomplish this, how?

Is there a way to have a category assigned to a meeting when its added to my outlook calendar.  I’d like to set the category depending on which event is chosen.

I recently had a group event in which I collected payment using Calendly integrated with my Stripe account.  It’s been 4 days since the event and the funds aren’t showing in my Stripe account and haven’t been deposited into my bank account like they normally would.What can I do to resolve this and how do I avoid this happening in the future?  Thanks! 

Hi - I’m sure this question has been posed, but I cannot find anything within the community pages or I’ve used the wrong search terms.  Here goes, is there a way to reorder the main scheduling/booking page?  And, as a follow up, what display order does the main booking page use (chronological/alphabetical)? As a coach, I want my discovery session event displayed first; however, given I have ~six additional live event types visible, created after I created the discovery session event, it shows toward the bottom of the page (and most people tend not to scroll down when I embed the booking page on my website). I am open to any workarounds or alternative suggestions. Thanks in advance,Alexis

How can I resolve the issue of overlapping schedules in Calendly after purchasing two additional seats and transferring ownership of schedules, as the schedules continue to overlap and create problems for my team?

First: Sorry, my english is not so good, i hope you understand my problem. If my guests want to book an appointment, they get an email from my private google-emailadress. Don’t know where calendly get this email from. Perhaps from the calender which is checking my free date…Where can i change the emailadresse from which my clients get their commitment.

New to Calendly.  Basically, all I want to do at this point is have Calendly read my Microsoft 365 Outlook calendar and send an email notification to my client 1 day prior to their appointment.  I would also like to give them the opportunity to reply with a “cancel” command if they would like to cancel the meeting.  I can see that my calendar is connected if I go to my profile drop down and select calendar sync.  I added an appointment to my outlook calendar, but I do not see it get synced up to my Calendy calendar when I click on “Scheduled events”.  As you can see, I am stuck on the basics or how this works.  Any links to documentation for this or suggestions would be appreciated.  I’ve already looked at getting started with Office 365 our Outloook.com and read How Calendly reads your Office 365/Outlook.com calendar event status, but I do not see and documents on where I can view the outlook appointments in Calendly.

On my Event Types page only 9 are shown and I need to click “Show More” to view others (I currently have 15 active and 6 inactive for later use).Often on websites you can choose how many of XX you want to view so you don’t need to click through multiple pages. Is there an adjustment for admins so we can see all our event types at once? If not, I’d like to submit this to Calendly as a feature request.I realize I can reorder them, but as I said, I have 15 active and I find myself tweaking or editing them fairly often.Thanks for any help.Tracy

Can the client update the location of a meeting without canceling and rescheduling? We have the option for our meetings to be in-person, by phone, or by Zoom, but once the location is picked it cannot be changed. Sometimes our clients need to change from in-person to Zoom or vice versa but they cannot do that through an existing appointment scheduled. Is there something in the works to add this feature? Or is it there and I am not seeing it?  Thank you!

Okay, so I have a Wedding & Events website. I need to be able to block dates once I have received the payment for those. Also, the client needs to see once they enter the calendar page on my website the available dates there so they can schedule their event there. This calendar is not to separate a call meeting or any type of call, is to separate days, block dates, and have the availability ready for the client once they enter the Calendar page on my website. I need to know if I’m able to do this with Calendly.

Hello Everyone, We are 3 consultants available. One attendee schedules a meeting, and we internally choose who will meet with this one lead, our event type selected is collective.The problem I have is that if consultant #1 is the zoom host, and even though multiple hosts are selected, when consultant #2 or #3 join without consultant #1, it shows “waiting for host to start the meeting”. PLEASE HELP!!! Hello there, I’m browsing our organisation Analytics page. The filer allows me to access only data from the last 365 days, or last year. No data are available for Analytics before than. How do I access data older than 1 year ago?Thanks for the help!

I am trying to pass variables collected in a JotForm submission to my Calendly event like this: https://calendly.com/user/30min?name={name37:first}%20{name37:last}&email={email38}&invitee_payment_amount={total}&invitee_payment_currency=USD&guests={email47},{email49},{email51},{email53},{email55} Everything is working fine except that the `invitee_payment_amount` is not updating the price charged on the booking page. I can see the dollar amount being passed in the URL, but it is being overridden by the default amount I have to select when setting up payments for the Event because the minimum price must be at least $0.50.  Is there a way to ensure that the price gets passed down to the event so that I am collecting the correct amount?

I would like to control how much time is between current and meeting time. As I see, there is 4 hour gap. There are no blocking events. I am available between 9am and 17pm. Right now is 12:30. If I go to my link, the only time available is 16:30. I didn’t find any setting that controls it.

Has anyone been able to get SquadCast to integrate with Calendly? Descript recently acquired SquadCast, but I cannot get it to work through Zapier like Zoom works with Calendly. Any guidance would be much appreciated!

Reminder email sends my timezone to meeting recipient instead of their timezone & confuses them. Help ?For example I am based in Bali, most clients in US they get reminder email saying look forward to out meeting at 9pm Bali time. How do I sort this out ?

How do I set up my Google Meet settings so Calendly invitees can join the meeting without requiring the host to be present on the google meet and accept invitees to join the meeting? Example: Lead schedules appointment on our calendly, I notify sales person of appointment, they join the google meet without the host (me) requiring to be on the google meet. Any help appreciated!
