I have created workflows, and they are changing on their own. For instance, one workflow is duplicated, and another one is missing. What can I do?

I am a coach and typically work with clients in 6 session blocks.  It would be super neat, if a client could pay once and then book session by session until the number of sessions they’ve paid for is spent.Or if a client can book and pay for multiple sessions at a time.Is this possible or perhaps a feature coming soon?

When an event is canceled by the host after it has started, it is not counted as a canceled event in Calendly's statistics and is simply marked as a no-show. This can significantly skew statistics, as canceled events are different from no-shows.In addition, if a workflow is created to send an email to those who canceled to reschedule, it will be ineffective, as the guest did not attend and never clicked the "cancel event" button. This means that the workflow will be largely ineffective.Solution:To address this issue, Calendly could consider the following changes:Classify host-initiated event cancellations after start as canceled events, not no-shows. This would allow users to obtain more accurate statistics about their cancellations. Allow users to configure their workflows to trigger when an event is canceled, even if it is canceled by the host after start. This would allow users to send emails to guests who canceled, even if they were not the ones who canceled the event.Impact:These

Hello calendly,i am using calendly atm for making apointmens for ppl to pick up there new phones.i have made  event where ppl have planned there moment. now i want to make a new event for other group of ppl on the same days and time slots but calendly doesnt allow that.everytime i get the message “this time slot overlaps with a scheduled calendly event”i have switched connected calenders and delete the one calender i used to make the first event.with in options/availability i have switched of “check for conflicts”and i have selected the other calender. i realy hope you can help me out because i dont know what i do wrong here… greets gemeente,

Have you updated the Calendly software? Now it still shows recurring times that have been deleted!E.g. Recurring time: Friday every week 8 -11 When I try to delete this Friday event on December 8, I get the response that it is now free, but on the website for clients is Friday December 8 is still bookable from 8-11 Thanks for your help

Hi, We have team members across the world so when we adjust our calendly time slot window we have to do it manually to adjust on the weekend since no one works Sat or Sun. Is there a way to use the “Weekday” setting while still allowing people in Asia and US to both have their calendars show? Here is a visual of the problem I am encountering -

Is it possible to change the number of slots available in a group event for various time slots? For example, I have 4 slots open from 3:30-4:30 but only 2 slots open from 4:30-5:30. It seems that the number of slots you choose when you set up the event becomes the default number for all time appointments. 

As the title said, how can I change the calendar to start on Monday instead of Sunday?and can I remove the time zone of he embeded booking calendar?

hello everyone. Is there a way to mark an appointment as paid? i cant integrate paypal because my currency is not available, so i redirect them to my payment page, but how can i know who have paid? in my payment page i ask them to confirm payments via whatsapp, but some of them do and some of them dont confirm.And also, is there a way to mark appointments as payed for the ones that do confirm?and last question, is there a way to filter appointments by reservation date, so i can confirm each day the reservations made that day? thanks and sorry if this is confusing? my primary language is not english.

Hi there, So I offer 3 completely different service and I'm struggling with calendly. I want to say have all 3 events available from 9-5. What I need is,  if someone booked event A at 9am, that would automatically stop people being able to book events B and C for 9am.I really want all 3 events to have to be available and then as soon as one is booked, the other 2 events show as unavailable for that time. I trying to find how to do this. I am hoping as its a paid business service I can. Thank you very much.

Hello, Is there anyway to allow a certain event type to show ALL time slots avaliable, regardless of other events/meetings?Essentially I want the people with access to this certain event type to book an appointment for what ever time they want, regardless of what else is on my calendar. 

Hello. . I am trying to figure out if there is one link for all my calendars regardless of the user. I do showings for homes and the properties are divided between 3 users. I want to be able to send one link to an interested party so they can see all the calendars we all have. I hope that makes sense 

Hallo zusammen, ich bin neu hier und habe mein calendly account mit ms-office-365-business gekoppelt. wie kann ich in calendly alle verfügbaren Termine angezeigt bekommen, auch wenn in outlook einige als “beschäftigt” markiert sind?Eigentlich möchte ich bis auf weiteres, dass immer alle in calendly auch angezeigt werden. Terminkonflikte beheb ich dann selbst. Grüße Ludwig

Hi there, So i see people in a 1 on 1 meeting several times a day.  These people are signed up by someone else.  So if i’m going to see John Doe, he may be signed up to see my by Nancy (in another office.)In the booking page options, the first slot is “name, email” and is locked.  I want that name to be John Doe - and want to specify “Client Name” so Nancy doesn’t put her name or office name in there.My current workaround is to have another question box at the bottom which asks for Nancy’s name specifically, but it just seems a bit clunky.  How do i edit that first box - it does not give me the options to change it unless it is to last,first.

I'd like to set up an automated system for sending confirmation emails as soon as a customer registers for an event and makes their selections.This functionality would also enable me to respond later with a "yes" or "no" status, to explicitly confirm that the customer's choices have been taken into account.

Once I have created an event and it has been booked for the available time slots, can I apply a rule so that it disappears as an option? It will not allow additional bookings, but I would like it to disappear altogether. Do you think this is an option?

My first time using Calendly..I set it up yet after a client reserved a time..I had a client reserve a time yet when other clients attempt to reserve a designated time..they  report difficulty accessing other times " When trying to set a meeting using the link it states that someone has already used the link to set a meeting."

Hi,I propose 5 different types of events at the same venue, therefore, I would like to use calendly to manage the booking of those events. However I struggle to set up calendly. I would like to prioritise events, as the venue can host several event types at the the same time but some event types can’t be combined together and others can’t be combined at all… Is there a way for me to set up calendly this way? Thank you,Best regards,Ulysse

My email changed, meaning the calendar I had connected to my account changed. I’ve updated my account with the new email, but a client booked events before I got that new email set up so they aren’t showing on my new calendar. How do I get Calendly to resend the calendar invite to me when I’m the host of the event?
