Hello thereI run a dog training school and would like to offer my clients some appointments in city X, some in the countryside and some online. This means that I have entered different event types - one for each location, so to speak. This was not a problem in the old Calendly version. With the new version, the following problem has recently arisen: I enter e.g. Monday, 10:00 a.m. a slot in city X. On Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. a slot online and on Wednesday a slot in the countryside. This means that users should only see the respective slot in the respective event type. However, it always happens that all 3 slots are displayed in all 3 locations at the same time - which is not feasible for me. How can I plan so that I can display the slots individually for each event type as before? I am very desperate. Thank you very much for your help. PatiTranslated with DeepL.com (free version)
Borlabs Cookie Banner 3.0 blocks Calendly I have a problem with Borlabs and Calendly. It is blocking the Calendly embedding option. Can you help me out with this? Thank youAline
Is there any way to connect and synchronize an unsupported calendar? I have my calendar in ICalendar/ICS format - is there any way to, by using a Calendly API, synchronize those two calendars?Regards
Como puedo modificar los horarios de las entrevistas?... Programé entrevistas de 20' y automáticamente me organiza el calendario con 10' de descanso entre una y otra. Quisiera que ese espacio de tiempo no existiera.
I started an organization of booking appointments for patients. I’m the owner. I would like to add, inside my organization, multiple professionists, each of them with their own mail and their own calendars. Is it possible to manage this stuff? I mean, different events for each users, connected to different calendars? Thank you so much
I use one account on Calendly and I have a problem - currently, I have two events scheduled for the same date and time. Booking event number 1 prevents the possibility of booking event number 2. What should I do to ensure that booking a specific date and time for event number 1 does not preclude the possibility of booking the same date and time for event number 2? Is it possible to separate these two events? Edit: I'm using the Standard plan - will switching to the Teams plan allow me to resolve the above issue?
Want to add your Calendly-booked events to a secondary calendar, other than the “add-to” calendar(s) of the assigned meeting host(s)? In my experience, many teams may want their Calendly-booked events added to a secondary “shared company calendar” for easy, at-a-glance viewing of their team’s meetings.Because Calendly only allows for booked events to be added to one “add-to” calendar per host, here’s a cool workaround to create event duplicates on a second calendar using our integration with Zapier. Problem: Calendly booked events are only able to be added to the single, set “add-to” calendar(s) of the booked host(s). Solution: Using the integration with Zapier, you can create a “zap” that generates a duplicate calendar event in a secondary calendar. Who Can Use This?Calendly’s integration with Zapier is available to users on our Standard, Teams, and Enterprise plans, as well as the legacy Professional plan. FYI: The Teams plan is available for both multi-user organizations as well
If an invitee declines an event, why is it still showing on my Outlook calendar? Also, if an invitee needs to reschedule an event, how do they do this? Just as an FYI, I am using the free plan. Thanks!
Happy Monday, Calendly Community! 🎃I was made aware of a topic on another forum, this morning, where someone asked the following: “We have a person who does initial outreach to customers and then sets meetings with them on behalf of the sales reps. We'd like to use Calendly to do that, but no matter whose calendar she's scheduling on, the Zoom link included in the Calendly invite is her own, rather than the sales rep's. Is there a way to allow her to schedule on behalf of other users in Calendly, and have the customer invites automatically include a Zoom link under the Sales Rep's accounts instead of hers?”This must be frustrating! We can help fix it for them. For steps on how to connect your Zoom account, view How to schedule a meeting with video conferencing. To note for multi-user Calendly organizations:Zoom admins must pre-approve Calendly in the Zoom Marketplace Zoom admins must pre-approve the Calendly app before their Zoom users can download it. If you see details about pre-app
When I set up the calendar, I set a schedule of times and dates that I am available. It worked at first, but when I looked at my calendar this morning, it shows that I am available on days that I´m not, and at times that I´m not.Is there something I´m doing wrong, or is it something I can fix? Thanks.
I’ve created a new event type about 5 times now and I can’t get it to save. I click save after every update when updating the event settings and everything looks good until I go back to my main booking page and that option doesn’t appear at all. I’m not a fan of this new update. I’ve been a user for a couple of year and can’t seem to get things to work since the update.
How do you utilize Calendly's features to efficiently manage appointments and bookings for your small business or solo venture? Spill the beans, the tea… or really just the details if you please.
Hello, Wonder if you can help me understand how this works my mobile (I have iPhone 11).I’m on FB, and l click on a person’s View Profile, the Details. Then there’s some links to choose from. I choose one, the one that says nameofartist.com. Then I will just tell you what I see on the next screen:at the very top: I’m still in FB and it says Facebook and nameofartist.com is under it in small gray type.under that: a black bar that says TODAYunder that it is the homepage of nameofartist.com’s website .at the bottom of my phone screen is a blue button that says “Schedule Your Free Consultation powered by Calendly”I have no idea how the website and Calendly are being integrated into Facebook this way. I would appreciate any thing you can tell me. I would love to be able to use Calendly on my Facebook. How do I do that? Thank you!
I’d like to have a suggested price for an event but allow users to pay what they want. Is that available in Calendly?
I recently configured a few managed events. Just noticed that those events don’t give me the option to Schedule Invitee Again from the calendly scheduled events page. Is there a setting i’ve missed somewhere or is this not an available option for some reason?
J’ai un agenda calendly pour des appels decouvertes sur mon site internet. <J’ai déjà auparavant changé des disponibilités mais là impossible de valider. Je ne sais pas pourquoi. IL me faudrait le regard d’un expert.

I'm part of the team at the Miguel Camarena Art Gallery, where we're actively involved in organizing a myriad of events and exhibitions.Recently, I've begun utilizing Calendly to manage our daily event schedules as well as for content management tasks like scheduling social media posts and updating our website content.I'm excited to connect with all of you to discuss Calendly, its features, and to learn from your best practices. I am thrilled to be a part of this community!Best,Andrew Bennett
I am looking to see how I can set up an event with two hosts and multiple (more than 10) attendees.Essentially, we hold monthly webinars with clients and ask the clients to choose the date/time, so one person would be in charge of selecting the time, but then they have a bunch of staff they also want to include in the calendar invites. We’ve tried having them forward the invites to their staff, but then the staff don’t appear on the original invites and we book up to six months out, so they often forget whether the invite went out to the staff. Anything we add to the invite or change within the invite also doesn’t get sent to their staff unless they reforward the invite.I see that it’s possible to hold a group event with one host, but we need two hosts for these webinars.
I freaking love this blog article from Jeff (Head of Product Marketing here at Calendly) on Calendly etiquette and totally recommend it as a getting start point when you’re thinking about how to share that little link of yours.https://calendly.com/blog/is-calendly-rudeThe tl;dr (but you should read!):Open the door for others first. Let someone give their availability the old fashioned way and offer up your Calendly. That’s like opening all the doors at once. How polite! Ask for their Calendly link. Either they’ll have one and you’ll be like “Hey! ME TOO! Are we best friends?” or they’ll be like “What is this magical Calendly?”… or it’ll be a good opening for you to share yours. It just inherently is a good thing. Saving someone time and effort is an incredibly kind and thoughtful thing to do. Maybe channel all the good vibes and good intentions and assume the recipient sees it that way too? What would you add?
I am trying to set up on average 3 days each month that I am available for calls. The rest of the time I want blocked out as unavailable to meet. Will the free plan work for this?On the free plan I’ve been playing around and went in and set my availability to 1 day in January and 1 day in February. When I use the link that will be sent to clients, it shows no availability for either of those days. Any idea on what’s going wrong?
We’ve been using Calendly since 2022 - but recently when I checked the billing details - I could only see invoice of the recent two months. I need invoice of earlier months as well. Why am I unable to see it?
Hi we need to setup 4 slots for every hours event like 10am, 11am and etc and we need to open 2 slots for every 10:30am, 11:30am events. How can we do that?
I currently cannot receive the email notification of invitee event (from notifications@calendly.com). Anyone encounter the same issue? Any reasons/issues happened? Thanks
I'm available and Calendly shows booked - even though I've fixed every setting and plug-in.Help please. I’ve watched the tutorials. I’ve done everything. My desktop Outlook shows I’m available. Calendly doesn’t have conflicting events that I could clear, I’ve synched my calendars, changed my available hours. Downloaded the Outlook plugin. In short, I don’t think there’s anything I haven’t done. Any suggestions to get my calendars to synch correctly?
Can someone please get in touch with me as well. I would like to know best way to insert additional appointment times in-between current slot intervals for my business without using multiple calendars. Thank you.
