Hi, I notice that when I use the app to:- book a meeting (via home screen + or via the contact)A meeting is created, but no "immediately when new event is booked" workflows trigger.I can confirm this by looking at the Meetings list in the web version, selecting a meeting's Details expanded view and there is no Timeline section. Also, the text message in the workflow is not sent. Thanks for your help!
Hi, In our office we have 2 users (1 owner, 1 user). We need to have each user have their own calendar (be their own host) but still be able to have access to each others to schedule meetings for each other (not with each other). The owner has used Calendly for more than a year and the user is new so we basically just want to add the new user. We don’t want to have to recreate everything the owner has already put in place. We want to be able to have each of the Calendly calendars on our website to allow people to choose which person they wish to schedule an appointment with as well as each of us to schedule appointments for clients for either the ‘owner’ or user.Any help would be greatly appreciated
I’m new to Calendly and am using the off-the-shelf 30-minute booking link. I checked the various settings and everything seems fine, but it’s setting up hour-long meetings for a 30-minute meeting duration. How do I troubleshoot this? I’ve tried everything. Thank you.
I have my schedule and I have 4 other people to schedule for. All availabilities are different. I’ve customized everyone's schedules. Is there an easier way to do this? I am afraid to go in and work on the February schedules/availabilities because I don’t want to mess with January’s schedules. Will that happen? What is the best way to do 5 different schedules? Can I make one large Default and use that and customize from that? Thank you in advance.
There’s no getting around the fact I’m just pretty Zoomed out by the afternoon, which means that I’d love to block off my afternoons, but only on some of my event types. Not all of them. Can I do that without having to put blocks on my regular calendar?
I deleted several old pending users that never signed up. My IdP is Microsoft Azure / EntraID. However the pending list did not update and the seats are still occupied. I have 267 group members in Entra IDIn Calendly I see 256 active users + 23 pending = 279 seats taken.
I am using Calendly, and the booking shows a scheduled time from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. However, the issue is that the 10:00 AM time slot is missing from the booking, not the 9:00 AM slot.We have already troubleshooted the time settings and buffer rules, but the issue is still occurring. Could you please advise on how we should proceed and fix this as soon as possible? We are concerned that this may cause double bookings in the future if not resolved promptly.Thank you for your immediate assistance.
If i set up an email in workflow can the reciepents respond to email?
We have a nonprofit where volunteers on our team meet to consult with individuals from the community. There aren’t many team meetings, there are no sales, etc. We just need to individually be able to show availability and have ‘clients’ book times that fit, but from a centrally managed system. Some important items:Individual scheduling (volunteer identifies availability; client selects available time) Online booking Administrator access Confidentiality (volunteers can not see other’s calendars) Ease of use for volunteers Automatic connection to volunteer’s personal calendar (once set up) Virtual meeting option (ideal if each volunteer could toggle availability on/off)Is Calendly a good solution for us? I’ve poked around a bit, but don’t yet see how one would set up a team to individually manage their own schedules for independent bookings. Suggestions on where to start?
I can’t find it as an option in the settings…How do I do this? Thanks!!
Neither the guest nor the organizer is receiving the confirmation email. However, when I cancel the event, the cancellation email is successfully sent. When rescheduling, the email is not sent either. This means the problem only affects confirmation and rescheduling emails, as the cancellation emails are being received correctly. I've been waiting for over a week without a resolution. They tell me it's an internal issue, but I'm not getting any answers.
Follow these steps to submit an email ticket:Click the chatbot in the bottom-right corner of any Calendly page. NO CHATBOX ANYWHERE Request to submit an email ticket. NO EMAIL ADDRESS PROVIDED If prompted, sign in to your account. I DID Select Open an email ticket with a Support Agent. NO OPEN A TICKET LINK Provide as many details as possible and send your message. EDUCATION DISCOUNT, but given the level of support, this is probably a good sign not to move forward with this platform?
Hi- I set up the integration with my new Stripe account so that I can take payments for events. Is there a way to test that integration without doing an actual payment before I make this live on my website? Thanks
Can you add one more feature to prioritize earlier or later spots once we have more than one spots available for example if i have opening rage of slots from 5 pm to 9 pm. it will open only earlier spots until it filled then open a new other later spots
Hi, I don’t know if anyone has every encountered this before.I’ve created bespoke dates with custom timesBut when I preview via the landing page no dates show upIt’s the same setup I’ve used previously, I’m completely stuck.Any points would be very appreciatedBernie
What am I doing wrong here: I set the meeting type for 1 person. Calendly indicates it’s an “error” and I must have more than 1 person in the meeting. Fine. I set it up for 2. Then I receive double bookings! 2 different customers selecting the SAME date, SAME time, SAME meeting type. And I’m frequently left have to reschedule someone. How do I fix this?
Information on appointment needs to be corrected and can't seem to find how to edit
In my company we have two owners. I am the sole user of calendly. We also have those who sign up for weekly events (meetings) with our company. Is there a way for the guests to see the full calendar without having a seat to log in or syncing our calendar with them. I know they receive emails that they can then sync to their calendar but we want this to be more of an open viewing schedule for them so that we don’t constantly have to remind them. Not everyone who signs up is great with technology and I’ve tried the sharing my google calendar with them but it requires them having the google calendar app and for those with storage issues that’s a no . I don’t want them to have access to anything else. Only viewing the calendar. I’m hoping this all makes sense. If there is no way to do this other than paying for them to have a seat i would suggest this be something of the future.
I’m new here! I already have a M365 subscription which includes Teams. In order to integrate Teams with Calendly am I required to pay this monthly subscription fee for Teams?
When I create a one-off meeting or meeting poll, and get the view of my synced calendar, my other Calendly holds are listed only as “Reserved Time” rather than the name of the event (e.g. “Q1 Project Meeting” or “Coffee - Person A | Person B”). On my actual synced Google calendar, I can see the full name of the event reserved from Calendly. It would be helpful to see the full name of the event in the Calendly calendar view, too - sometimes I may choose to bump an unimportant or internal meeting if a newer invite chooses the same spot, but I have to click out of Calendly to see what the “Reserved Time” is for. Is there a way to do this?
When I try to book more than two meetings, Calendly no longer allows me to book and gives the error “too many requests.” It’s done this to me pretty much every day. I paid for this service to book clients, since I can’t book more than two clients, can I have a refund?
Hi teamI’ve followed the steps to connect both my Google calendars to Calendly (and, yes, I’ve disconnected and reconnected them). It says in the Availability section that it’s ready (see below). However, my meetings sections shows a blank, even though there’s multiple meetings in both calendars already. Can you please support? Thanks

Am I able to see which individuals voted for what times after voting has been completed on a meeting poll? I have not booked the meeting yet and want to see who voted for what days/times.
Scenario / QuestionWhy isn’t HubSpot assigning contact ownership when leads book through Calendly routing with HubSpot forms, and how can I set ownership automatically? OverviewWhen you use Calendly’s standard HubSpot integration, HubSpot will create a new contact if one doesn’t exist and won’t change the owner on existing contacts. If the contact already exists, HubSpot logs the meeting activity without changing the contact’s details or owner. With HubSpot forms + Calendly Routing, HubSpot creates the contact at form submission, (before the booking) so by the time the Calendly booking occurs, the contact is “existing.” Per HubSpot behavior in our integration, existing contacts are not reassigned; meeting activity is logged, but the owner remains unchanged. Calendly will not override the existing contact owner in HubSpot. This is part of our default logic to prevent unwanted ownership changes on existing contacts. Step-by-StepConfirm expected ownership behavior in the HubSpot integratio
