Available when should be busy for another team member's calendar I manage

I am trying to set up my coworker’s calendar but the sync does not seem to be working.  I have had her sign in and snyc and watched the troubleshooting videos but it is not working.  I have been on hold w/ chatting with a live agent for  over an hour, more than once.  This does not seem to connect with someone.Can someone here help?Thank you,

booking confirmation as invited

Hello everyone I am in dire assistance. I have an interview by tomorrow I got Calendly link to   select the date and  time by organizer.I did this. I got email that states event is scheduled on this date and time and it is added to my calendar.After that, I got the email to verify my phone number to confirm booking as an invited .but clicking on verifying my phone number , it is redirected me to calendly there is no option to verify the phone number I have to attend this meeting at this is very important help me.How to confirm this booking.

Cannot find meeting poll recipients in pending poll

Hello,I love calendly. However, there is a feature that needs to be made a lot more clear. I am trying to figure out who else hasn’t voted in my meeting poll and I can’t fully remember who I invited and It’s nearly impossible to find an easy list when I open the pending meeting poll to find the list of invitees and who has and hasn’t responded. Any help is much appreciated. Thank you.

Is there a way to change the booking page view?

Is there a way to change the booking page view so people can see more than one month at a time? We’ve had issues with clients thinking availability is very limited because they can only view through the end of the current month, and it doesn’t occur to them to click the arrow to go to the next month. (Yes, this is really a user issue, but it’s common enough that I think it would be helpful to address it.) It would be great if Calendly allowed the calendar view to show 30 days into the future (or some other number) rather than just showing the current month.

Strange french name of day

It is quite funny to read them: but it is not realy professionnal to share on b to c or b to b :) .Could you assist me with this modification please? Invitees not receiving reschedule notifications

Hello, on several occasions now a few different invitees have told me that they didn't receive a notification email about a meeting I rescheduled. This has been the order of events:They book initial meeting and accept invite via Gmail Something comes up I go into Calendly and reschedule meeting They do not receive an email about the rescheduled meeting No, the emails are not in their Spam folderAgain, this has happened on multiple occasions with a few different people. Each time, I end up having to cancel the meeting in Calendly and then go into my Google Calendar to schedule a new one. Very irritating.Is there something I can do in Calendly to make sure invitees get notifications about rescheduled meetings?

Managing hours for different event types: phone calls and meetings

Hello Friends. Previously….. I had a variable within Event Types;Meeting types had a certain set of hours while Phone Calls had a different set of hours. I would like to avoid having to go into each Event Type to make the changes as that would be incredibly tedious as I have different times for different types of meetings such as in house appointments, remote appointments, and phone calls.All my Event Types now display the same Meeting hours.I cannot find the Phone Hours anywhere or any info on how to redo this setting. Any advice?Thanks in advance.

1 day event and to send out time slots

I created an event, the Fall photo event 2024. The events on Oct 12th. I'd like my guest to pick there time slot from 3-6 with 10 min in between. I'm having trouble. Can someone help? I filled all that I need too I believe but its stating No time in Oct.

"That time cannot be booked, please choose another time" error message

Hey team,I'm puzzled by this error message that pops up occasionally as I try to arrange a meeting through the app on my desktop.It doesn't come up all the time, I can book other meetings this way with ease.I resolve this problem by opening the live booking page and making the booking there for the exact time that the app has just told me NO to.There's no clash on my calendar, and there's no buffer time challenge.I'd love some insights Thanks

I want to make sure that I can embed on my website for customer access to book appointments with ease... also want to use the app and have customers be able to view a calendar and book appointments for time slots from a mobile device? And see a calendar which shows where and when I will be at live events… Can Calendly do this?

How to page through contact list

I can see only 50 contacts. At the bottom of the list, there are Prev/Next buttons, but the Next button is occluded by the chat bot icon, so I can’t click Next.

Buffers not added to Google Calendar

We have a round robin event among 3 different team members that is 30 minutes long with a 15 minute buffer after the meeting. However, one of the team members is routinely booked backed to back (to back) without the buffer. i.e. meetings at 9, 9:30, and 10. How so, please and thank you.

Hi there I am having issues with a slot being available, when I have saved a date-override to make me unavailable. Customize Availability is missing

The very simple “availability” access is gone and now replaced with the “Holiday” list.  I had dates and times blocked on my calendar for all events, and it’s now missing.  And I’m unable to add date over-rides.  I’m sure someone at Calendly thought this was a good idea, but please re-add this very simple way of blocking your calendar/availability.  And for people with multiple calendar/events, going into each event to block availability is too much work.  I’m sure someone on the Calendly team thought this would be an upgrade for Users, but it’s the complete opposite.

“Page Not Found” when link is clicked

The Calendly link on my Google Business Profile does not work on Chrome. I get a Page Not Found page.  However the same link does work on Safari and it also works if it’s placed on an email. Before anyone asks, yes there is availability and the event is turned on. And yes I have updated Chrome. Can someone please assist?

Invitee's timezone not being shown.

Hello,I’m based in Vietnam. My clients are in Europe and USA. When I share my link with them, my timezone is shown to them and not their local time. I have read as many articles on this forum as I could find about this and taken all the steps I read, but still no luck sorting it out. My settings are as such:  If anyone knows how to fix this issue I would love to hear from them as my clients are getting annoyed because of the resceduling...even though I keep telling them ‘’Don’t forget to pick you local time zone!’’ before booking. Many ThanksKG

Quick question for you– Do you want to offer your invitees the option to book a series of events, or an event package where they pre-pay for multiple sessions?While event types don’t natively support a series or package of events, I have a neat workaround you can use to accomplish your scheduling goals! Problem: Event types in Calendly do not natively support a series or package of booked events. Solution: Using the invitee redirect feature, you can “daisy-chain” event types together. Can I stop buffers showing up in my synced Outlook calendar?

Up until recently synced Calendly meetings would show in my Outlook calendar in their allocated times, with a buffer simply showing as unallocated time. For example, two 1 hour meetings from 12pm would show up as two 50-minute meetings: the first starting at 12pm and finishing at 12:50pm, and the second starting at 1pm and finishing 1:50pm.However these buffer times are now showing up in my Outlook calendar, in between these meetings (as if they were meetings themselves. The ‘meeting’ description provides the following information:This is an automatic 10-minute buffer that was created after your Directioneering: 1:1 Coaching Session (Virtual) event.
