When I try to send a message on the requests page using the “How can we help you?” field, I cannot type, like the field is just an image. I tried Chrome and Firefox both regular and private windows.
When clients consult my agenda on Calendly, i would like them to see only 5 options a day: 9:00, 10:40, 13:00, 14:00, 16:20. I’m holding sessions of 1:30. When my calender is free clients book at 10 AM for example and block the morning. In advance, thanks for your help en inspiration on how to handle this!
We want to send a customer to a specific salesperson. We have built a flow where the customer answers questions, and depending on the answer they get a specific salesperson and their calendar. How do we do this?
Hi All, My Calendly was working fine until this week when an issue developed. I have noticed that when my client books a meeting, I can’t see his/ her details (and whether they have accepted or not) in my calendar. When I open the meeting in Outlook, it shows more like an appointment than a meeting, with no attendee details.Having run a test by setting up a meeting for myself, I can see that the invitee is not receiving a not receiving a calendar notification to ‘accept’ the meeting as before. They’re simply receiving a message that says ‘confirmed: meeting with...’ with an invite attachment. Please help!!
If I schedule a paid event for my client, will they then be charged when they receive the invite I scheduled? I know they would have to pay at scheduling if they scheduled the meeting themselves. Yes, my Stripe is integrated.
Cheerio CalPals!I’ve come across a frequently asked question in my support conversations recently that inspired me to make a little how-to on a workaround I recommend on the regular that answers the question– How can I add additional meeting attendees to existing booked one-on-one meetings? While yes, adding your guests directly to the calendar event in your external calendar is a perfectly good solution to loop additional guests to your meetings, there are a couple of drawbacks to this method:Guests added in this way will not be included in any Calendly reminders or Workflows. They are kicked from the meeting if it happens to be rescheduled. This isn’t ideal, so I wanted to drop a super helpful workaround I’ve found for this that allows you to add guests to one-on-one meetings within the Calendly loop. Problem: At this time, Calendly does not offer a function to “Add Guests” to an existing booked meeting directly from the Meetings page. Solution: Using the “Reschedule” function, you
This is really the ONLY thing that sets you apart from other calendar managers. Please add it back or I can just go with a cheaper version like TidyCal
Title sums it up. I’m trying to change my profile picture, country and timezone, yet I keep getting this error message.I’ve tried clearing my cache and cookies as well as attempting the change from multiple devices, including one that’s never had a Calendly log in ever, all to be prompted with the same message, so the error is clearly either in my account or server-side.Anyone else have the same issue, or ideally a solution?
Hi Calendly Team,I’d like to suggest a feature that could streamline scheduling management and improve the user experience: a "Rebook" option.Currently, rescheduling involves either a manual process or sharing a link while the original meeting remains on the calendar, causing potential confusion. Alternatively, canceling removes the meeting entirely but doesn't facilitate easy rescheduling. The "Rebook" option could work as follows:Cancel the original meeting: Automatically remove it from both parties' calendars and send cancellation notifications. Trigger a reschedule notification: The invitee would receive an email or text notification with a pre-filled reschedule link, maintaining the same details (name, meeting type, etc.) for a seamless new booking. This feature would eliminate extra steps and improve communication while ensuring clarity for both hosts and invitees. It would also align with workflows offered by similar tools, enhancing Calendly’s competitive edge.Thank you for consi
Hi there. Does anyone know if there is a way to push UTMs into Gong? We use Gong to analyze our calls/attribution and I would love to be able to see the UTMs on each conversation recorded in Gong.
Feature Request: Admin Access to Set User’s AvailabilityI’m looking to centrally manage my team’s availability. As is, only users can set their own availability, but for my organization's use-case, this would be much better if we could centrally manage this. Cal.com has a version of this that let’s you impersonate your team members to achieve setting properties that can only be updated by the user (ie, not accessible via the admin). Feature Request: API Endpoint to Set AvailabilityThe ability to manage availability of team member’s through an API endpoint. This would mean that we could collect availability within our our application and then programmatically configure their Calendly availability.
I created an event poll and didn’t reach consensus. I then (using the same invite) added additional slots, and some people were able to select them and some received an error that “someone has already replied with their email address”. Help please.
I photograph senior portraits. I photograph multiple schools. I have names and passwords for each senior. I would like to upload a list of seniors, passwords, school so seniors from school 1 can book during week 1 and seniors from school 2 can only book during week 2 etc. It that possible, where can I find information about how to control booking?

Hello,I have a Group Event scheduled for February 2 at 7:00 PM, with several registered participants. I must change the start time to 6:00 PM instead of 7:00 PM.My main concern is ensuring that this adjustment updates all existing participants' automatic workflows (e.g., email reminders). Ideally, I’d like to handle this as smoothly as I would for a one-on-one event, where rescheduling is straightforward.I noticed that this functionality is available in Cal.com, where modifying the start time of a group event automatically updates notifications for registered participants. Is there a way to adjust the start time of a Group Event while keeping all current registrations intact and ensuring that notifications are updated accordingly? Or would I need to create a new event and ask participants to re-register?Any advice or best practices for handling this situation would be greatly appreciated.Thank you!Best regards, n🌞
there is wrong old, host name in reschedule proposition to client - in my profile is diffrent name -new, correct surname after marriage. I cannot find, where I can change it.
Hey Calendly team! One thing that I really want to have is the ability to give my calendly link to a person and limit the slots they can choose from. Sometimes I want to limit the options a person sees with my link. I don’t want to really generate a new event since it’s essentially the same event, just different time constraints. Also for different people, priorities may change (For certain people I want to show A,B,C slots while for other high-priority people I want show A,B,C,D,E,F)
My calendly is connected to my google calendar - so when you book a time, you get an appointment with me, with my gmail - that I do not use. I wish for it to show my business email and company name for the “organizer” - how / where do I change this? Also to make sure the reply goes to the right place, and not for an email I do not use.I am logged into calendly with my business email - and not the gmail.
Hi. I have a wordpress site that I’m using elementor to construct. I’m trying have the calandar pop up when the user presses a button I’ve labeled ‘Arrange a Call’Currently the calendar opens another page, taking the user off the website. Any ideas what I’m doing wrong here and a possible solution?Best WishesMark
Bonjour je souhaiterais savoir comment limiter l’accès sur mon agenda électronique sur 2 semaine. Je ne trouve ce paramétrage.Merci
I understand that Calendly currently is not built to automatically add a Google Meet link to a booked meeting when the main calendar the booking is placed into is an Apple Calendar. However, I want meetings to be placed in my Apple calendar and have a Google Meet link in them for running the meeting (that’s how I work).I’d be happy to update a booked event with a Google Meet link manually after it was booked, but the edit event modal dialogue in Calendly does not allow doing so. What is the best way of achieving the above?

I have tried many times both yesterday and today, to restart the subscription that I paused over the holiday period. Calendly keeps giving me a "Billing server error. Please try again." error. I’ve double-checked my company card details and limits and everything is in order - it’s the same card that was working previously for my recurring Calendly billing when my subscription was active a month ago. I keep trying to reach human support through the chatbot about this, it never directs me to anyone. I also can't find any bug report flow within the app. Calendly team - please can you direct this to the right people to get it fixed, so I can get my subscription back up and running soon? I need it for an email send, and if it still continues to fail I’ll need to turn to an alternative solution to get the job done.
