Hi there, I’ve accidentally signed up for a free Teams trial. I wanted to setup a free subscription.Going by my chat with the bot on the website, there's no action required to convert my account to the free plan and there will be no charges. But when I ask to confirm this, it goes into a loop (see attachments). I cannot downgrade because I don’t see an option to do so.Can someone confirm this please? 

I’ve signed up for Calendly and added the Calendly add-in to Outlook but the Calendly icon is still not displaying in my Outlook 365 desktop client.Can you help me resolve this?

I’d like a way to customize the communications for ad hoc meeting types, specifically the calendar event title.Much like a users’ ability to modify the communication initiated from a Calendly event (with specific event-types), I would like to be able to do more to customize how ad hoc events’ communications are distributed. I find myself using the ad-hoc meeting feature more than my event-types, and this would lead to less confusion on my scheduled meetings with clients/prospective-clients. I’ve scanned the forums here and I know it’s well defined as not possible, and was hoping this forum post could be used as a recommendation/idea-board item.Potentially a place in the user settings where you could modify the ad hoc meeting distribution options, or more options when executing the ad hoc event. Thanks, really enjoy the product!

Hello colleagues,I got an email domain from my company. And I opened my Calendly account using Gmail (without any passwords). Then the company decided to change an email domain. And now I can’t log in my Calendly account with an old domain email.And when I insert the old email using Gmail - Gmail says that it can’t find my Google account.Could somebody please help me to solve this issue? Thank you.

As a hybrid worker, I am really struggling currently with managing my in person and remote meetings. I have one primary link that is available to everyone, all the time, and it would be amazing if the location availability would sync with my outlook calendar availability. For instance, if I put down that I am “working remotely“ only remote meeting options such as zoom or phone call are available, and the in person options aren’t shown. Does anyone have a workaround for this? Right now, I have to be either fully available or fully unavailable, which is far from ideal.

I recently changed the domain I'm working from "swierscoaching” to “swiermiedema”. Most works fine, but for the Firefox add-in, that keeps presenting links to the old domain, which no longer exists, and results in 404 errors.. When I try to approach support for this, I get a blank help screen, so I'm not getting further there. Any ideas?Here is the screen, which is impossible to use: 

When we make changes to some aspects of a managed event, we’ve found that the only easy way to have those changes propagate to the staff is to un-assign & then re-assign those events. (maybe there’s a better way?)In that process, the only obvious casualty is that the availability for each staff member gets reset to their Default schedule. So, now we know that needs to get fixed manually for each staff member after a change, but it’s a bit of a nuisance & there’s more possibility for mistakes & forgetting this step. We’re hoping that either we’re misunderstanding something OR you can take this as feedback, run it by the product team and maybe they can think up a smoother implementation?

I am looking for a solution to stop gaps between events from occurring as I want to maximise the number of events I can schedule in a day. Currently, I have two event options - a 90-minute event and a 60-minute event which I would like to use on the same calendar. When a customer books in a meeting at say 8:00 to 9:00 and another books a meeting at say 9:30 and 10:30, there is a 30-minute gap between meetings.Is there a setting to force events to be next to each other and prevent gaps between events from occurring? Thanks in advance for any suggestions  

I want to allow my invitees to include the email addresses for additional guests when making an appointment on my booking page(s). I’ve seen others do this, but am unsure of how to do it myself. My goal is to make it so that if, for example, one person that is booking would also like to bring three others with them, they can book for all four names at once. How can I accomplish this?

Hi,I want to use Calendly to offer guided city tours. My goal is to enable a customer to purchase a tour not only for themselves, but also for people traveling with them. This needs to be reflected in the final price.For example: the tour is 40 EUR per adult person. Children are free.During the reservation, I select 2 adults and 1 child. The final price will be 80 EUR.Is this possible? I want to avoid groups of people having to place multiple orders.Thanks in advance for your help!Florian

As a customer, I want someone to be able to book appointments and subscribe to all of their appointments rather than manually add each one individual by e-mail. I don’t see a way to log in or get a URL to subscribe this way. How can this be done so customers have less hassle? For example, a school calendar will come with a URL that you can add to Google Calendar, Outlook, or iCloud, and then when the school updates events, users automatically see all current and future events. On 10 to 8 App, another calendar app, there is a URL-based subscription option for customers. I don’t see an equivalent feature in Calendly.

This news is from Google.  Calendly has been letting customers use the old Universal codes as well as the newer GA4 codes for quite some time re: our GA integration. On July 1st Google is finally going to get rid of the older codes. From Google“Starting March 2023: If you didn't manually migrate your active standard Universal Analytics property to a new Google Analytics 4 property and didn't opt out of an automatic property creation, we created a Google Analytics 4 property on your behalf. Use caseI am scheduling regular office hours for customers, where they can sign up through Calendly. I want these time slots be blocked on my calendar in advance, so that other meetings don’t get scheduled over them. These blocked slots are exactly the slots I want to make available to Calendly, but Calendly assumes I am busy and doesn’t allow me to schedule over this time.  I tried setting up Calendly first as then secure slots on my calendar, but Calendly canceled everything once the slots appeared on my calendar. How do I make Calendly ignore my actual calendar, if I want to designate blocked slots on my calendar as open for Calendly?  I assume this should be a pretty common use case. 

Is there a way to change how the names appear to me while using Calendly and viewing people’s names within this event from LastName FirstName in Calendly to FirstName LastName.Below is how all names appear within my scheduled events. I’m assuming a setting was changed by me, but I didn’t intend to change it if it was me. 

Hello,I would like to add a choice of Zoom or Microsoft Teams for meetings. I see I am able to do that for One-on-One Meetings, but not Group Events. Am I missing something, or is this not available? If it is not available, I would like to request this. One-on-One:Group: 

I set up an event for 1:1 events like a house viewing. It’s set up for a 30-minute meeting. from 10 am - 4 pm.However, I’ve had an overwhelming response and would like to be able for more people to attend.I cannot change the event to a group event to open up the time slots again.I cannot create a new event because the attendees are synced with my calendar.How do I get around this I want to duplicate the event and allow for double the attendees. (Because I now have 1 extra staff to accommodate this).Or if I changed the time slots to 15 minutes (could I do this and how would it affect the attendees already booked it?)

Hello,We use Calendly on our website for people to either A) schedule an appointment with a member of our sales team or B) sign up to be contacted by a representative to be contacted about our services. We currently only operate in select portions of our state, yet we receive submissions on both types of Calendly forms from all over the United States, that would be considered “Out of Territory” for us. Is there a way with Calendly to use routing to qualify a customer by the zipcode they enter when they fill out one of our forms so that they’re prompted with a message such as “Sorry, but you’re outside of our serviceable location at this time?”Thank you in advance!

I have 2 events scheduled and needed to expand from 4 invitees per 30 minute time slot to 5.Once I changed the number of invitees from 4 to 5, it changed it on the second date but not the first. The first date was already completely booked.How can I show the extra slots on the first date also? Why did it only show on one of two dates?

Hi, I want to have a custom confirmation page on my website so that I can track meetings booked. I have set up the page on my website and have ticked the “pass event details to your redirected page” box.But I don’t know how to get these event details to pass through to the page. What information/code do I need to put on the website to show things like email/time of event etc For reference I am using wordress. I can’t find any information showing how to get the event details to show on the custom page.
