Hello, I have connected my Google calendar.  A new test booking is displayed. What do I have to do so that all previous bookings in Calendly are also displayed in Google Calendar? Thank you

Having issues with appointment scheduled not displaying on my calendar. 

I currently live in the US PT and here is 8am. The daylight saving time changed this month, and 9am became 8am. Someone who lives in Europe booked a call with me at 8am my time last month, before the time changed. Let’s say when they booked the call it was 5pm their time and 8am my time.Now with the time changed 8am my time is 4pm their time. In my calendar it still shows the call is at 8am, but no one has joined the call. But if for the other person it shows 5pm, that’s going to be 9am my time. How does Calendly treat these scenarios?

Hello,I'm an IT technician, I'm reaching out regarding a ticket we received from a client experiencing issues with Calendly. When attempting to view his bookings, he encounters an error (attached).The client utilizes his Office 365 account calendar.Here's what I've tried so far:Removing and re-adding his calendar using the Office 365 calendar. Ensuring his Office suite is up to date. Temporarily removing the Exchange Plan 2 license for an hour and then re-adding it to reprovision the mail services on his account. Testing different browsers, including incognito mode. Troubleshooting the availability.Any advice would be greatly appreciated.Thank you.

I would like people to pay to register for various group event courses. With “poll” events, Calendly gives me the ability to hold multiple spaces open on my calendar so that no one schedules during that time. I’d like to do the same with paid events. Once someone pays, it will be held, but in the meantime I’m worried someone else will book for those slots. I can do this with free group events simply by registering myself as one of the attendees. But I can’t figure out how to do this with paid events without paying myself.So for example: I create a paid class. Clients can pay to book that class anytime. But there might be 2-3 times I definitely want to hold it (whether or not anyone pays) so that I can do recordings. I want to lock those 2-3 times on my calendar but still allow people to book the event type whenver they’re willing to.I hope what I’m trying to do makes sense and that you can help me do it Thanks so much! 

I was looking for an option to create recurring meetings with users. For example, I would like to schedule weekly meetings with someone at the same time for the next 6 months. Is it possible to do so in Calendly?

I am unable to receive bookings on the weekend even though I have changed my dates and times so that I am available on Saturday, however this is now reflecting in my link…. Please help 

Hi @jillian, your initial answer to this question is informative to my scenario as well.  Thank you for the detailed insight!I have a free Calendly account using my work email.  Since creating that, I discovered that we have a managed account within the company.  The admin allocated a license to my email account, but I am not able to apply that license within my Calendly account.  Is there an easy method to transition individual accounts into the managed account?

I am the admin for 3 advisors - is there a way to see a list of their upcoming meetings in Calendly so I know when to call clients and remind them of their appointments?

The “Location” variable, when used in reminder emails etc., actually inserts the word “Location: “  How can I make it so that it only inserts ONLY the input data? Right now, the text for my confirmation/reminder emails shows up as:I will call you at Location: +1 234 567 8901 on {date} at {time}. What I want is for it to show up as:I will call you at +1 234 567 8901 on {date} at {time}. Please help!

I am an Executive Coach and clients use Calendly to book Zoom sessions with me. I started running into the challenge with back-to-back meetings where clients in the Zoom waiting room are seeing the name of the previous client [see attached photo].The Topic of the Zoom meeting is being pulled from Calendly as "Name" + "Event Type" So I wanted to see if there was a way I could somehow change this to protect client confidentiality.There doesn’t appear to be a solution in Zoom and Calendly Tech support was not helpful.It seems like there is no way to create unique Zoom IDs for each booking either.  I am sure other coaches and therapists

Hi!when cancellation messages are sent, the reason for cancellation is currently displayed at the end of the message in red text. How can I include the text somewhere else within the message?  

I have asked this question previously, but have not got any help up to now.How can I reach someone from the Calendly team directly to help me?I tried the chat box, but its an automatic answering thing and I did not receive any help there.Booked time slots still show available in my Calendly availability calendar, even though it is set as one to one and I am getting confirmation emails by Calendly to my email address for the booking.I have to edit each scheduled event manually in my availability calendar on Calendly to avoid double bookings, which is really annoying.Thank you for your help 

I have been using Calendly with one event type, 30 minute meeting.  The link to this has been published by my agency and works fine.  I decided to set up a new event, duration one hour.  I created this and sent the link directly to a single client.  Now, another client has booked this second event type and I have no idea how.  He insists he used the link sent by the agency (the first link - the agency has NOT been sent the second link).  1.  Has anyone had this happen?  and 2.  How do I stop it happening?

When people book with me using my Calendly link, I can see those events on my Calendly “Scheduled events” page. But if I use another Calendly users link to book an event with them, I don’t see it on my scheduled events. That’s bad because I may miss events. Is there somewhere I can see all of my events?

How can I book events that are accepted by telephone, for example, into the calendar myself so that this appointment is already reserved?

Hello, I'm a business owner who employs a virtual assistant. I'm seeking a way to automate the process of informing my virtual assistant whenever someone schedules an appointment through my Calendly. This would eliminate the need for me to manually share the details of each booking with her. How will I do it?

I searched, but did not find this topic? I'm using Calendly to book in-person consults at client homes. I don't know until they book what the location is. Right now I have TBD in location and added a Question  for them to answer about where the consult will take place, but that seems cumbersome and I don’t know how to update the location after booking. There has to be a better way so that the client can enter their location in the location field when they book? 

How do I require a reason in the space for “Reason for Rescheduling”...or for Cancellation? I’ve received multiple reschedules from someone, and they continue to leave the reason blank. I’d like to make it required so that they at least provide the courtesy of an explanation.

We have instances where we need to oscillate b/w 1, 2,and 3 time slots for a given day.  Group event type only takes a value greater than 1.  We find it incredibly cumbersome to maintain 3-4 calendars just to support this.  Any suggestions on how to do this?

Hi I had to make a new account to try and contact customer service is there a number where I can talk to someone directly? 

I am the administrator at a small organization and need to create and manage meetings on behalf of two individuals.  From what I understand, I can log into their calendly accounts to set up their events.  Would I have the ability to handle all the notifications and communications for bookings?  We would also want both them and myself to be notified when something is booked?   Would I need access to their email accounts to do this?  If this is doable, which subscription would we need to manage this?
