Buenas tardes,He conseguido realizar la integración de Calendly con Salesforce pero no encuentro la forma de vincular los campos. Parece ser que esto se realiza a través de unos flujos que ya vienen preestablecidos pero no los encuentro.Necesito que al crear un evento en Calendly:1.- Compruebe si esa persona ya existe en Salesforce. Si NO existe crearla como Candidato (Lead)2.- Crear un evento en el Calendario de Salesforce con los datos del evento de Calendly.Quedo a la espera de su ayuda.Un saludo.

Hi! Does anyone have a workaround for this situation? We use Calendly to book “Health Checks” for our customers on our software, but we only want each customer to be able to use that link once - we don’t want them to come back and use it again in a week or two. Is there a way to only allow a user to use the link once based on their email address?

Hello,I have two different Event Types.  For one event, I want Calendly to check for conflicts on only my calendar.  For the other Event Type, I want Calendly to check for conflicts on both my calendar and my engineer’s calendar.Currently, this Calendar sync setting is only under the Profile settings and applies to all Event Types.As a sales person, I set up meetings for just myself or technical meetings for myself and my engineer.  However, I have to only choose one unless there is a workaround.Thank you

My team has a shared calednly link that our customers can schedule through. And right now whenever someone clicks on the scheduling link, instead of taking to the booking page it pulls up an error page with the headline “Calendly Error: Apologies for the inconvenience….” it then has a link that refers to the status page (calendlystatus.com) but it says that all systems are operational. All the other scheduling calendars for our team are working fine and even calendars that are clones of this one are working fine. I’ve attached a picture of the error page, does anyone know why this is happening or how we can fix it?  

Is there a way to change the 'sender’ email address? I've changed the login email address to my new updated domain based email but bookings are still being confirmed from my original gmail account.

Hi,  I have one event for which people could access at différents price (some participant have to pay full price and others get a cheaper price). Since it’s impossible to add a reduction code field with stripe payement, I thought I could create multiple events for the same date and attribute specific price for each specific event created. But, one participant already registered (at full participation rate) and now the date is not available anymore for other event with reduced participation rate.  My question is: Is there any possibility to have several events booked for the same date and time? Or is there any solution to have the possibility to register with a reduction code with Stripe integration on Calendly?  In advance, thank you soooo much for you help since I’m going crazy with this 😅

 Can you please assist me with the solution on how to create a calendly slot to overlap the time booking?Please provide me with the details on how to book calendly event so that same slot will be available in the calendly so they can book for same slot twice or multiple timesFor example: We want people to continue to see the time slot 9 to 10, even if someone has booked that time slot for a particular day. Hi,I have a small company with 4 staff that need calendly.We have all been set up with different accounts unfortunately.I understand I can invite each of them onto my account as users, but do I get a refund when I cancel/deactivate their individual calendly accounts? 

Has anyone been able to use Google Meet but without using Google Calendar?  Our company uses Office 365 Outlook for email.  We don’t want to use Google calendar but love how easy Google Meet is to use.  You don’t have to click but one button and you are in the meeting. With Teams and everything else, you have to enter a password and a code and it takes 5 minutes to get into the meeting!!! Google Meet is awesomely easy to use …. but you have to use a Google Calendar.  Are there any workarounds out there? 

It was not the case earlier.Facing this issue from past two days - trying to add speaker to the Calendly account - however the speaker is never getting a Confirmation email to activate their account. The speaker has been part of Calendly earlier.What could be causing this?

My clients book with me three months in advance. I need to adopt a new schedule starting four months from now. How can I get that schedule set up without disrupting my existing schedule, and without having to use the availability override feature for all future appointments? TIA

Is there any possible way for a Zap to be trigger as an outcome from a routing form? I’ve tried setting it up with webhooks but it’s way too confusing, beyond the point of simplicity that I would like to see with the Zapier integration. Specifically I’d like to use it to ensure that people who get “declined” by our application form don’t receive any follow up emails asking why they didn’t apply. 

I know this is stupid, but when a client selects a Teams meeting option, Calendy sends out a teams link to me and the client.  When it’s meeting time, we both clink on the link from calendy, but we both wait for the admin to let us in-silly, since I’m the admin of the meeting.  Is there a system default to let Calendy know that I’m the admin of the meeting.  My work around is to have all clients abandon the Calendy teams meeting and I send them a fresh teams meeting link.Thanks,

I’m interested in connecting more than one Zoom account with my Calendly page. Is this possible?If not and I switch accounts (my employer started an account just for me), what happens to the meetings on my calendar that are attached to the first Zoom account?I need to switch to the new Zoom account, but am unsure how to safely do so.

We are using a round robin event that is live on our website and landing pages for consultation bookings.Each host has sets their own availability and the event has a cap on the total number of bookings per day however some hosts are being over scheduled.Please ad a feature so that each host can set their own individual daily limits.Thank you.

With a Round Robin Scheduling approach, When using booking link, how do I know which team member calendar I am booking on (while booking the event) vs after the event is booked?

I have taken time to schedule out “date specific time”. for the next month and when I go to “check calendar it does not show uP ???I have refreshed my page and still it does not show up.  I have email my self to schedule like the site say do and it does not show???would love some help? 

I know when sharing a link from the Calendly home page, I can select the “Let this link expire after the first booking” option. However, I typically share from within g-mail. Is there a way to have these links expire as well?  Is there a default setting to have all links expire after the first booking?

How can I set participant limits that are different for different timeslots. For example, I’m scheduling a training. We run classes at 2pm and 4pm that have a max number of students of 12. The class at 6pm has a max of 6. I know how to make them all 6 or all 12, but I need to have different limits at different times.

My company is launching a new partnership and we want to create a co-branded Calendly link for prospect to book meetings, however I can’t figure out how to create a calendar with separate branding than I have in my admin settings, which is only for my company. Is it possible to have multiple branding settings in Calendly?
