How Do I...?

Okay, so I have a Wedding & Events website. I need to be able to block dates once I have received the payment for those. Also, the client needs to see once they enter the calendar page on my website the available dates there so they can schedule their event there. This calendar is not to separate a call meeting or any type of call, is to separate days, block dates, and have the availability ready for the client once they enter the Calendar page on my website. I need to know if I’m able to do this with Calendly.

Hello Everyone, We are 3 consultants available. One attendee schedules a meeting, and we internally choose who will meet with this one lead, our event type selected is collective.The problem I have is that if consultant #1 is the zoom host, and even though multiple hosts are selected, when consultant #2 or #3 join without consultant #1, it shows “waiting for host to start the meeting”. PLEASE HELP!!! Hello there, I’m browsing our organisation Analytics page. The filer allows me to access only data from the last 365 days, or last year. No data are available for Analytics before than. How do I access data older than 1 year ago?Thanks for the help!

I am trying to pass variables collected in a JotForm submission to my Calendly event like this: https://calendly.com/user/30min?name={name37:first}%20{name37:last}&email={email38}&invitee_payment_amount={total}&invitee_payment_currency=USD&guests={email47},{email49},{email51},{email53},{email55} Everything is working fine except that the `invitee_payment_amount` is not updating the price charged on the booking page. I can see the dollar amount being passed in the URL, but it is being overridden by the default amount I have to select when setting up payments for the Event because the minimum price must be at least $0.50.  Is there a way to ensure that the price gets passed down to the event so that I am collecting the correct amount?

I would like to control how much time is between current and meeting time. As I see, there is 4 hour gap. There are no blocking events. I am available between 9am and 17pm. Right now is 12:30. If I go to my link, the only time available is 16:30. I didn’t find any setting that controls it.

Has anyone been able to get SquadCast to integrate with Calendly? Descript recently acquired SquadCast, but I cannot get it to work through Zapier like Zoom works with Calendly. Any guidance would be much appreciated!

Reminder email sends my timezone to meeting recipient instead of their timezone & confuses them. Help ?For example I am based in Bali, most clients in US they get reminder email saying look forward to out meeting at 9pm Bali time. How do I sort this out ?

How do I set up my Google Meet settings so Calendly invitees can join the meeting without requiring the host to be present on the google meet and accept invitees to join the meeting? Example: Lead schedules appointment on our calendly, I notify sales person of appointment, they join the google meet without the host (me) requiring to be on the google meet. Any help appreciated!

I have certain parts of each month (a full week) that I’d like to open up for one specific event type, and have blocked for all the others. Specifically, I’d like to open up the first week of each month for a specific Event type, but block out all others. Is this possible, without having to manually go into each Event type and override the times for those days every month?  If I block out on the calendar that’s connected, it blocks all event types.  What would be the best way to go about this? Hey there,  i’ve found this one in here already but you said that this couldn’t happen.One of my Workflows duplicated and replaced another one today. Hence my Customers didnt receive a reminder 1 hour before the meeting but would now have two reminders a day before.Since I cannot quite remember the text of the E-Mail and SMS, this is really annoying.How can this happen and how do I prevent it.

Hello, Is it possible to include hyperlinks in the Questions themselves - for example “I have read the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy”  - possible answers radio button “Yes” “No”.  I would like to have direct hyperlinks to my Terms of Use and Privacy Policy in the questions.  Merci!  

A meeting that took place last November (Nov 2023) is still among the pending meetings as of Jan 2024. I can obviously delete it, but why doesn’t it automatically migrate to the "Past” group? 

Can i manage a team account without having to pay for my user?

I am new to Calendly and I would like to attach a pdf file to confirmation email (after the user has booked the meeting).  I would like this pdf file to be sent along with the confirmation email. 

My calendly meetings end (Google Meet) at the scheduled time.  How do I stop that?  If I want to keep talking I shouldn’t have to create a new meeting.  Is there an extend button?   Schedule a 30 minute meeting and we had to send an extra google meet invite to keep talking.  Very inconvenient.

Where can I enter an email address in the properties of a Calendly appointment that will be notified as soon as an appointment is made. This email address should not be invited itself and it should not be displayed to the invitee. It can be a “BCC’d” slack channel email adress for example and it is only for reporting purposes for appointment bookings.

I can’t see a way to have Calendly show up on my Google Calendar in different colors. I have 4 different event types in Calendly, and because I track my time using colors in google calendar, having those different event types show up as different colors on Gcal would be wildly helpful. Is this possible? I can see where all Calendly events can show up as “Calendly Blue” - but not where each event type is a different color. Thanks! 

Good morning, I'm testing my funnel on Clickfunnels.Something strange happens that I don't understand.I enter one of my 2 emails in the Optin Page to see the video.In my Activecampaign responder the contact appears with the email I used (robertocrestale63@gmail.com) and the "optin video" tag.Everything OK.Then, from the video page I click to schedule the appointment with Calendly.I go to see the contact in Activecampaign and I discover that, instead of updating the contact with the "value optin" and "arranged appointment" tags on the already existing contact, it inexplicably adds a new contact with my other email (robertocrestale@libero.it ), which obviously I hadn't included on the optin page, with the updated tags "optin video" and "appointment scheduled"!?!In your opinion, what does it depend on? What do I need to correct?If you are able to log into my account you can see what I just described.Thanks for your answer.

I have Routing set up and did a test. Everything worked great. However, the questions I ask on the Routing form do not appear in the confirmation email I get when someone schedules an event with me. I need to be able to see those answers. Is there a way to have these included in the New Event email confirmation I get from notifications@calendly.com?

We use the round robin feature to allow 4 employees to book meeting with our clients. But I am the admin and I do not get automated alerts of bookings.Any feedback or suggestions on how either through Zapier or other strategies, our org can receive an email or slack notification for every booking regardless of which employee the client books with? We need the alert to do manual phone calls to clients. 

Presently I have two verified phone #’s in my account. I would like to use one for text messages to host (Myself)  and the other for text messages to invitees (My guests). Is this possible?

I need to have my staff sign up for a 3 hour shift each day (M-F) that doesn’t affect me or my personal schedule.  Can I set up an event that doesn’t sync with my schedule but still allows me to see the calendar and shifts for that event? Do I need a blank calendar to use? How do I switch to that one for JUST THAT EVENT?
