I created a scheduled event and invited a user to it. I can see the user in the event and assigned them as "View Only." However, they cannot see my "Scheduled Events."What else do I need to do to allow them to see my scheduled event? The invited users don't even have a dropdown option to see my events on the "Scheduled Events" page.If I go to the Admin Center and then to the User Tab in the “People” category, I can see the users attached. If I change the user from "User" to "Admin," they can see my "Scheduled Events," but this allows them to change event information, which is not acceptable.
Our business has 15 Calendly users. We want to be able to take a payment via Stripe that goes into the one stripe account, that of the business owner. Is that possible and does that mean the admin/business owner has to go into all the users and update it to his own Stripe account, or is there a quick fix?
I share my link with clients to book a Google Meets meeting. It populates on my Google calendar. Once the meeting is over, but while I am still talking to the client, I get them on the calendar for a follow up time/date. To do this I edit the existing Google Meets invitation and send that out with the new date/time. However, there are no reminders that go out to the invitee once that is edited. I can set up notifications, but those only go to me.How can I get reminders to the invitee on an edited meeting invitation (I do have reminders set up in work flow from the original meeting link they book on).Thank you!!
When a prospect books an appointment that has an event type with the location set to Zoom Meeting; is there any way to send the Zoom confirmation instead of the Calendly confirmation? I ask because Zoom confirmation email messages give you the ability to add the appointment to Google calendar, Apple Calendar and your Outlook Calendar
Hi! The situation is as follows:I have a standard calendly account. My partner has a standard calendly account. We want to share one calendly link for people to schedule appointments with both of us (both our agendas need to be free in such occasions). How is that possible? Many thanks!
Hello,I’ve changed my main address in my Google Account and unfortunately I can’t access anymore to my Calendly account. I’ve tried to connect with the new address but I created a new account 😭.Where can I have some help to access to my first account ? The page “Contact us” doesn’t allow me to write a single word !Thanks for your time.
I use Calendly for my personal use to make it easier to talk with recruiters as I’m looking for a new role. It makes their life easier which hopefully means my resume is closer to the top.
I may be an odd user but I do not allow clients to book appointments with me, I book all of my appointments for them which gives me a flexibility I need to manage the multiple locations where I meet clients and multitude of different appointment types that I have, each with its own time requirement and very individualized automated workflows. I work out of multiple offices, as well as coffee shops where I regularly meet with clients, that located hours apart. In order for me to schedule appointments efficiently, I have to take into account the location of each appointment, the time requirement and the travel time between each meeting location. Using Calendly this way also allows me to highly customize each appointment type with Automated Workflows which double or even triple my efficiency and significantly decreases the percentage of no-shows. I am very interested to learn if many other Calendly users are using the system and functionality in the same way as well as I would be more th
If a client or I enters the wrong email address for the client, I open the appointment and change the email address for the client, It allows me to edit and save it in their appointment but it does not change the email address that the Confirmation emails are sent to for the client. The automated and confirmation email messages continue to go to the wrong email address. Is there a way to correct this without canceling the clients appointment and rescheduling them?
I am a partner of an advisory firm and would like to provide my assistant access. Is there a way to do this without providing them my UN/PW? I don’t mind paying for a seat. If not, can I remove the SSO option? I don’t mind providing UN/PW access to Calendly, but I cannot, due to compliance reasons, provide the UN/PW to my Microsoft account. Thanks!Russell
How do I make the color of available dates show up on embedded pop up? Several dates are greyed out and I don’t know how to fix this.
I’m not sure what’s happening here. My open hours start at 12:00PM and on some days my availability is messed up. What happened to the 1:00PM and the other time slots that follow it? Can someone explain? I have the 30minute time increment on. I tried messing around with it changing the increments, but it still isn’t perfect. I don’t have any calendars linked to interfere with the calendar either. Any insight would be helpful, thanks in advance.
My organization uses Calendly, mostly via Round Robin events that circulate to our whole team for even distribution! This is working great! My one question is, is there a way to make their “personal” company email addresses within a round-robin event (i.e. first.last@company.com)? Our team uses Salesforce to communicate with clients via email and we try to stick to our company Gmail account for internal-only purposes (it isn’t used much) and this seems to be giving clients a straight shot to one individual directly, which we want to avoid to avoid delays with other meeting conflicts, PTO/OOO, etc. Ideally, for the round-robin events, I would love to be able to replace what the invitee sees from first.last@company.com with ourteam@company.com. Any input is greatly valued and appreciated! 😀
Hi, I run a sports training facility with multiple areas available for rent, so all of the areas could theoretically be rented at the same time. I use calendly as the booking tool, but when one area is booked for, say 2pm, that time is blocked off for the other areas of the facility. Any ideas on how to allow booking for multiple events at the same times>
Hi,I can't configure the events so that the calendar view is displayed weekly instead of monthly. In my company, Filadd, we use around 50 premium Calendly accounts, and thanks to this tool, we provide support to university students. We allow our students to schedule a session for any day they want, from today up to 2 months ahead. However, we need the users not to see the availability by months, as it confuses them. Instead, we need them to see the availability in a weekly view, while still being able to choose any day they want between today and 2 months ahead. Thanks, Santiago.
This is a huge feature gap for a common use case.
I have my schedule set to accept certain events 8:30am to 5pm US Eastern, and only one specific event can be booked at 5am-7am. Twice now people have been able to book calls outside the times specified in the schedule. Is this a bug? How do I stop this happening? (Yes: I double checked the event settings and made sure that the right schedule is applied to each event - that is all correct and the right events have the appropriate schedule applied.)
Perhaps I’m missing something, but I’m not seeing a way to ensure that our customers are receiving the Calendly emails/invitations/communication from our custom email address that is configured in the Gmail Integrations. Is this not possible? Seems like it should be able to send outgoing emails from our GSuite/Gmail account rather than the calendly address with the reply-to set to our email address? Thanks in advance!
I have two issues: My Calendly continues to lose connection with my Microsoft Calendar. My Calendly link continues to lose connection with the Calendly Availability. I like Calendly when it works but it is becoming a full-time job to keep fixing this. Is there a way to permanently fix it?
I have ~20 Calendly users in my team, and they’re not all great at making sure their calendars are blocked off on holidays. Is it possible for the company admin to block off dates for the whole team? Or do I need to just check with each individual user? I would also love to suggest that a feature be implemented that the company admin can implement date specific hours for the whole company. Our team has some dates where the entire business is closed and it would be great if I could block these dates off for everyone.
Hey CalPals! We heard your feedback and are now making it easier to access the plug-in! 🎉 What is the Outlook Plug-In, and is it right for me? For some users, the Plug-In is a crucial part of the calendar connection process. It allows Calendly to pull data from a local calendar. With a local calendar, your calendar data lives solely on your computer and does not sync to a web-based calendar. What is a web-based calendar? The majority of Calendly's calendar options (Google, Office 365/Outlook.com, Exchange, iCloud) are web-based – meaning you are able to access your calendar data from anywhere, on any device by logging in on your browser. With web-based calendars, Calendly connects directly to your online calendar account where the data resides. The Outlook Plug-in is a solution we designed to facilitate a local connection on Windows devices, meaning that Calendly accesses the Outlook calendar app via a secondary application installed on your PC. Why can’t I install the Plug-In from m
When available meetings are scheduled, they are removed from Calendly, which is fine… but can they be shaded out. To the customer, it looks like not enough meetings were available, if any at all. Thoughts, or am I missing something?
I have a client thats using calendly, they are having issues with formatting the embedded code. I need to get in and fix the settings, they have sent me an invite, but it asks me to login to my account or create a new one, logging into my account simply gives me my details. How do i access there account via this invite.
I have two different appointment options for two different types of clients. Does Calendly prevent double booking if a Client A books an appointment and then Client B tries to book appointment at the same time?
I give potential clients up to a few free appointments but then I want them to no longer use the free event. I REALLY need a feature in the event that allows me to set only so many uses PER client.I see this has been requested before. Has any remedy or revision been made to allow for this?Thank you!
