Is there any way to connect and synchronize an unsupported calendar? I have my calendar in ICalendar/ICS format - is there any way to, by using a Calendly API, synchronize those two calendars?Regards

I started an organization of booking appointments for patients. I’m the owner. I would like to add, inside my organization, multiple professionists, each of them with their own mail and their own calendars.Is it possible to manage this stuff? I mean, different events for each users, connected to different calendars? Thank you so much

I use one account on Calendly and I have a problem - currently, I have two events scheduled for the same date and time. Booking event number 1 prevents the possibility of booking event number 2. What should I do to ensure that booking a specific date and time for event number 1 does not preclude the possibility of booking the same date and time for event number 2? Is it possible to separate these two events? Edit: I'm using the Standard plan - will switching to the Teams plan allow me to resolve the above issue?

Want to add your Calendly-booked events to a secondary calendar, other than the “add-to” calendar(s) of the assigned meeting host(s)? In my experience, many teams may want their Calendly-booked events added to a secondary “shared company calendar” for easy, at-a-glance viewing of their team’s meetings.Because Calendly only allows for booked events to be added to one “add-to” calendar per host, here’s a cool workaround to create event duplicates on a second calendar using our integration with Zapier. 

If an invitee declines an event, why is it still showing on my Outlook calendar? Also, if an invitee needs to reschedule an event, how do they do this? Just as an FYI, I am using the free plan. Thanks!

When I set up the calendar, I set a schedule of times and dates that I am available. It worked at first, but when I looked at my calendar this morning, it shows that I am available on days that I´m not, and at times that I´m not.Is there something I´m doing wrong, or is it something I can fix?Thanks.

I’ve created a new event type about 5 times now and I can’t get it to save.  I click save after every update when updating the event settings and everything looks good until I go back to my main booking page and that option doesn’t appear at all.  I’m not a fan of this new update.  I’ve been a user for a couple of year and can’t seem to get things to work since the update.

Hello, Wonder if you can help me understand how this works my mobile (I have iPhone 11).I’m on FB, and l click on a person’s View Profile, the Details. Then there’s some links to choose from. I choose one, the one that says nameofartist.com. Then I will just tell you what I see on the next screen:at the very top: I’m still in FB and it says Facebook and nameofartist.com is under it in small gray type.under that: a black bar that says TODAYunder that it is the homepage of nameofartist.com’s website .at the bottom of my phone screen is a blue button that says “Schedule Your Free Consultation powered by Calendly”I have no idea how the website and Calendly are being integrated into Facebook this way. I would appreciate any thing you can tell me. I would love to be able to use Calendly on my Facebook. How do I do that? Thank you! 

I’d like to have a suggested price for an event but allow users to pay what they want. Is that available in Calendly?

I recently configured a few managed events. Just noticed that those events don’t give me the option to Schedule Invitee Again from the calendly scheduled events page. Is there a setting i’ve missed somewhere or is this not an available option for some reason?

I am looking to see how I can set up an event with two hosts and multiple (more than 10) attendees.Essentially, we hold monthly webinars with clients and ask the clients to choose the date/time, so one person would be in charge of selecting the time, but then they have a bunch of staff they also want to include in the calendar invites. We’ve tried having them forward the invites to their staff, but then the staff don’t appear on the original invites and we book up to six months out, so they often forget whether the invite went out to the staff. Anything we add to the invite or change within the invite also doesn’t get sent to their staff unless they reforward the invite.I see that it’s possible to hold a group event with one host, but we need two hosts for these webinars.  

I am trying to set up on average 3 days each month that I am available for calls. The rest of the time I want blocked out as unavailable to meet. Will the free plan work for this?On the free plan I’ve been playing around and went in and set my availability to 1 day in January and 1 day in February. When I use the link that will be sent to clients, it shows no availability for either of those days. Any idea on what’s going wrong?

We’ve been using Calendly since 2022 - but recently when I checked the billing details - I could only see invoice of the recent two months. I need invoice of earlier months as well. Why am I unable to see it?   

Hi we need to setup 4 slots for every hours event like 10am, 11am and etc and we need to open 2 slots for every 10:30am, 11:30am events. How can we do that?

I'm available and Calendly shows booked - even though I've fixed every setting and plug-in.Help please.  I’ve watched the tutorials. I’ve done everything.  My desktop Outlook shows I’m available.  Calendly doesn’t have conflicting events that I could clear, I’ve synched my calendars, changed my available hours. Downloaded the Outlook plugin.  In short, I don’t think there’s anything I haven’t done.  Any suggestions to get my calendars to synch correctly?

Hi Calendly team,We have a small business and need to allow for multiple events to be scheduled at the same time.For example, we have 3 team members who run group classes at 6-7:30 pm. We have many overlapping events per day. Customers can choose among all of them, and would like to see them in one place. The issue is since one Calendly account is connected to one Calendar, we can’t do overlapping events.  What is the best way to solve for this? We thought about buying one Calendly subscription per team member, but then we would need to send the customer 3 scheduling links to browse all our available time slots. Not a smooth customer experience.From an operations standpoint, we would need to setup 3 accounts worth of workflows, and log in and out of 3 accounts for daily management, and manage 3 google calendars, not one. I really appreciate your help! I would like to create One-on-Ones for my Team Page but it’s not an option? How can I do that so it shows on my whole team’s page? 

If I set a buffer of 30 min after every event type, isn't it unnecessary to set any buffer before any event? I would think that there would always be 30 min between any type of event.  Right? :) Thanks!
