How Do I...?

Hi there, There may be a simple answer to this. I am going to an event and have my own one on one booking page with selected times. Additionally, other attendees at the same event have their own one on one booking page and I can select times to meet on their page.When someone books a one on one on my booking page, I can see the booking and all is well.If I book a one on one on another attendees page, the time is no longer available on my booking page, that is great and avoids conflicts, but I can’t find those bookings anywhere on Calendly.When I click on Scheduled events, I can only see the one on one bookings made through my invite and not the events that I have booked on another person’s invite.The events have synced to my outlook calendar and I can see them there but I can’t find them anywhere on Calendly. (Maybe the calendar is the only place to see them?!)Than

Hi,I want to integrate Calendly into my website but i’m facing issues in finding the embedd code. Could you please help me where it is? 

I searched already but did not find an answer yet.I want to offer an event that has 30-minute slots available but give the option to book 2, 3 or 4 of those slots in one go if there is the availability, so the booking person can chose if they want to meet for half an hour, 60, 90 or 120 minutes.Is that possible? I thought I saw this offered at someone else’s calendar booking page, but cannot recreate this myself.Thanks

Hi, I created a group event with 5 different time slots on a specific date, 330, 415, 5, 545, and 630pm. At first I put the max number of invitees at a 100 but that was a mistake. I needed it to be 6. I went and changed it to 6 but this was after 2 people signed up at 415 and 3 people signed up at 630. After I changed it, the times of 330, 5, and 545 were changed to 6 spots available which is great. The 415 times says 98 available and 630 says 97 available.  It appears I cannot change these after someone signed up?. These did not save over once I made the change.. 415 should say 4 instead of 98 and 630 should say 3 now. How do I change this?  If I can’t, how do I lock down the 415 and 630 time slot?

Does Calendly allow for the event host to look at one week at a time or even on a daily basis to make changes to his appoint time availability? 

Any time I go to write a email on work flow or even with one of my events as a “email reminder”.I have a bug where the letters you use to put brackets like this for example (Your First Name) are in the middle of my screen so it limits me to writing a email remind or even on workflow. I paid for the plan and it still doing this bug. imagine your trying to write your “email reminds” and the letters are in the middle of the screen. How do you fix this ASAP?thanks 

i use ScheduleOnce for a sales company and Calendly for my own work how do i integrate these?

Hi, we have a webinar “group” event with one host selected. He is unable to cover a timeslot. We are using a shared zoom account. If he forwards the meeting to me in Outlook, will this be sufficient? I’m just worried about being able to log in when I’m not the original host. In calendly, I don’t see a feature to update the host for a meeting already scheduled. Thanks for your help!

Hello together, is there a possibility to offer our customers just one day in the week for online meeting? The problem is we have different types of meetings and when the customers choose one of these he/she has the possibility to choose between online or face to face.  But only for Wednesday we like to offer only online meetings. So what can I do to enclose this? Maybe somebody has a solution for me? :-)

Hello Calendly community, I have a situation that I assume others ran into.  In my organization that uses Microsoft 365. Within the organization I lead a center with several part-time employees. All the employees have their own MS-365 log-in. But we all use the same calendar and inbox to communicate with our clients and schedule meetings. To access the shared inbox/calendar, users first log into the organization using their unique log in credentials. (Microsoft 365 redirects to the Organization’s log in page, and then it redirects back to 365). After logging in, the user clicks on “open another inbox”. I want to used the calendar associated with the shared inbox with Calendly.  However, when connecting a 365 calendar, Calendly directs me to the Organization’s login page that requires the individuals credentials.  Is there any other way I can connect this calendar?

Das bedeutet wenn jemand bei uns einen Termin buchen möchte über den Link wird immer der Mittwoch unter dem Begriff HEIRATEN angezeigt. Has some one got a hack or script to automatically send a list of all appointments to a client?

I have text messaging activated in workflows. Unfortunately due to the amount of appointments, I have used all the allocation two weeks before the end of the month. Since the text messages have not being delivered my engagement has plummeted. After talking to the help desk, the only way to purchase additional texts (which I don't mind doing) is to purchase additional seats, which is cost prohibitive. Is there a work-around for this issue?

How can I schedule a client for reoccurring appointments i.e every week?

Did a search but surprisingly couldn’t find any existing topics on this. In the email confirmation body, text entered on a new line is automatically spaced 1 line width apart from the previous line. For example, this:becomes this:Is there any way to have lines not spaced out? I notice even in this forum box if I press enter it automatically adds 1 line width between. Why would they limit it like this?

I’ve gone into availability to show myself as unavailable and the Calendly calendar shows unavailable.  However, people can still schedule appointments on the days that are showing as unavailable.  How do I fix this

In the old UI you used to be able to select  'Let this link expire after the first booking' and then select the ‘Copy’ button and the link would copy. However, under the new UI when you enable the  'Let this link expire after the first booking' the ‘Copy Link’ button is replaced with a refresh icon. The makes users have to manually copy the link. Please bring back the functionality of a ‘Copy’ button for single use links. Single Use Link toggle is disabled. ‘Copy Link’ button is visibleSingle Use Link toggle is enabled. ‘Copy Link’ button disappears and is replaced by ‘Refresh’

Hello, I have two one-on-one event categories to offer to students. Let’s call them events X and Y. Some days I can offer students the choice of scheduling X or Y, other days, I am only available for X. To capture this variability, I’d like to have two Schedules: Schedule A, where only X events are available; another Schedule B with X or Y events available. The issue I’m having is that it seems like I can only assign each event type to one Schedule at a time. Once X events are linked w Schedule A, I can’t link them to Schedule B without them being removed from Schedule A. Is there a way around this?
