How Do I...?

Hi!I synchronize an Outlook365 calendar with Calendly, where I enter the travel time before every appointment (created without Calendly). Despite these travel times, it’s possible to book an appointment in Calendly. It does overrule my blocked travel time.How can I change that?Thank you for your help,Michael

Mental health worker here and I use calendly for booking and simple practice for electronic medical record. SP also is integrated for payment through stripe. I need SP for insurance billing and records but love calendly for event types and scheduling. How do I get the two to communicate? SP also has a scheduling component but not with event types. I also use zoom as the back up platform when SP Telehealth is unstable. I have linked SP to my google calendar and calendly to google calendar, but so far I just have duplicate appointments! What am I missing? 

Several people complained that they did not get the calendar invite.  This has caused a lot of no-shows, followed by reschedules.  Where/how do I see who is invited to each meeting and if they have accepted or declined?  Calendly is linked to my Google calendar account, and all I see under invitees is myself as the organizer.  Under Event Details in GCAL I see the Invitee’s info.  

We have a Round Robin event set up with 13 hosts with all of them syncing to their Google Calendars for availability.  When the event is scheduled by an attendee, a Google Meet link is automatically added to the calendar entry for the first 11 hosts….but the 2 newest hosts (added in the past week) have to manually add the Google Meet link. How do we get Google Calendar to automatically add Google Meet links when scheduled through Calendly?  What do I need to change in the settings of the two hosts we recently added to make this happen, just like it is happening for the other 11?

Hi,Is there a quick way in Calendly to view the remaining availability for an open event?I know this can be done manually via the scheduled events tab, but looking for an easier overview of what slots are left.Thanks,Shaun.

I own a gym and we use Calendly to allow new prospects to self-book a consultation by going to our website and selecting date and time from our availability. There are two of us that do the consultations, each with different availability. It’s important that the prospect knows which of us they are booking with.  Is it possible to present two different calendars reflecting our different availability? Or is there an easier/less confusing way to present this to the prospect? For example, is there a way to present a single, unified calendar then tag each availability time with who (sometimes both of us) is available? And letting them choose?

The image Calendly shows on LinkedIn is from a very old Calendly setting. Is this image in meta-data stored with Calendly? Or is it LinkedIn not updating their cache after retrieving an old image?Note in the examples, I used to offer a 15 minute chat last year. For a long time it has been a 30 minute chat. But Linked in still says 15 minutes on new posts. I have NO connected calendar. I need the ability to set a date where ALL future calendar entries are blocked off after that date.My schedule is UNKNOWN after a certain date.Can Calendly perform this function without going into each future date and setting it to unavailable? If not, it is not a workable product for me.Again, NO connected calendar.Thanks.

Since last week i cant login to calendly with chrome. SSL cetificate of calendly unsecure.If i ignore the ssl aert login page is empty. Operating system OSX Browser Chrome 

Hi there, hope you can help out. When testing following happens:Invitee receives calendar invitation in email. But the sender email address shows: outlook_31f7199731280c17@outlook.com instead of my company email.How can i fix this?I have already dis- and reconnected my Outlook email. Hope you can help! 

Dear calendly community,we love what calendly offers but in addition we need for our company a simple doodle-like feature: find an appointment within a group of guests. We want to pick special dates and generate a link to send to our customers. It should be possible for customers to select out of a collection of predefined dates and pick one or two which best suites them. When everyone participated in the survey then there should be an appointment with best suites all of the participants. Is this kind of feature available? I did not find anything on this and also group events don’t do the trick. It seems like we always have to set availability first and based on availability we can set up a booking page. Maybe I got something wrong? Everything else is working wonderful ;) Thank you for helping us out!And sorry if this is really a basic question: We are new to calendly and just searching for the right service for our small company :)

Hello All, I have opted for a “Standard” plan that allows me to connect upto 6 Google Calendars. But how to connect different calendars to different event types ? I can't find any option.Appreciate any help in this regard.Thank you.S

I have two persona, with different names and emails.Each have different service offerings.I would like to use my account for scheduling two types of clients.Can I add an additional name and email address to my Calendlyaccount?   

Do you know if there is the function within Calendy to OVERRIDE a rescheduled appointment (ie) say I need to move a booking at 2pm on Monday 18th to 10am same day, but it wont let me reschedule the time as the time is not coming up as available to be rescheduled? Acuity let me simply enter teh time that I wanted / override it and book / reschedule

Is there a way to apply content changes that are made in one event’s automated emails to the rest of the events? Currently, you have to go into every individual event to make a change to content that was originally cloned when creating new events. This is cumbersome, and can be easily missed.

Is there any way to change an event type from a Group event to a One-on-One event once the event page has already been created and people have already started scheduling meeting times for it? This is my first time using Calendly, and I mistakenly set my event type as a group event when it should have been a one-on-one event type.  I tried to reduce the maximum number or participants for the current Group event type down to 1, but it tells me that you can’t set the maximum # of participants below 2.

Hello everybody,As an independent IT professional, Calendly is a great tool for me. Most of my customers and partners like to use my link. I also meet people in my network who already use Calendly themselves. Then the question is always: do I book with you or do you book with me? Things get really interesting when you have 3 or more professionals who have to choose a date. The host of course starts a Meeting Poll. But then the other participants have to take their calendar and manually enter their availability. Is there still an opportunity for automation here? I think there is a need for something like a Calendly Direct function. Participants should only provide their Calendly username to the host. Based on the available information, Calendly can immediately determine the next option and create an event. Participants who do not (yet) have Calendly can manually specify their availability, similar to Meeting Poll.Anyone already thoug
