hi all, I’ve been a calendly customer for a while but cannot find an area to send a question or contact customer service now. I’ve got an issue with a past/cancelled event. The area in help center won’t let me type my question and I don’t see the text/chat option available either. Even tried connecting through the sales page and it won[‘t accept my email because it’s not recognized as a “business” email? I’m so confused. Anyone having this issue connecting with customer service? They’ve been good in the past but I’m hitting a wall now. Am I missing something?? any help would be appreciated, thank you!!Rachel
The fact that we are not able to set the minimum notice based on working days is a serious limitation of the tool. As an account management function, we use Calendly to schedule in-depth meetings with our large pool of clients that take several days to prepare. While we want to ensure that we can adequately prepare for these exchanges, we also want to maintain our fast-paced and dynamic image by not limiting the booking window to several weeks in advance. The current options make this quite difficult: if I set the minimum notice to 4 days, I risk being booked for Monday or Tuesday at the end of the week, with very little time to prepare. The only workaround I have found is to always add 2 days notice to allow for a weekend in between dates. This is not ideal as those booking a meeting in the first half of the week are automatically disadvantaged and should be able to choose earlier slots instead. So I would like to be able to set a minimum notice based on working days and ideally taking
I run a sports trainings session where I can train up to a maximum of 8 players per session. On the Calendly event function when choosing times - is there a way for folks to book the same session time - maximum 8 players, and then once I hit eight signups, then that block of time stops, and prevents more folks from signing up, and just move them onto another date/time?
Because I was not subscribed to Calendly, I received this message when people scheduled an appointment on my paid event: The Calendly meeting was successfully scheduled but we were unable to collect payment via Stripe. Now my question is, now that I am subscribed to Calendly, did the client get charged and will I receive my money?
Can anyone let me know if it’s possible to do the following with Calendly:We have a team of 4 people, and we’d like to setup external interviews where the invitee can pick a slot with any of us, with the rest of us to be added as optional. i.e. ideally when an invitee goes to an event page, they can pick a slot based on any of our team’s availability, that team member becomes host. Ideally the calendar invite uses that team member’s Zoom link, and adds the other team members as optional invitees. While the Round Robin gets close to the above, it doesn’t look like it adds the other team members to the invite, so we’d have to manually do so. Also, not sure it can use the host’s Zoom vs the same Zoom for all interviews. Many thanks!
Hello,I want the ability to create multiple events (which I have), but I want to set up a single availability schedule that the two events can share. For example: Next Tuesday, I’m available from 10:00 am to 4 pm. I have “Let’s Chat” and “Audit a Course” events. When someone books an appointment at 11:00 am for a Let’s Chat event, the time is no longer available on the Audit a Course event calendar.I do have my Google Calendar synced with both event types. I’m hoping that scheduling the event into my Google calendar will cause the availablity to disappear in the other event type.I hope that makes sense. I do hope that this is possible or the administration of the calendar will be impossible. Thanks
I have been having issues using Calendly and I simply want to speak with customer support. Does Calendly not provide this service?
I am using namecheap’s privateemail.com email service for my domain.Has anybody been successful in integrated their privateemail calendar with calendly and, if so, how?
Is there an option on calendy where you can charge or not charge for a particular appointment some of my clients have allready paid up front for a course and others are pay as you go. How do I incorporate this to calendy. Is it just as simple as creating two events 1 charged and 1 not and send clients invite to a free one or charged
I have googlemeet and zoom linked on calendly and cant seem to get rid off the googlemeet
Hi All,I have successfully installed Calendly in my Sandbox and also activated the flows. I have also activated the sync. But i am not able to see the CalendlyLink on my user record .Does anyone have any idea ? How to get this link on my user Record? Thanks
We are a jewelry company. We have 2 different event types: Physical Consultations & Virtual Consultations (already live). We have 2 staffs handling both.Questions:1) How to add schedule for each agent separately, map them to the 2 events and book appointments as per their availability?2) For time slots when both agents are available, we'd like to accept 2 appointments for each time slot. Will the system crosscheck agents availability across both forms and determine accordingly whom to assign the appointment?
We would like to change the google account that the calendar events are added to. For example, the currently scheduled events show up on the calendar of account1@gmail.com. If I change it to use the calendar of account2@gmail.com, are the currently schedule events deleted? I am hoping it will keep the current events showing up on account1@gmail.com calendar, and schedule all new events on the account2@gmail.com calendar. Then we watch both accounts for a while and just gradually switch to the new account.
Hello,is there any way to move the confirmation button in the reminder email up in the email body?Unfortunately, it sticks to the bottom of the email, why I had to include some instructions, but still people seem to miss it. I would like to place it right up on top of the email body. Thanks Pierre
Hi, I am just starting to explore, but cannot see if 45 min slots are at all possible? Furthermore I can not see how to block my lunch hours or days at which I am not in the office?
Is there a way to set up a bank of appointments with different physical locations? For example, on Tuesdays, we meet at Location 1 at 8 am, on Wednesdays, Location 2 at 9 am and Fridays, Location 3 at 10 am.
On each of my event types I can manually type in a cancellation policy, but is this actually enforced by Calendly? Or is it just a courtesy notice that if someone cancels within x amount of time, I will not refund them on Stripe? I assume all handling of refunds (or lack of) must be done manually by me?
My Confirmation emails contains details of other meetings that have scheduled for that day - how do I stop that from filtering through?
Under the workflows option - I want to create a post-session thank you email for after the session in order to start obtaining some reviews. How do I work around "no shows" to the sessions - in order for them not to receive a post-session email?
If you create a custom calendar that overrides your current calendar schedule and you send the calendar out with the specific times you’re allowing to override your calendar, if someone books during one of those times, will it remove that time slot availability from others?
I read through the thread of another user trying to obtain this plugin - so fine, I understand why you want to distribute only as needed - well, I assure you that I need it. When I first setup Calendly I had Google Workspace hosting my email domain - calendar integration worked just fine - but now I am going to start hosting my own domain using Icewarp. I have already made the switch for email. But when I went to change my calendar integration, that is when I learned that Calendly does not support activesync, IMAP or POP. For now I have switched the calendar integration to my regular gmail account and I access it with Outlook, but that is not optimal because it is read-only. I have reached out to Icewarp support to see if they have any suggestions - but for now, the only solution I see is to use the plugin - unless you have some other suggestion.I tried to reach you through the contact us link - but all I get is a big white screen. So, not much help there.
Can an invitee reschedule an event using the rescheduling link after it’s done?
I’m an executive coach who works with individuals and teams and would love to find out if can Calendly show in my google calendar which options have been given to others by email option scheduling which they didn’t take yet (like notion calendar does) and take away the option as soon it is taken by someone? I would like to see in my calendar which options are offered to others - even if they are not taken yet - so I don’t carelessly overbook them but I also want to offer the same options to different people and give the first one to respond the benefit whilst taking this option away for others. I want to give my assistant access to give out options on my behalf via her own email. Is that possible with calendly?I would also like to give out multiple options to coaches and teams to schedule 4-8 sesssions over a time period ahead and have them limited so they can and should schedule a minimum and maximum amount of meetings. Preferably I would also like to have the rule that certain mee
How can we have the translations made to danish?I understand it’s not a native language at the moment in Calendly, but we can help to get it there.Let us know so we can proceed on using your platform fully - at the moment it’s a strange mix og danish and english words because we type in as much as we can in danish..
I am an agency owner and then have an employee whom I’d like us to have one shared calendly link for clients to coordinate client and potential client appointments. Our office assistant helps manage our schedule and fills in appts when we have people call in to the office to schedule so I’d like her to have access/schedule management as well. I’d like to create a link that shows our shared availability but not allow clients to necessarily choose who they work with because I’d like to vet with my employee who should take the request depending on our current work load. Is there a way to have both of our availability in a client facing calendar system but then on the back end, we’re seeing when clients are requesting appts and I/we decide who gets “assigned” the actual appointment? Is this possible? Or other suggestions? If not, if a client requests one of us, and due to our client load, the other has more capacity to take the appointment, can we reassign the client meeting to the o
