Hello, I would like to provide times for people to schedule one-on-one meetings with me. I would like to send the same link to everyone, and have them select a time - in which case I would like this time to become unavailable. Is there an option to limit the number of participants who can select a time to 1?Is this a premium or free option?

Hello, I purchased the standard version of Calendly to have online payments via Stripe. I created a stripe account and it is connected in Calendly. But when I want to set up a payment for an event, I don't have the option to enter the payment in the event settings. Is it normal ? I don’t have the “collect button payment”  “you’ve set up Stripe (your preferred payment collection method) on your integrations tab, you will need to then go into each individual event type that you want to collect payments for > scroll to the veOncery bottom section > click “collect payments” > select “Stripe” > set your desired amount > click “save and close.” 

I have more than one event type. One type of event on the calendar show the person's name I am meeting with.  The other type shows the generic name of the event.  I want it to show the name of the person who initiated the meeting. 

I attend a lot of in-person events (mostly international ones) but the issue I have is I can set the time zone of the event but many attendees see it in their local time zone when booking, causing issues in person. How do people overcome this?

Can I offer an option to pay in installments for my events?And if its possible, will calendly automatically send reminders out for each installment?

Is there a maximum on the number of Date Override meetings one can make per account?I seem to have reached the maximum or there is another reason why new set dates do not show in the calendar anymore.Does anybody know?Also, I am trying to ask in the help center but the AI drives me nuts and there is no way to get an actual human on the line….

Hello!Wanting to ask for help in the Stripe integration that do not have the BRL option for the currency setting.Is this something that requires some kind of configuration or it’s just not available the BRL currency for Stripe integration?We're currently trying to automate payment before event reservation but that blocker kinda make Calendly a non-viable option to our purpose.Thank you!

Hi.I have a managed event shared with 2 hosts.  I’ve setup routing so that the booking is made with the best host depending on how the client answers the questions.However, if the best host for that query is fully booked, I’d like it to automatically offer a booking with the other host, based on their availability.Obviously if both hosts are fully booked, then the event is full and that is that.I don’t seem to be able to find a way to achieve this.  Hope you can help.Thanks,Shaun

I have created a group meeting with 5 slots. Every time someone books that meeting, I was it to automatically add an additional invitee (same person) to the invite. Is there a way to do this?

Hi, I have created an event and set (several) 1 hour meetings slot available. I found 2 slots disappeared which means to me that 2 people booked me. How can I see the details of the people who booked me, I thought I may find this in the scheduled events but it is empty.

Hey Calendly community, i want to integrate calendly in my agency, so integrate calendars in my apps in production for my clients. I would like to know some things if someone has knowledge about.Is it possible to have multiple seats/calendars (not events) for 1 email/account? i have clients that needs multiple caledars to manage but in the same account.So i’ll  have my main agency account, and then i would like to have different subaccounts, each one for each business wich i will manage, and for each subaccount 1 or more seats/calendars (not events). Is it possible to not only make calendly read for busy/free and write new appoitments on connected google calendars, but also when i delete an event in my google calendar will be deleted also in caledly? i tried this and when i delete only in google calendar, the event will not be deleted in calendly, but i i’ll have to delete that appointment inside calendly. this is not crucial but would be good because clients will not need to login cal

I do not like the new look of the event editing page. The previous one was clear and simple. Now, I cannot find my way around it.

Is there, and if not, can we create a Feature request for a "RANDOM Automatic Availability Creation"?Showing a limited availability of three random (each week differs) timeslots per week to clients can be more beneficial than displaying an open 9-5 calendar, which can give the impression that the business isn't busy. -Gerhard 

I offer 30-minute events that can be booked at :00, :15, :30, and :45 and set up my buffers for only 5 minutes before or after an event. The settings work perfectly on most days, but tomorrow, despite having two 1.5-hour free slots, only one time appears as an option. When I click to trouble-shoot availability, it says a before or after buffer from a Calendly event is blocking the time slot, but it says the same thing even if I use no buffers at all and even when there are no Calendly events after. I really need these times to appear during this short week, but cannot figure out how to fix this. Please help. Thank you!
