Do you manage your schedule with a calendar software other than those currently supported in Calendly? Here’s a great workaround that can help you facilitate a secondary calendar connection, allowing you to use Calendly in the meantime! Problem:Some calendar providers are not able to natively connect with Calendly. Solution:Share/subscribe/sync your unsupported calendar with a supported calendar–I recommend a quick, free Google calendar—making sure to share with read/write permissions. Who can use this? All of Calendly’s available calendar connections are available to users on all plans, from Free to Enterprise. To learn about the features in each plan, feel free to check out our pricing page! Why would I use this workaround? This is helpful if your calendar is hosted by a calendar provider not included on this list:Google Office 365 or Outlook.com Exchange How Can I Do This? For some background, you can expect nuances from calendar provider to calendar provider.Essentially, if you are
The only thing I need is to be able to see everyday my plan, my calendar to check if my students have booked an appointment with me
Hi there, So i see people in a 1 on 1 meeting several times a day. These people are signed up by someone else. So if i’m going to see John Doe, he may be signed up to see my by Nancy (in another office.)In the booking page options, the first slot is “name, email” and is locked. I want that name to be John Doe - and want to specify “Client Name” so Nancy doesn’t put her name or office name in there. My current workaround is to have another question box at the bottom which asks for Nancy’s name specifically, but it just seems a bit clunky. How do i edit that first box - it does not give me the options to change it unless it is to last, first.
Hi community 👋 I'm using Calendly for scheduling and wondering if it's possible to track email statistics sent through workflows. Can we track email sent? Can we track open rates or clicks? How to access these stats in Calendly? Any tips or best practices for this?Appreciate any insights or guidance! Thanks, Arthur
I'd like to set up an automated system for sending confirmation emails as soon as a customer registers for an event and makes their selections. This functionality would also enable me to respond later with a "yes" or "no" status, to explicitly confirm that the customer's choices have been taken into account.
Once I have created an event and it has been booked for the available time slots, can I apply a rule so that it disappears as an option? It will not allow additional bookings, but I would like it to disappear altogether. Do you think this is an option?
Hi,I have a problem with my appointment booking page. When I want to see the preview or open my link with my computer, a blank page appears The page opens on my phone, but not on my computer. How can I solve this problem? I have a Lenovo windows 11 and I've tried with several browsers Thanks in advance
My first time using Calendly..I set it up yet after a client reserved a time..I had a client reserve a time yet when other clients attempt to reserve a designated time..they report difficulty accessing other times " When trying to set a meeting using the link it states that someone has already used the link to set a meeting."
Hi,I propose 5 different types of events at the same venue, therefore, I would like to use calendly to manage the booking of those events. However I struggle to set up calendly. I would like to prioritise events, as the venue can host several event types at the the same time but some event types can’t be combined together and others can’t be combined at all… Is there a way for me to set up calendly this way? Thank you,Best regards,Ulysse
My email changed, meaning the calendar I had connected to my account changed. I’ve updated my account with the new email, but a client booked events before I got that new email set up so they aren’t showing on my new calendar. How do I get Calendly to resend the calendar invite to me when I’m the host of the event?
Is there a way for notifications to be sent to someone who is not a host, or an invitee? For example, a host might have a manager/supervisor that would like to be notified of all bookings and cancellations. Is there a way to either automatically add an email address to every booking so they can receive all notifications? OR is there a way to incorporate this into a workflow to send an email notification to a someone who is not a host or an invitee?
I changed the duration on an existing calendar from 30 min. to 60 min., but there are still available appointments on the ½ hour. How do I correct this?
Hi, I need the regenerated invoice with company data
Not overly IT literate so apologies if asking something that is obvious. How do I offer a Christmas voucher to the public and get them to book in my diary anytime from now until the next 6 months as well as book into another team member (who I need to have a separate diary from mine) ? I have created a team and purchased another user licence but can’t figure out how to have 2 diaries for people to book their services from. Hope that makes sense. Any help would be grateful received.

Hello there! I couldn’t find the answer so I thought I should ask you guys: I was wondering if I could have for one event, different number of slots.I use Calendly for recruiting apppointments and we have a jury doing the recruitment.I would like, for one week in particular and one event, the availability to put wheter 2 or 3 available slots, depending on the availability of my coworkers.
I have a round robin scheduling event and one of the workflows is to send out a follow up email after the event. The email is suppose to come from a centralized/shared gmail account, but I am not able to integrate this into the event. We have this exact same event set up for individuals, and the follow up email/integration works. Is it possible to integrate gmail with the round robin, or is that only an option for events for individuals?

I have two sales reps and each create a calendar to book meetings at an upcoming tradeshow. One rep had a couple meetings booked on her calendar that she feels would be better for the other rep. Can I move those meetings from one calendar to another?
When I choose to SHARE a booking from the Calendly App, the widget does not give me the correct email choice for From. I have chatted with Support and understand that this widget is a part of iOS BUT, Calendly is not displaying the Mail preference choices I already have set on my phone (all other apps on the phone do use the correct email preferences), so there is an issue with Calendly. Do any other Apple uses have this issue? It’s only with the App
Hi! I have an invitee who reported this problem -- When changing the appointment, I have to manually remove the old event from my calendar, this is not done automatically. From my understanding this should’d happen. They use Teams within Outlook at M365. Is there a reason for that and what could be the potential solution.Thank you!
How can I reach to the support team?
Hi everyone, let me explain myself: I’d like to create group meetings limited to 8 invitees. (that I know how to do)However, I have 3 different hosts, and I don’t need them to be all there, I just need one to be available. So I would like to have one link for my invitees and this link will show them the availabilities of host 1 + host 2 + host 3 (so if only host 3 is available for example the time slot is open, or if host 1 & 2 are available then I can double my number of invitees).Hope I’m being clear, and thank you if you can help me, whether it’s possible or not!
We work with different meeting rooms for appointments. Therefore, a Calendly event needs to align with both the availability of a staff member and the availability of a meeting room. We're having trouble figuring out the best way to set this up; can someone assist with this?
I have Calendly connected to two Google calendars. On one of the calendars, I have a block of time in the morning, 9-10:30am every day, where I’d like to make it available for Calendly to book but still marked “busy” on that origin calendar so that people within that org won’t book over it via Google Calendar. Is this possible to achieve in Calendly somehow?
