Trying to figure out how to do that thing? We can help.

A guest booked a meeting on a time slot that already had been taken (double booked). How can this happen? How do I prevent this from happening again?
I know this has been mentioned before, but I wanted to reiterate that the number one feature that would significantly improve my experience is the ability to create a blacklist for calendar bookings. This feature would allow me to filter out bookings from specific individuals or email addresses, helping me maintain control over my schedule and reduce unwanted meetings. Whether it’s to prevent repeat no-shows, limit unsolicited pitches, or manage internal scheduling boundaries, having this functionality would streamline my workflow and improve productivity. Ideally, this blacklist could be customized with options like blocking specific domains, email addresses, or even recurring meeting patterns. A feature like this would empower users to maintain the flexibility that makes Calendly great while ensuring more control over their time.
I’m in the UK and looking to have a client in Australia meet with me using Calendly. My working hours are upto 2300 UTC to accommodate things like this but my client is unable to book calls past 1230pm… Why do my working hours not translate across timezones when clients are trying to book a meeting?
I want to figure out a way for clients to add a credit card to schedule a call with me, and we won’t charge it unless they no-show. These brides are back to scheduling calls and not showing up.
Up until a week or so ago, we could do scheduling overrides on admin-managed events. In other words, a user is booking an event that is admin-managed and assigned to another user and booking on that user’s behalf for an external party. In the extension booking link you have this option: Now, in order to allow overrides, I have to enable this option on the admin managed event to allow editing by assignee: But, if I enable this option, here are the consequences: For my scenario, it completely defeats the purpose of an admin-managed event to enable editing and have no future changes to the managed event flow down to the event assigned to the users. This is not how this override feature functioned until the last week. We have been using these same managed event types with no changes to their setup for months and fairly often have had to use the override feature. Calendly Support looked at this and cannot offer an explanation of why this was changed and also couldn’t offer me an opt
Hi I am still not able to propose times from mobile. Am I missing something? I appreciate the move to sampling of available times when on desktop but I still can't answer the question "when are you available" from my phone. I can only share a link from my phone. Is there a work-around? I'd still ideally have the blocks of time provided, similar to how a human would e.g. Tuesday 1-5 pm, rather than a sample, for the record.
I have my Stripe account connected and intregated, with the payment option on event settings. However, when someone books, a payment option doesn’t appear for them. I want it so that you cannot book without paying the fee. I’ve attached how the event settings look. I’m don’t pay for Calendly and use it for free. No sure if that makes a difference.
I’m looking for a way to streamline scheduling in Calendly and would appreciate your guidance on two key issues: We have several clients who attend appointments at the same time twice a week for an entire term (3 months). Is there a way to set up recurring appointments on a weekly and daily basis, so we don’t have to create each one manually? Occasionally, we need to modify or correct a single appointment for a specific client. However, finding the correct date by scrolling through multiple pages is time-consuming. Is there a way to search for appointments by patient name or date to make adjustments more efficiently? Looking forward to your insights. Thank you
I run a security services business, Supreme Security , and I’m looking for the best way to integrate Calendly for scheduling consultations and service appointments. Has anyone here used Calendly for a similar business model?I want to allow clients to book a consultation directly from my website, but I also need to ensure automated reminders and a smooth user experience. Would embedding Calendly on key service pages be the best approach, or are there other recommended strategies? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!
I have create a event for interviews and asked the candidates to schedule using the event link ,some candidates scehduled their meetings , but in my meetings section page, when i click on Join Now for Google Meet , Google Meet page says Ask to join ? why is that ? I am being a host, why the permission is been for me and who will accept it when there is only me here ?
Hi,It’s my first using calendly need a little help with the calendar invite info:This is the email I receive on my end how can I remove the description and also, can we customize the calendar invitation for the person who bookings an appointment.

Bonjour,Je souhaite que dans l'objet d’un rdv l'heure de début apparaisse dans l'objet (c’est pour des créneaux de 10 minutes), comment procéder ? (je ne trouve pas la balise associée)
Hello,I would like to disable the standard email confirmation from the event and instead send the first email via a workflow ("New event is booked" -> "Immediately after booking the event").The reason for my request: I have noticed that the formatting of workflow messages is much cleaner than the formatting of the confirmations sent directly from the event. For this reason, I would like to handle all notifications through workflows. Thanks in advance for your reply!Dominik
Is there a way to set it so that when someone books an appointment, it shows up as “Booked” as opposed to just not showing up at all on available time slots? And if so, how?
I’m trying to reschedule a client for Friday (four days from now). I updated my availability on that day from 9:00AM-3:00 PM. I currently don’t have any other appointments. However, when I try to reschedule my client for 1:30 PM on Friday, it is only showing 9, 9:30, 10, 10:30 and 11:00 AM available. What am I doing wrong?
Si une cliente a pris rendez-vous par téléphone, comment puis-je enlever une place sur la date qu'elle a choisie ?
If i have a round robin set up with multiple underlying groups (group a, b, c, d for example) set to be selected based on answering questions prior, such as if employer name contains 'xyz' go to this group (group b)...then when the participant is looking at scheduling options (of group b) and does not see any acceptable ones to them, is there a way to show a link/option while viewing the unaccepted calendar (of group b) to go back (or “find another calendar”, “find more options”) and we default the person to view a larger group calendar?… and hopefully without going back through the questionnaire, since if they put in the same truthful info, it will show them group b again based on routing instructions. I'm trying to figure out how to move from one calendar being shown to someone, to provide another one, with a low a level of effort on the participant. Thanks!!
I have not changed any Calendly or calendar settings - my Calendly events just stopped being synced with my Apple/ICloud calendar midday today. I have logged out and back in to both accounts and I have restarted my devices. Help!
I set up my availability but it won’t show up in my calendar (see screenshots). Even more puzzling, I was using this to schedule office hours with my students last semester but this semester the same calendar isn’t working. Please help!
Hello, I’m using Calendly with a small team of about 10 hosts all setting their own availability around the world in multiple time zones for a single Round Robin event type. My senior leadership team would like to have a report that lists all hosts availability for each quarter. The only way I can see to do this is to go into the “Schedule Settings” on the specific event type and manually review each host’s specific available times. Is there a way to view all of this information at once? Or export this information? The rationale is to ensure that all hosts are setting their availability each quarter.
I’d like to give people links for follow-up appointments, but I don’t want them to blow up my schedule. So I’d like to be able to have a Workflow that automatically generates new single-use links and sends them out, OR be able to restrict the number of times a link I send out will work. For example, I sell 10-packs of coaching sessions. If I could stipulate in Calendly the number of times a link will work (10 in this case), that would be great! Can you please create that capability? Or tell me how to do it?Thanks!Brendon
Hi All, I need to collect additional information because invitees are mostly B2B customers.According to the documentation of calendly I can use custom invitee question to get the company name. According to the Stripe documentation, I can force collecting those information by providing parameters within the integration, but I have no control or config about how calendly creates the payment links. Questions:Can I also use custom questions for collecting the billing address? Are those additional infos(company name, billing address) also submited to Stripe( where I need them) ? Can I set additional parameters for the stripe integration to force billing adress etc. ?
Notice in my screenshots there is a name but no address. This prevents me from knowing who the heck has booked the meeting. The cumbersome workaround is: manually open the Calendly interface in a browser tab and search for Calendly » Meetings » Details » Email address. Not ideal! Here is what the booked event looks like in calendar Here is another one:
