I want to make an event that shows my availability, but doesn't allow bookings. I've been looking, but there doesn't seem to be a function like that.If there's not, I'd also appreciate an alternative on this problem.
We recently switched from MS Bookings to Calendly and love it so far. We are using it to help us manage appointments at our warehouse and only allow our partners to book 7 calendar days into the future. With MS booking all of the appointments became available at midnight for 7 days into the future. We didn’t necessarily like that but we are also getting feedback from our partners that it can be challenging with Calendly because the appointments open up as the time happens. For example the appointment for 4/23 at 8am opens up at 8am today (4/16) and so forth. They would prefer that they all open up at one time like 6:30am on 4/16 for all the appointments on 4/23. Is that possible?
Hi,Could you let me know if a Zoho CRM integration is coming to Calendly?
People are replying to the Calendly reminder txt, but I do not get those, where are those going and how can it be routing to me? People are responding to those to reschedule or send info and never get it.
Hi - I was able to apply a buffer to only ONE day on my calendar but I want the same one hour increment to appear as unavailable after EACH appointment slot. Can someone please help?
I asked this during the office hours session, but didn’t get answered. Is there a way? Molly Neville12:08 PMI have a question on invites sent....on the one on ones, the event goes straight to the invitees calendar, perfect! On the Group Meetings however, they have to add it manually to their calendar/download it which creates confusion...it also sometimes warns them that it could be an unsafe attachment which scares them. Is there a way so the Group invites work the same way as the one on ones?Sent to Q&A
I am trying to schedule a 1-day event (photo shoot) with an AM session that runs 9-12 and a PM session that runs 1-4, with 30 spots per session. I was able to create my event and the time-blocks show on my calendar, but on the booking page, the clickable options are 9:00 and 1:00. I’m afraid this might confuse my clients as they might not realize that the 9:00 option actually goes until 12:00. Is there a way to show time-ranges on the booking page? Ideally, the booking page would have: 9:00-12:00 (30 spots available)1:00-4:00 (30 spots available)
I am a real estate broker and use a very large CRM. In trying to get my number properly registered with them, they make sure that everything on your website meets the FCC requirements and the Calendly form that is embedded into my website they say is missing that opt-in language. Has anyone else encountered this and/or knows of any way to add verbiage to the form to make it compliant? Thank you.
I do yard and garden consultations. After booking, I send my clients a Word document questionnaire to prepare for their visit. Option 1 - Is there a way to create this questionnaire in Calendy and have it sent automatically. If so could they also add attachments (diagram of their yard, pics, etc.)? This would save me a ton of time. Option 2 - could a Word doc (the questionnaire) be automatically sent to them with their scheduled appointment confirmation? The customer would then complete it email it back to me as they do today. It would take out the manual process of me emailing the doc to them. Thanks.
Hello, Is it possible to set up an appointment so the client can choose between joining via phone, online or in-person? Basically, setting multiple locations. (zoom, phone, etc..)
I have set up my availability, but yet a new client was able to book a time that isn’t in my availability. How was this possible?!Thanks in advance,Liz
Bonjour, Est-ce qu'il est possible d'ajouter un lien a un type d'évènement pour qu'un adjoint virtuelle s'ajoute automatiquement à la rencontre? Ex: si je veux que Fireflies soit invité à un certain type de rencontre.
I run a range of events throughout the month, and have just noticed that all my events - regardless of the type or nature of the event/meeting - are all creating the same login URL in Teams. This is a bit of a safety/security risk for us, as it means our closed confidential meetings can be accessed by anyone who has attended another meeting. Is there a setting to change this so every event has a unique/different login url?
Hi. I have my settings so that there has to be a 24-hour window between the time a client makes a booking and their actual meeting with me. I assumed that they would not be able to cancel/reschedule in that 24 hour period either, but that does not seem to be the case (as it was with my previous booking system) My cancellation policy is a 24-hour policy, so I do not want them to think it’s OK for them to cancel at such short notice. Is this something that is going to be rectified? Thanks.
Hi Calendly team - maybe this is more of a product request - but also a question. I am a coach and I am sensitive about my calendar because it can be a puzzle to fit all my clients in.So I like to offer my clients specific dates/time options for our sessions. I generally give them 2 options, reserve those times on my calendar, then they book using calendly.. I LOVE the Calendly integration with gmail - it has saved me a lot of time finding times to offer to my clients, reserving that time on my calendar, and sharing the booking link with them. (I used to do all of this manually and it was a drag.) Right now - I can ONLY do this with a one-off meeting, meaning I have to manually set all the details of the meeting (time, name, booking questions) for each time I schedule a client. I also can’t use any of the workflows like reminder texts/emails. QUESTION: is there a way to only offer select time options in an event type? Vs offering full days showing any availability in those days? (EX:
Hello,I will be offering online notary services and users will be able to schedule their appointment directly on my website. Here is the current set up (not live yet):Choose service Calendly calendar Upload documents Add on services Contact Information CheckoutI don’t like the current set up as when the user completes the No. 2 - Calendly calendar, they must complete their names and email (which is already at part 5 - Contact Information), and then they must confirm “Schedule Event” - then immediately states “ You are scheduled” without having completed part 4 (Add on services) to 6 (Checkout). Are there any advanced options to make sure the “You are scheduled” is ONLY confirmed after checkout - I have created checkboxes at the end of the checkout where the user must agree to our terms and use and privacy policy, but with the current set up the user will be confused and stop at No. 2 - without having completed the other important steps. I have enclosed screenshots for ease of refer
I am wanting our accounts department to receive invoices – how can one change the billing email address – doesn't seem to be an option.
I noticed that Calendly has recently changed the easy to access links in Calendly which showed below the event name in the iOS app and have now buried it under a menu. While it seems okay for regular copying (NOT OKAY FOR ME) but might be considered okay for others that they need 2 extra clicks to get their sharable link, it is 4 extra clicks for single use links. My business requires me to copy a single use link and share it on WhatsApp or email. This has become a pain with the new UX. Why would Calendly induce so much pain into the life of iOS users? I don’t see any benefit of the new design. Can anyone tell me what they are thinking and why they changed this?
How does everyone record their single use links. I have 3 meeting types, and I provide staff a single use links to share with their customers so they can book time with me. At present I have to use a spread sheet to record all the single use links I have created and which client will be using it. Then when a customer books, I have to cross check and mark it off as used. I do this so I can follow up with staff or customers any outstanding meetings that are left. It would be great if we could some how record who a single use link was provided to and also when it is used. I dont really want to create single meeting requests each time as they all follow the same format.
I tested what would happen if someone wanted to reschedule a booking with me. When they were given the option to reschedule, the calendar allowed them to rebook inside the 24 hour minimum notice I’d set. How can I make sure they cannot rebook within 24 hours of the current time?
I have just signed up to Calendly and have tested what the confirmation email that would be sent to a client looks like. It has a blue ‘add to calendar’ button, but when I click on it, there is no option to ‘Add to Google Calendar’ ‘Add to Outlook’ etc. It just add to my Mac Calendar, which I don’t use. How can I give my clients those other options? Am I missing something?
Hi, Every time I edit my availability my link takes me back to the original hours I set. When I look on what is saved in my settings it is correct, but what is live is not. How to do? Thank you
