Browser Extension - Book Meeting Feature & Text Reminders

When utilizing the Book Meeting feature of the Chrome browser extension as discussed in the Schedule in real time with Calendly's extension post, we’ve noted that the text (SMS) reminder notifications do not send. This is presumably caused since the Book Meeting feature does not include the “Send text messages to” field that is found on the booking details webpage. Is there a method to include that field when utilizing the extension’s ‘Book Meeting’ feature such that text message reminders are sent?

Feature Request: Sync with iPhone calendar

I noticed we’re no longer able to sync Calendly with the calender app on iPhones. This is disappointing. Please make it easy to do so soon.

Are you noticing time on your booking pages that are not available, but should be? Perhaps you are available but expected yourself to be busy instead! How Do I create a 1 off meeting for an event type that is already created? please see below!

Hey there all!  I have an issue I can seem to figure out. My calendar is often super booked up several days out and i may have a small window available in my actual DAY- but my calendar reflects it being BOOKED UP.If i want to schedule a meeting utilizing one of the event types already generated, how do I create an invite to a person without having to figure out which ‘event’ on my actual google calendar is blocking the hours to register availibility on calendly?  I want to be able to send an invite to someone whether I have open space on my calendly/calendar or not. How do i do that?

Adding a captcha to my booking page

Hi I have had a few fake bookings recently as my calendar is on my website. I know there is guidance to only share the calendly link with known contacts, but is there a way to prevent bots and fake accounts from booking a meeting? Can I use a Captcha perhaps?

I am a pastor with a small staff-- church secretary & associate pastor. We each have connected Calendly accounts. How can my secretary check my availability and create appointments for my associate and me? We have the standard plan with 3 seats.Thanks for the help!

Accidentally deleted one free event type

While trying to editing my one free event type, I accidentally deleted it and now I can no longer use the free version. I only need one event type as I have very simple needs and don’t want to upgrade but Calendly won’t let me add another free event type. It thinks I’m trying to add a second one and telling me to upgrade. Any advice?

How to recover artifacts and settings created?

Hi all. I found myself having to delete all my cookies yesterday from my Mac. Today when I go into Calendly all of my event templates are lost as well as my settings. It shows my account as a new user on a trial period. It does not detect that that I have a paid subscription. How do I have my account recovered to a previous point. I just paid for this service several weeks ago and already seeing issues. Should I not see all of the artifacts created when I log in?

We’ve reached attendee limit at 100 in order for attendees to receive text reminders. Will Calendly still send out email reminders above 100 attendees?

Collecting payments for other team members?

Hi-I am trying to set up calendars for team members.  To book meetings with our team clients must pay a fee for the meeting.  I want the payments to go through just one payments account either Stripe or Paypal? Is it possible to do that?  I don’t want each member to have to connect their own stripe or paypal account. Thanks in advance.

Why can't we schedule meetings past 4:30 pm?

In my office we have a business overview session at 7pm twice a week. But Calendly only allows you to schedule meeting until 4:30 pm. Is there a way to schedule meetings past 4:30 pm?

Best way to set up two pricing options for an event (with payment at booking)

Hi! I’m wondering the best way to set this up…I have an event that will include a stripe payment link at the time of booking.There is a registration fee for everyone attending the event.If someone wishes to have CEUs for the class, that is an additional cost.Is there a way to offer two pricing offers at the time of booking that event (one with and one without CEUs) or does the CEU cost need to be set up as a separate item somehow. If it does need to be separate, is there a way to make both the registration and CEU purchase in one transaction?

Main Calendar Sync with other calendars

This is my problem right now. I need a main calendar that has all the available dates, and some ‘personal’ calendars for each user. I need that if someone books an appointment with one of those calendars, in the main calendar the date is no longer available (and in the other calendars it should also appear as not available). If someone cancels the appointment, the date becomes available again in the main calendar as well as in the other calendars. On the other hand, I need each user to be able to manage their appointments without being able to see the appointments that another user has taken (i.e. if someone has taken an appointment on Monday at 12:00 and that someone has not been me, I cannot see the details of who it was, but simply that the date is no longer available).How could I achieve this, using the Teams option in Calendly, synchronising all calendars...?

New PC - Integration

I have a new laptop with Windows 365 and using Outlook Classic. I also run three Calendars, one each for personal, work, and a company i also contract to who use Google/Gmail for everything.I used One Drive to migrate all my programs and files etc, however Calendly has been problematic. Can’t find the  source files and desktop icons anywhere??? Please help ASAP!

Adjust start and end times shown on booking page to account for lunch and breaks during all day event

Hi, I have an all day event 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. When I put 8 hours in the event length, the start and end times are not correct, as there is an hour for lunch during the day. Is there a way to have it still show 8 hours (which is the length of instruction) on the first page, but add an hour to the end time on the second booking page? For example, it now says 8 a.m. - 4 p.m., but with the lunch break, it should say 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.Thanks!

Multiple staff to book different times

I am want to send out an invite to all staff that they can chose a time to meet. However when I send it out if a person takes a time it does not allow for anyone else to take any other time. It only seems to work to send the invite to one person to chose a time not multiple people.

How To Automate Meeting Scheduling

Hello, I have multiple clients and I’m facing an issue where I need to host separate meetings at the same time. We’re launching a new product, the 10mm lever belt and different teams like marketing, coaches across various countries are involved. It’s becoming unmanageable to schedule different meetings manually. Is there a way to automate this process, similar to email automation, where we only have to change the names and details?

Mandatory text reminder field

I have set up my system so that the client receives an entry code 5 mins before their designated session time to gain access to the court. However some people do not fill this in even though a have a checkbox they must read and tick as per below. I would be so much simpler if the text reminder box was mandatory. why is this not an option?

How to hide attendee information from calendar event?

Is there any way to hide attendee information on the created Google Calendar events? We have a shared calendar to make sure we don’t double-book our space, but because the calendar is shared, the calendar events cannot have attendee names or emails. I understand that you can edit the event title if you use calendar invitations, but then the attendee is added to the event, and their email will be visible to everyone on the calendar. We currently use email confirmations and delete the attendees’ names from the events, but it would be really preferable if we could just create events without their information attached in the first place.
