For admin reasons I want certain clients to be able to see my availability online, but not book their own appointments, I want that done through me.I know this has been raised before and the feedback is always ‘we’ll ask if it can be done’ and tbh it doesn’t sound that hard.Does anyone know, is it any nearer actually happening?
I have 2 outlook calendars and 2 google calendars that I need to all sync to one calendly, I am struggling to get them all linked. I need to make sure my availability on calendly is reading all 4 calendars so I’m not double booked.
Hi everyone,We’ve been facing a major scheduling issue with Calendly for the past week. Although we opened a support ticket on Jan 13, 2026 and Calendly has acknowledged that other users are experiencing the same issue, we still haven’t received any updates or an ETA for a fix. I’m posting here to see if anyone else is experiencing a similar issue, particularly with Round Robin events. Issue Description (Bug) Calendly is incorrectly displaying time slots as available even though they are already:Booked in Calendly, orBlocked on connected Google CalendarsThis issue affects all of our Round Robin event types. What happens:Visitors are shown time slots that should not be available.Only after they fill in all their details and click “Book”, Calendly then returns the error:“Sorry, that time is no longer available. Please select a different time to book this event.”This creates a poor user experience and causes confusion for our customers. Additional ObservationsIf the page is refreshed mul
Hi, I need help because the availability is not reflected in the calendar after having edited it, applied changes and saved the new spots. Very frustrating. I have done this using the website on Mac, and on Android app. Neither saves! Why is my next week totally blocked out for viewers but not for me?
I pay for both HubSpot and Calendly. I uninstalled and reinstalled calendly. I also have my google calendar connected. Calendly events are not showing up in HubSpot until after the event happens - then it’s showing up from Zoom / Fathom. How can I get scheduled events showing up in Calendly?
My clients are not getting the Zoom link and are missing appointments. How do I add the Zoom link to all email and/or text communications?
I accidentally signed up using Outlook OAuth on an email that already had an existing Calendly account created using email/password.The Outlook OAuth login created a new empty workspace.I can no longer access the original workspace that contains event types, meetings, and integrations. Please merge the original workspace into this account OR restore access to the original email/password account.Email used for both: [removed by moderator]
An invitee rescheduled a meeting. The meeting is definitely shown as “rescheduled by [invitee]” in Calendly, and I received a notification, and the calendar invite changed too (both time and the Zoom link). However the invitee didn’t receive a new calendar invite, or a new Zoom link. How can I stop this happening again?
Hello,I am experiencing an issue with the message workflows for my event. They have not been working for almost a month now. As a result, attendees are not receiving the default automated messages or text notifications, even though everything appears to be enabled and correctly configured in the platform.I would like to know where I can get direct support for this issue. Could you please let me know which email address or support chat I should contact so this can be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible?Thank you in advance for your help.
I need to add a different Zoom account for a specific event. How do i do this? thanks, Michelle
Cordialement. Amandine

Does anyone have the email that works as have been clicking and clicking and just going round in circles they havent made it easy to get in touch. Any way Happy New Year. Hopefully its not me being stupid. Best wishes Melanie
How can I take a current individual professional account that I have had for work, and merge it with the existing team account that the company has? I used to need a separate team and branding from the rest of the company but not anymore. I am unable to join the team with my work email through the invite they sent, though, because I am technically still in another account. I cancelled the subscription, but it’s still active until Aug. I have contacted support twice since last Thurs, but no answer yet. So I’m wondering if anyone here knows if this is possible without support intervention.
Hi! It would be great if there was a way to pick different locations by date on a booking page for the same event. Context: I host some webinars with clients in person and some via Teams/Zoom. It is the same content whether it is in person or virtual. It would be great if they could pick the date/locations on the calendar (maybe a filter at the top for calendar vs location for instance) instead of having to toggle between two different booking pages for in person vs virtual webinars that are the same. Thanks for the consideration!
Merci !
Dear Calendly Support Team,I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out regarding an issue we have encountered with our email notifications. Recently, our clients have reported that the email containing their appointment link is being deleted automatically as soon as they open it, preventing them from accessing the link for their session.Could you please advise on why this might be happening and how we can resolve it? Your assistance in ensuring that our clients can reliably access their appointment links would be greatly appreciated.Thank you in advance for your help.
I set up Calendly and GAIn GA I am seeing # of invitee_meeting_scheduled is larger than # of invitee_submits_routing_formhow can this be possible because I thought someone has to submit the routing form first before a booking is confirmed am i mis-interpretating.
Where can I link my Google Calendars to Calendy?
Hello, I would like to know if it is possible to show blocked, available time slots in my Outlook calender. I saw a topic from 1 year ago that stated this isn’t possible, but maybe an update has been done?As I understand, now the only way to go is to manually block time slots in Outlook, for every time slot made available in Calendly. However, this is double work, so I am looking for a solution where Calendly marks available time slots as ‘reserved’ in Outlook. Thanks for your feedback,Valérie

Hi there,I noticed that when I send a link to someone to book a call with me, the preview visual shows a poo icon. This looks super unprofessional and extremely stupid. I’m attaching an image. How can I change that? And what is this supposed to represent lol?POO IN CALENDLY LINK PREVIEW (PHOTO)
I recently upgraded to add a user to my Calendly account, but the user has been unable to access or use the seat due to an error stating they're "already in a different organization." We've been unable to resolve this on our end, which means we were charged for a seat that was never actually usable by them. I'd like to request a refund for this charge, but I tried emailing support last month and got no reply. I thought the plan was sorted, but Calendly was still trying to charge me for 2 people. Turns out, the invite was still active and, thus, I was getting charged for it. The 2-seat payment hasn’t gone through, so how can I also revert my subscription to a 1-seater before the payment (for the 1-seater) is let through.https://help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/requests/new is telling me to find a ChatBot and reach support that way. “Click the chatbot in the bottom-right corner of any Calendly page”, but no where on any page do I see the ChatBot.
I’ve been with Calendly for almost 2 years, but as my business has grown, it’s just no longer feasible without recurring meetings. Two specific use cases I need: 1. A set number of 1:1 meetings (packages). A) Ideally, it would automatically book the client for the same day/time for the interval selected (weekly, bi-weekly, every Tues & Thur, etc). I don’t want to put it on the client to choose a time for each session. I want to get it on their calendar. Each calendar invite would allow the client to reschedule any conflicts after booking just as with meetings today. If there were conflicts on my calendar, it would automatically book into the next available slot. B) If automatically booking is not possible, it would still be helpful have a recurring meeting workflow. Such as if clients book Package A Session 1, then they automatically get booking links for the remaining sessions. With this option though, I would need reminders for the client and for me if they don’t boo
2026 - why on earth is this not a feature? if you are not able to do this or not considering it, please would you just indicate it. it takes forever to set up group meetings which recur. and this honestly happens a million times
