Trying to figure out how to do that thing? We can help.

Hello. I'm wondering if there is an option for minimum notice for one-off meetings, similar to how this feature works on booking pages. I use one-off meetings pretty exclusively to have more control of my calendar and decide whether or not to entertain meetings. I would Calendly’s holds for one-off meetings automatically removed from my calendar if invitees don’t select scheduling options within a predetermined period of time. This proactively frees up calendar holds and helps avoid last minute meeting scheduling. If this feature is not currently available, I would like to suggest it for consideration.
Seems like you've been doing alot of work lately, always great. The product has, for me at least, gotten much harder to use. I only ever see Calendly links in emails that are sent to me, and I only ever put 'book a meeting with me' links into emails I send. I used to be able to go to one URL (https://calendly.com/event_types/user/me), click a meeting length to copy it, and then tab back to gmail and paste it. Now.... I go to the same URL, often click the wrong button (now there are 2 for each meeting length), get confused for a second, then close that thing, click the right button, get a ugh... popup, THEN click the 'copy link' button, then close that, then tab back to gmail, and paste. Whew. That's 4-5 clicks, or, if I click the right button on the new product, still 2-3 clicks instead of ONE CLICK which I used to have. So your product, at least for how I use it, is at best 200% harder to use, but typically 400% harder to use. Why have you done this?
My morning dates/times appear correct on Google Calendar, but the evening dates/times are showing up on Google calendar on the day after the date set in Calendly.
Hi, I was trying to test the payment process. I’ve already set up a sandbox Paypal Account and Credentials (both buyer and merchant).Does Calendly offer a way to integrate a Paypal sandbox mode ?Is there a way to test the payment process ? It would be a huge benefit if we were able to test the payment process.
I’d like to send a link to customers that shows cumulative availability of everyone in my team. If, for example, the customer selects 10am, they’ll get a call with whoever happens to be free at that time (just one person, not all of us).Any help much appreciated.
I have a premium Calendly account, and my team and I are curious if it's possible to set up a Calendly invite where two Calendly accounts can manage a single event. For instance, if we book a demo for January 1, 2024 (2:00 PM) and it's already booked, the initial booking would be directed to Host 1's calendar.Subsequently, the same time and date would remain available for the next attendee, and if they book it, the reservation would be directed to Host 2's calendar. We're particularly interested in implementing this feature for scheduling demos with our clients. Is this functionality supported by Calendly?
I am trying to understand why Ukrainian is offered as an option and Russian is not. There are 6.5 times the Russian speakers than Ukrainian speakers in the world. It is a sister language. Can we please see development and use of Russian? Thank you
My calendly is linked to zoom so when a meeting’s booked it automatically schedules the call and sends the details out to the client.I prefer to use my personal meeting room so that the details are the same each time, however this then causes a confidentiality issue if I have back to back meetings because the zoom call that’s scheduled always contains the name of the person that booked the meeting. If I’m still on that call when the next client joins the waiting room, they will see the meeting name with the previous client’s name. The only workaround I can find right now is to change the zoom setting so that it doesn’t use my personal meeting room and therefore each meeting has a unique code etc. This works but isn’t ideal. Is there anyway to adjust the zoom integration with calendly so that it DOESN’T include the name of the person that booked the meeting in the zoom meeting name?
Is there a way to create a Collective Meeting Type within the Managed Events section in order to push those meetings out to other users within our organization?
I have integrated my Microsoft Teams into Calendly however once people have booked a meeting with me it isn’t showing up on my Microsoft Teams calendar. How do I fix this so that it is?
Suggestion: be able to create labels/groups for events and assign them to the group. Then have various attributes that can be set at the group level. For example, I have meeting type A, meeting type B, meeting type C. I would love to be able to group meeting type A + B into “consults” and meeting type C into “followups”, then assign a MAX number of “consults” to X. Right now I can limit A, B, and C, but if I hit my max on all 3, I’m in trouble! Thanks!
I have a restaurant and want to let customers book one of my 4 tables and pay when they book. Can I use calendly to do this? Specifically, how do I enable the 4 different tables each with its own calendar? And then enable stripe to pay for the reservation. The issue is that if I create 4 table events, any one blocks out the other’s as well. How can I make it so that booking one table only blocks that table’s time and not the others. Or is there a different way to implementing this? And yes, I will use the embedding to put it on my website. :) Thank you.
Howdy. If a prospective guest who is already a Calendly user with linked calendars wants to book an event with me, is there any provision for suggesting mutually-available times to them to make booking even easier? Thanks.
Hi,How can you customize collective events? I need to be able to change the location for different customers. I can see this for the one on one calls, but not collective eventsThanks
How does one change the wording of a meeting link to be more generic? I would rather not have to create an entirely new event. Is this possible? If so, please provide the steps. Thanks.
I’m new to Calendly. I’ve set up my schedule. How do I only show my availability for 2 months at a time. I don’t want folks booking appointments 5 months in advance. Thank you.
Bonjour, Je souhaite savoir comment je peux créer un événement pour une date précise , et ou les personnes peuvent s’inscrire directement sur l’évènement. Merci par avance
Branding is showing on the booking pages with the events. However, the notifications sent to the client still have the Calendly images and not my branded logo. Is there a way to update the notifications.
Hello,I wanted to include my voice in the conversation around clients booking multiple appointment times in one shot. It was direct feedback I received from a client today whom booked 5 sessions upfront with me. Her feedback was that the process would have been much smoother had she been able to select 5 appointments in one checkout, vs doing each one separately.I hope this feature finds its way to this service soon.Wes
HI Everyone, very new to this and I appreciate everyone’s input. We have a service company where we want to use the calendly service to allow our customers to use a provided link to schedule our technicians(done). Each technician has a work email that syncs to their Outlook Calendar. Calendly syncs nicely to Outlook Calendars, as I’ve observed. My question is, how can I allow our customers to select ANY technician to come to their location based on overall calendar availability? In other words, if I have two technicians and they have their own individual calendar, how can my customer schedule an appointment for EITHER of the technician based on a single calendar availability? I’m trying to eliminate biased customers who want a particular technician or have to click a dropdown to select each technician if our customer is seeking a specific day and time. Hopefully, I’m not on another planet with this.

@Kelsi at Calendly Hi! It seems like you are an expert in different team use cases :) So my use case is: I have 5 team members, and everyone has their free version Calendly. So my goal is to manage available slots between all of us several times a month. It’s ok for me to book all members from someone’s Calendly (mine for example) and the only task is to make sure that all of us are available. So is it possible to handle it without paying for a team subscription and buy for example only one standard subscription for my account and manage all of us in my account?
So I tried to change the language from English to Spanish, and It is not working. Really need your help to fix this issue since my employees can’t speak nor read English.
Hi All, Just trying to change the small circle next to scheduled events. I have 3 different events and they all appear as the same color. This makes it hard to identify appointment types at a quick glance.
I dont get what I am doing wrong. I have deleted all my other Calendly events. The only other Calendly event I have on this day is another event that starts at 15:00. I am trying to set up a group event to start at 12:00 for 30min. It wont allow me to do this which seems insane? I’ve looked and looked and there are no other Calendly events for this date or time. What do I do?
