How Do I...?

For some reason we seem to be getting all meetings from LatAm in the wrong timezone. The settings are supposed to jump to the prospects timezone. But when prospects from LatAm book, it is always out of their working hours at 2am or 4am while over here in Europe it sets at a reasonable time. This results in 100% no shows, and clients often not rebooking the meeting or rebooking it again at a time where they are not in the office. 

Is there anyway to send a reminder to a client when I’ve set up a One-Off meeting?

Hello, im making an booking app of soccer courts and want to use calendly as my solution. I need to be able to make an appointment between multiple soccer courts, each with its calendar. Suppose there is a club, that has 5 soccer courts. I want to be able to have the link of the club, where the user will choose court 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5, and each one with a different calendar(They can overlap in this case, as they are different courts). Thats it bascially. However i will in the future integrate multiple clubs, and would like to know whats the best approach using calendly! Thanks.

Hello everyone,A client has scheduled a meeting on my Calendly and when the time came for me to join that meeting, I couldn't. I was instructed to wait until someone let's me in. And I suppose the client received the same instructions, so the meeting didn't start... How can I fix this? Thanks,Vladimir

I’m seeing people mistakenly book 2 or 3 slots on my calendar (it’s a one-time interview).Is there a way like on Google Forms to limit the number of responses per user to 1?

Hi guys ! Ive added my boss’s calendar and noticed some events he has that would normally make our calendly event as unavailable that day, but somehow, it still shows my boss is available. I have trouble shoot already and also check the status of his personnal event in his agenda, it said BUSY. So technically shouldnt conflict with Calendly, but calendly still shows he is avialable. Could this be related to the fact both me and him have synchronized our agenda in this calendly event ?  Mine seems to to be ok… not sure why his doesnt synch appropropriately ?

How do I connect different events to different calendars to check for conflict? I want one event to check one calendar and another event to check another calendar. I also want the events to appear on said calendars.

Hi! I can't click on busy, see screenshot below, which means Calendly can't check for conflicts. How can I fix this?  

Please implement Italy in the country list in Holidays tabs. It’s a nice feature and we would to use too  in Italy, without the hassle to set an “All day” busy events for all holidays in our connected calendars. Is it possible? Thanks

Hi there, I have a few meetings where only 2 of the 3 people that use calendly from my company need to be available for a guest to book a meeting. However, I have not yet found a solution to set up the condition for our availabilities in Calendly. Is there a solution?

Hi,I want to create a meeting where people don’t have to fill in their name or e-mail adresses. I want to call them so I only need their phone number. Is it possible to exclude the name and e-mail box from the invitee questions?

How we redirect calendly user availability screen on our web application?

Hello, I’d like to add a Host as “optional”. I do not want Calendly to take their availability into account, but I would like them to be invited. You can do this in Google Calendar (example below), but I cannot figure out how to do this in Calendly. Is it possible to include an “optional” host? 

I have two calendars.  The first checks my google calendar for availability because it is for an appointment with me.  I want the second calendar to only check for events scheduled on the first calendar, but not check  my personal google calendar.

Hello,I know that I can include or not include the reschedule and cancellation links in my email confirmation. I also understand that if someone cancels a lesson, they don’t get an automatic refund.However- is there a way to give a time limit for when someone can reschedule the meeting? It would be very helpful to be able to set a limit so that it isn’t possible to change the date/time within 24-hours and the lesson remains as is. I will state my cancellation and refund policy clearly, but this would be an extremely useful feature to avoid any misunderstandings.Thank you!Jackie

This happens sporadically when a time is listed as not available when there is nothing scheduled in my linked calendar. I am not sure how to fix this since there is no conflict. Thanks!

Hi!So i have a webflow page with a cms called events and then a group event in calendly which location is zoom, my questions is: Is there a way to know the zoom link that calendly is gonna generate for that event? or the only way to know it is registering and obtaining it in the confirmation email? i need it so that way i can added to my cms item and use that field for filter for something Thanks!

I see no way to add my new user and her Zoom, but I am still sifting through the Tips. Do I have to cancel this new user and create an entirely new account? If so, what’s the best way to toggle back and forth to check all events? Support team uses the individual user links to help schedule overlapping events.

Has anyone experienced the issue when a Teams meeting won’t start when booked through Calendly? For both me and the client, we have the message ‘someone will let you in when the meeting starts’ but neither have ability to start the Teams meeting or admit from the lobby.

We are currently testing the Calendly feature with Outlook. We created a scheduling desk calendar that is being used with Calendly. I sent a test invite to myself. I received the invitation email; however, the meeting has not been placed on my calendar. I know there are no restrictions, as we have received Calendly invites from outside, which are showing up on our calendars.
