Hi community, We have 2 new sales reps starting and they’ll both be using the same Zoom to service their calendars. The issue we have is that the emails relating to the Zoom are being sent to the Zoom account email and not to that of the address used on calendly. For example - when someone cancels their meeting Zoom sends a notification that the Zoom meeting has been deleted. This goes through to our Zoom email address which is a third entire email address altogether. Is there a suggestion of how we can get the rep’s email onto that Zoom event? Like is there a way to add them automatically to the zoom invite as an attendee? So when it cancels they get cc’d in? Kindest,Jessie
Hi guys,we need a meeting poll that has the setup capabilities like the 1-1 and other meetings. Meaning: allow continuous scheduling 2 weeks in advance and with more options than 40. Our use case is requesting & booking services with a confirmation flow when working with contractors all over Europe. Here we ask people for 3-10 time slots when they have time for an appointment and then let a technician or us confirm it.The reason is that these guys need to order spare parts, optimize their routes for efficiency and a technicians brand know-how. Otherwise this doesn't work.Existing solution: 40 options is not enough, we need a ongoing option that shows this e..g 3, 10. 14 days in advance, the existing solution does not appear in my meetings (!) I feel like all of calendly is built around the idea that there must to be one date selected without ever thinking about a step in between... Can you let me know asap if this would be implemented? We expect at 1-10k users of this in the next
i want to add a banner or image to the confirmation email that my invitees would see after booking, please help
Hi there,I am using my business email address, which is associated with my work calendar, to sync with Calendly. This way, my work calendar will reflect my availability correctly in Calendly.I tried adding permissions in Google Calendar under the email address, but it's not working. It says my email address is connected, but it's not showing in the availability section or showing my Google Calendar.
We do in-home consultations, can the invitee’s address be set to the location?
I offer prospects and clients the opportunity to meet in person or virtually but I’m going to be traveling and would like certain dates to only offer virtual meeting location options - is this possible? Many thanks for your consideration!
Hi, I've used calendly for a few months now and in the beginning it worked al fine. Google calender is integrated and when someone makes an appointment it appears in my google calender. But now I've a double booking! There was already a appointment in my google calender and somehow calendly didn't 'see’ this. Can anyone tell me how to prevent this in the future? Thanks!
I have to setup a small meeting conference with several participants, depending on my availability. For instance I can meet at 10.00 with 3 guests, at 10.30 with 4 and at 11.00 wilth only two. Is it possible to set this up. I did seethe time options, but how and where do I enter the maximum number of participants for each time?
We are hoping to use Calendly for scheduling our candle pouring workshops in our retail store. More often than not, a couple signs up for two spots together or one friend registers for the group attending. From what I gather, there is no solution to this right now. Is there a plan to implement a feature like that, that would allow people to register for multiple attendees at a time and have the quantity subtract from our available limit?
Calendar invitations are being sent from my email address, but Calendly is using its own smtp server. Since I have SPF records in my DNS, the recipient’s server is rejecting every calendar notification, since it doesn’t come from Microsoft’s servers. There does not appear to be a way to fix this.
I have an independent contractor who provide a consultation service for my clients. I have a standard account, she has one of her own for her separate business. Her Calendly is connected to her calendars for her business and personal obligations. I want her to be able to schedule meetings for my clients, taking into account her various availabilities. My schedule is not relevant, only hers and the client. What is the best way to accomplish this? Thanks,John Mekrut
I want to include a checklist of topics (form) for a client to review prior to the meeting. The goal is to remind the client about the range of topics we can provide advice on and for us to understand what might influence their life now and in the near term. I would then get this information sent to me ahead of the meeting. Ideally it would go out with the reminder email 24 hours prior to the meeting. Other than linking them to a third party fillable form I don’t see how it can be done within Calendly. Is there a solution I am missing?
In the documentation for one-off meetings there is this note,“Note: The name of this meeting will not appear in the title of the calendar event that is created for this event. E.g. if you name this meeting “Quick Chat” that name will not appear on the calendar event. What will appear on the calendar event is [Invitee Name] and [Host Name]. The meeting name will be shown in the body of the invitation.”Can someone from Calendly explain to me why the calendar invite is set to “[Invitee Name] and [Host Name]” and not the event title?I do not understand why this is “hard wired” this way as it is a horrible experience for my customers when I try to use this.At minimum, could there not be an option that we can select whether we want the event title or this “[Invitee Name] and [Host Name]” to be the title for the calendar invite? This seems very strange that the name of the meeting is not used as the title of the calendar invite. Are these not the same thing? Please help me understand. Honestl
I have booked a couple of appointments for myself, with a different email address than my account, in order to test out some changes I have made to my events. In this, the time zone I am in and used for my booking is central time, but the confirmation email and booking time in the email is changed to Eastern. I have had 3 no shows from my last 3 appointments and I suspect this is why. How do I fix this?
I'm trying to connect calendly to whatsapp business, I succeeded, but the client doesn't receive a message, only me. How can this be fixed?More precisely, I succeed but in one direction. I would like my client to schedule meetings with me, not only will I receive WhatsApp but my client will too
Hi everyone, I’m having a problem with Calendly scheduling. I connect it with my personal email, then schedule the event from 8:00. However, when the event shows, it keeps stating that the start time is 9:30. How can I make my call start from 8:00?
Hi i am working as part of a pretty large business considering using Calendly to coordinate meetings with our clients. The issue i run into is that we do many different kinds of meetings with Dentists to discuss surgical cases and how many we can plan for is based un how many arches (upper and lower teeth) we are designing for. A doctor may only do the upper teeth while the other may do both upper and lower the upper only counts as one for our daily design capacity but the upper and lower is two. As such our limit isn't the number of meetings but the combination of kinds of meetings. with a 10 limit we can do anywhere from 5-10 meetings in a day while still maxing out our capacity. Is there a way to track this or are we outta luck?
We would like to have one link for both of our coaches whereas the recipient can pick the coach they want to schedule with versus two separate links. How do we do this? Along these lines how would we have a master link for different meeting topics (i.e., compliance, business coaching, PIP meetings, etc.) and are wondering how we can do that. Any and all help much appreciated!
The “owner” on our account is no longer with the company and admins don’t have permission in the system to remove her. How do we do that?
Would like to understand how Calendly can support this scenario, and where we’d likely need to integrate other tools? Ideas and alternative approaches welcome! We use independent contractors in several states to provide services to clients at specific physical locations in that state. In some states, we have multiple contractors that serve a single area. We’d like each contractor to enter their availability into Calendly. We’d then like each customer to be able to select the correct Calendly booking form for their geography. Is there an easy way to do this in Calendly or do we need a third-party tool? For example, we could set up an online form where they pick their geo, and the form logic routes them to the correct Calendly booking form. Ideally, they’d see all contractors available for their geography in a single booking form. We’d also like to be able to show that geo-specific calendar on our website as information-only - not a booking form. The initial appointment woul
Hello, I have connected my Google calendar. A new test booking is displayed. What do I have to do so that all previous bookings in Calendly are also displayed in Google Calendar? Thank you
Having issues with appointment scheduled not displaying on my calendar.
I currently live in the US PT and here is 8am. The daylight saving time changed this month, and 9am became 8am. Someone who lives in Europe booked a call with me at 8am my time last month, before the time changed. Let’s say when they booked the call it was 5pm their time and 8am my time. Now with the time changed 8am my time is 4pm their time. In my calendar it still shows the call is at 8am, but no one has joined the call. But if for the other person it shows 5pm, that’s going to be 9am my time. How does Calendly treat these scenarios?
Hello,I'm an IT technician, I'm reaching out regarding a ticket we received from a client experiencing issues with Calendly. When attempting to view his bookings, he encounters an error (attached). The client utilizes his Office 365 account calendar. Here's what I've tried so far:Removing and re-adding his calendar using the Office 365 calendar. Ensuring his Office suite is up to date. Temporarily removing the Exchange Plan 2 license for an hour and then re-adding it to reprovision the mail services on his account. Testing different browsers, including incognito mode. Troubleshooting the availability.Any advice would be greatly appreciated.Thank you.
I would like people to pay to register for various group event courses. With “poll” events, Calendly gives me the ability to hold multiple spaces open on my calendar so that no one schedules during that time. I’d like to do the same with paid events. Once someone pays, it will be held, but in the meantime I’m worried someone else will book for those slots. I can do this with free group events simply by registering myself as one of the attendees. But I can’t figure out how to do this with paid events without paying myself. So for example: I create a paid class. Clients can pay to book that class anytime. But there might be 2-3 times I definitely want to hold it (whether or not anyone pays) so that I can do recordings. I want to lock those 2-3 times on my calendar but still allow people to book the event type whenver they’re willing to.I hope what I’m trying to do makes sense and that you can help me do it Thanks so much!
