Hello,I recently switched my vidoe conferencing to Teams from Zoom and when someone selects a time they get two inviationas and I get an email from Calendly that says:“We couldn’t add the Microsoft Teams meeting link to your scheduled Calendly event. Contact your invitees or update the calendar event to add video conferencing details.”I also get two Outlook invites rather than one.Can anyone help please?ThanksAlex

How can I change the time zone ? Actually i’m in France but I want to plan an event in USA, so I have to change the time zone to properly synchronize events with my international teams.

What should I do if I want to send you an invitation about the already confirmed schedule (for example, January 8th 1:15-2:00)? I changed the custom time for that day (Ex, Jan8) and set 1:15-2:00 only and send an invitation. Is there any other ways to do like this? Thanks

Hi, I was wondering how I change the name of my calendly account so my business name shows on the booking page rather than my personal name. I think I’ve changed my username here in the calendly  community but not on my actual account. Is it possible to do that at all? Or do I need to delete my account and start again? 

Hi there, I’ve recently integrated my Mailchimp Account with Calendly.I’m wondering if it’s possible to edit the default checkbox text “I’d like to subscribe to future emails” and if not, could this feature please be added?I feel like the default text is a little bit ambiguous for clients making them much less likely to opt-in.(I would rather use something like “Subscribe to mailing list to receive future discounts and special offers”)Also, if there was an option to re-order the checkbox similar to how one can re-order Calendly questions.For example, I use a PayPal button for my paid events but the small checkbox automatically appears under the PayPal button instead of at the end of my event questions.The small checkbox is now much more likely to get ignored being under the huge yellow PayPal button, which people will click immediately after answering questions.I know I could create a question asking the same thing with a

Hi, I send customers select times and dates through Calendly but they are ableto select any free time in my diary. I was wondering if there is a way that I can limit when they book to only the dates and times I select when sending them a link without having to go into the event on Calendly and edit it manually each time. Thanks in advance for any advice.

This may be user error but am I wrong in thinking that when my calendars are all synched that the availability will NOT show when I have a time slot filled.  I have 3 synched and when I create a event it shows nothing is synched .

Perhaps someone has done something similar. Objective: I am building a directory of coaches (a website).Each coach has a profile page. On the profile page show a calendar of the respective coach with time slots a user can choose from. Each coach needs to connect their own Calendar (Celendly) to their profile page to show their up-to-date availability.  On the coach profile page on the calendar widget a client can select a date and available time slot. Then pay for the coaching (Is payment processing something that can be integrated through Calendly?). I have hard time understading why is the view below showed when calendly is opened. Why is it not just showing next month when available slots are? Can I modify it somewhere to automatically present always first slot?

Hello thereI run a dog training school and would like to offer my clients some appointments in city X, some in the countryside and some online. This means that I have entered different event types - one for each location, so to speak. This was not a problem in the old Calendly version. With the new version, the following problem has recently arisen: I enter e.g. Monday, 10:00 a.m. a slot in city X. On Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. a slot online and on Wednesday a slot in the countryside. This means that users should only see the respective slot in the respective event type. However, it always happens that all 3 slots are displayed in all 3 locations at the same time - which is not feasible for me. How can I plan so that I can display the slots individually for each event type as before? I am very desperate. I use one account on Calendly and I have a problem - currently, I have two events scheduled for the same date and time. Booking event number 1 prevents the possibility of booking event number 2. What should I do to ensure that booking a specific date and time for event number 1 does not preclude the possibility of booking the same date and time for event number 2? Is it possible to separate these two events? Edit: I'm using the Standard plan - will switching to the Teams plan allow me to resolve the above issue?

When I set up the calendar, I set a schedule of times and dates that I am available. It worked at first, but when I looked at my calendar this morning, it shows that I am available on days that I´m not, and at times that I´m not.Is there something I´m doing wrong, or is it something I can fix?Thanks.

I’ve created a new event type about 5 times now and I can’t get it to save.  I click save after every update when updating the event settings and everything looks good until I go back to my main booking page and that option doesn’t appear at all.  I’m not a fan of this new update.  I’ve been a user for a couple of year and can’t seem to get things to work since the update.

Hello, Wonder if you can help me understand how this works my mobile (I have iPhone 11).I’m on FB, and l click on a person’s View Profile, the Details. Then there’s some links to choose from. I choose one, the one that says nameofartist.com. Then I will just tell you what I see on the next screen:at the very top: I’m still in FB and it says Facebook and nameofartist.com is under it in small gray type.under that: a black bar that says TODAYunder that it is the homepage of nameofartist.com’s website .at the bottom of my phone screen is a blue button that says “Schedule Your Free Consultation powered by Calendly”I have no idea how the website and Calendly are being integrated into Facebook this way. I would appreciate any thing you can tell me. I would love to be able to use Calendly on my Facebook. How do I do that? Thank you!
