How Do I...?

Hi all,  Since about two weeks I guess, I can log into my Calendly account on my Mac with Safari, but I can't log in via my iPhone. The weird thing is that I do not get an error message regarding the password, it seems to process my password and username and then it dumps me back to the login screen. I'm the only one having this issue, is this a setting? Is it again the overly secure settings of Apple?I have no clue. I changed my password and something really simple, just to be hundred percent sure that it's not a password mistake, and I get exactly the same results. Hope somebody can help. It's highly annoying and it's a paid solution paid solutions should pay for a Testmanager and not rely on the community to perform that function.

Experiencing issues with event bookings despite having available slots. Offering 30-minute events at specific times but facing limitations on the booking interface. Even with no buffers or conflicting Calendly events, some slots remain unavailable. Seeking assistance to resolve this for the upcoming week. Any insights or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Does this number the amount of events per Event type  in general or is it for every host? I mean if I put the limit at 4, would it be just 4 events top distributed between the different hosts or would it be 4 events top PER host? 

I am new at calendly .I am not able to create meetins for clients as I do not have their E mails. they are avaible on whatsappand facebook.I hope to get a good advice so I can go ahead in  meeting clients

How can I set that the earliest I can book an appointment is in two days?

Every time I change the availability it does not reflect in my calendly.  It stays on one time.

My Availability set up with three choices, Phone, Zoom and TBA.  I assume the TBA is a physical location.  How can I limit these choices to only Phone and Zoom?  Thank you 

Hello, I would like to use Calendly for the following purpose. Can anyone offer some advice, please?There is a group of 6, each with a different availability. I send an availability survey once in every few months, and ask when it is most suitable for us to meet. Right now, I am looking at the period between January 1 and April 30, 2024. I want to offer biweekly meetings based on their availability. It will look like this: “Let’s meet up biweekly for 2 hours, anytime between 5:00 pm and 10:00 pm, starting from January 1, 2024 till April 30, 2024.”Something like recurring meetings, you know, I give them the 5 pm to 10 pm time for all days of the week, and each will make their own choices. 5-7 or 6-8 or 7-9 or 8-10. Then, the day and hours that gets most participants will be selected every other week.The outcome will look like this:Mon-Jan 8:          5-7 pmWed-Jan 24:        8-10 pmTue-Feb 6:           5-7 pm

I had my set up my original account with my business address. Recently, I added a new email & created  booking system for it, as I thought I could run both alongside each other. However, inadvertently I have removed the original set up, which I need to access. It is still there as I can access it via my website if acting as a client. I am waiting for support to get back to me, but it’s taking time. Can anyone here advise how to retrieve it please, even if it means removing the second email address? Thank you

I have created workflows, and they are changing on their own. For instance, one workflow is duplicated, and another one is missing. What can I do?

I am a coach and typically work with clients in 6 session blocks.  It would be super neat, if a client could pay once and then book session by session until the number of sessions they’ve paid for is spent.Or if a client can book and pay for multiple sessions at a time.Is this possible or perhaps a feature coming soon?

Hello calendly,i am using calendly atm for making apointmens for ppl to pick up there new phones.i have made  event where ppl have planned there moment. now i want to make a new event for other group of ppl on the same days and time slots but calendly doesnt allow that.everytime i get the message “this time slot overlaps with a scheduled calendly event”i have switched connected calenders and delete the one calender i used to make the first event.with in options/availability i have switched of “check for conflicts”and i have selected the other calender. i realy hope you can help me out because i dont know what i do wrong here… greets gemeente,

Have you updated the Calendly software? Now it still shows recurring times that have been deleted!E.g. Recurring time: Friday every week 8 -11 When I try to delete this Friday event on December 8, I get the response that it is now free, but on the website for clients is Friday December 8 is still bookable from 8-11 Thanks for your help

Hi, We have team members across the world so when we adjust our calendly time slot window we have to do it manually to adjust on the weekend since no one works Sat or Sun. Is there a way to use the “Weekday” setting while still allowing people in Asia and US to both have their calendars show? Here is a visual of the problem I am encountering -

Is it possible to change the number of slots available in a group event for various time slots? For example, I have 4 slots open from 3:30-4:30 but only 2 slots open from 4:30-5:30. It seems that the number of slots you choose when you set up the event becomes the default number for all time appointments. 

As the title said, how can I change the calendar to start on Monday instead of Sunday?and can I remove the time zone of he embeded booking calendar?

hello everyone. Is there a way to mark an appointment as paid? i cant integrate paypal because my currency is not available, so i redirect them to my payment page, but how can i know who have paid? in my payment page i ask them to confirm payments via whatsapp, but some of them do and some of them dont confirm.And also, is there a way to mark appointments as payed for the ones that do confirm?and last question, is there a way to filter appointments by reservation date, so i can confirm each day the reservations made that day? thanks and sorry if this is confusing? my primary language is not english.

Hi there, So I offer 3 completely different service and I'm struggling with calendly. I want to say have all 3 events available from 9-5. What I need is,  if someone booked event A at 9am, that would automatically stop people being able to book events B and C for 9am.I really want all 3 events to have to be available and then as soon as one is booked, the other 2 events show as unavailable for that time. I trying to find how to do this. I am hoping as its a paid business service I can. Thank you very much.

Hello, Is there anyway to allow a certain event type to show ALL time slots avaliable, regardless of other events/meetings?Essentially I want the people with access to this certain event type to book an appointment for what ever time they want, regardless of what else is on my calendar. 

Hello. . I am trying to figure out if there is one link for all my calendars regardless of the user. I do showings for homes and the properties are divided between 3 users. I want to be able to send one link to an interested party so they can see all the calendars we all have. I hope that makes sense 

Hallo zusammen, ich bin neu hier und habe mein calendly account mit ms-office-365-business gekoppelt. wie kann ich in calendly alle verfügbaren Termine angezeigt bekommen, auch wenn in outlook einige als “beschäftigt” markiert sind?Eigentlich möchte ich bis auf weiteres, dass immer alle in calendly auch angezeigt werden. Terminkonflikte beheb ich dann selbst. Grüße Ludwig
