I’ve been using Calendly for a few years, it always worked find, however the last few months the app does NOT send push notifications to remind me of an appointment 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment. I have my push notifications enabled/on. I toggled it on and off. I even deleted the Calendly App and reinstalled it but I am still have the same issue. It is frustrating because I rely on the push notification from the app and I’ve missed appointments because of it. How can this be fixed?
Hi, I would like to create a group meeting for my customers. I don’t want to use Zoom for the Invite, as I don’t want to share the attendees emails with everybody. My Idea is to create a group meeting my customers can book and attend through calendly. Is this possible? If you need more details, let me know.Best regardsMichael
I am trying to see if Calendly can do something specific and if so, how do I set it up. This calendly link needs to pull from multiple calendars, starting out it will be four but could be more. From those calendars only two people are required to be at this meeting. Below I have listed the four calendars that it will pull from. When scheduling, the recipient of the link needs to find a time that works for them and also works for one person from the sales team and one person from the accounts team. I know you can connect multiple calendars, but I really need to know if it is possible to then narrow it down to the two calendars that are required (one from each team). Sales Person 1 (only one sales person is needed at meeting)Sales Person 2Account Person 1 (only one accounts person is needed at meeting)Account Person 2 I hope someone can understand what I am asking, but if more information is needed, just ask.
I need to change my staff’s email from their Gmail to an Outlook email, but in the Profile < Log In Preferences < Change Email section, it requires me to use Google. How/Where can I bypass Google to update my email? It prompts me to log into Google when I do the steps above and takes me in circles
Thanks for the message - I actually do read most of them. Here is one feature that would be a game changer for me… Instead of ME having to set up cards for :15 minute contact (Call, virtual etc…)30 minute meeting60 minute meeting90 minute meeting2 hour meetingBla bla bla It would be WAY BETTER for me to offer people the following:Initial Consultation meeting (30 minutes) [I can do this now]Business Review meeting (the person should be able to book from 30 minutes to 2 hours)Catch up meeting (the person should be able to book from 15 minutes to 45 minutes)Project meeting (the person should be able to book from 15 minutes to 2 hours)DiSC debrief (the person should be able to book from 30 minutes to 4 hours)Face to Face connect (the person should be able to book from 1 hour to 4 hours) I think if the person booking could determine the amount of time on SOME of the requests it would be better. Right now I have to have MULTIPLE cards (too many options) for them to book my time. The options
I have a coworker who gets an email notification every time someone uses my Calendly to schedule a time on my calendar, when they are not invited or a part of the appointment. Ex. Someone books an appt with me but she also gets an email alert that someone booked it on my calendar. Need help figuring out how to not have her get these emails especially since she isn’t invited on the appt or need to get notified. We use Office 365.
Is there a way for a teams page to allow the client to choose which host they want to communicate with based on their availability? It seems in the Round Robin event type there are no host pictures and a host would be selected randomly. Thanks for the Help!
Hello - new calendly user hereI am a freelance counsellor and I offer a 12 week package of treatment meetings for my clients. Is there a way that I can set this up on Calendly, where the customer will be restricted to book one meeting per week over the 12 weeks they have paid for?As an example, my clients pays for a 12 week course, they will then be able to choose which day of the week they would like their meeting to take place within a 12 week time rangeRegardsMark
Hello,We are a teaching institute and we have 2 classes and 6 teachers and 2 event types( online and in person) but we have a limitation for in person classes due to having only 2 classes and they cannot be booked at the same time. is there a way that we could make this limitations so that when the in person classes are completely booked students are forced to only attend online classes for example by connecting every teacher to the institute calender and applying this limitations in the admins account? thank you in advance
Hello Calendly Community,I'm setting up banking services for companies in Dubai and am considering using Calendly to streamline appointment scheduling for account openings and consultations. What are some best practices for integrating Calendly into the banking sector to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency? Are there any specific features or customization options in Calendly that are particularly useful for managing appointments in a banking context?Looking forward to your insights and experiences!
Hi, sorry to jump onto this thread, but is there a way to change the title of meetings internally, but not on the meeting booking page?We have 3x events setup, embedded on our site in different places. But we have to title them all the same because the title appears on the event booking page and invites and we use standard copy across each. How do I set an internal name for the event (Eg. “Calendly - Book-a-Demo UK” to identify which page the booking has come from, that works across the Hubspot integration?

Hi guys, I’m having an issue with adding a user to our calendly team. I sent them an invite and they’ve accepted it, and they can even schedule basic appointments. However, as their status is ‘pending’ I can’t configure their appointments in the same way.Is there any particular reason that the invitee is still showing as ‘pending’ and is there anything I can do to fix it? Thanks!Ciarán
Is there a way to automatically embed Calendly availability blocks (date specific hours) as a meeting placeholder event in Outlook with time booked as “available”. I would like to see in my outlook the fixed availability block available on my Calendly before they are booked as meetings. for instance: I would like to appear in Outlook as:The the outlook “Calendly” events are now created manually and show time as “available.” so that they do not conflict with Calendly. Thansk a lot
Hi, Every time I try to run an event via the Group Event in Calendly it won’t let me start the ZOOM meeting. I have had this problem numerous times and have tried to fix it on the ZOOM end of things. I do have only the free ZOOM account but a paid Calendly account, but that shouldn’t be the problem. The problem is that when I log in it just says “We’re letting the host know you’re waiting”, but I’m the host! It will not let me start the meeting. This is really frustrating and I don’t know how to fix it. Anyone who knows a way out of this? Thanks so much for your help.
Hey community, I’m integrating a 30 day thank you/follow-up reminder for my tattoo clientele following their tattoo appointment. Easy enough. I’d like to create a rule preventing this email from being sent to clients who have upcoming appointments. EX: Doug and Sally both get tattooed. Both receive an email 1 hour after their appointment ends with their aftercare instructions. Doug’s tattoo is finished. He receives a thank you/follow-up email from workflows 30 days later. Sally however is in-session, meaning we have additional appointments coming up over the next few months until her piece is complete. I do not want Sally to get emails 30 days after every session for the next few months. How can I add “IF client’s appointment ended 30 days ago, AND they have no upcoming appointment, THEN send follow up” as a rule or stipulation? Thanks, Emily
When i use paypal as add on, the customer has to pay via paypal and has no chance to book an event without paypal. Is there a possibility for the customer to decide on his own if he uses paypal or cash ? thanks for the help

Is there a way to charge a no-show fee or a cancellation fee I understand that I could take a deposit but in the follow-up emails there's no option to limit the rescheduling it just says cancel and reschedule.I am wondering if anyone has found a workaround.
I’m trying to reschedule a meeting in someone else’s calendar to an earlier time. (7am my time)My Calendly says I’m only available from 8:30am, so I can’t reschedule to 7am. I’m not even sure where it’s getting this information from.Is there a way to bypass this feature and reschedule for 7am?Thanks for your help
