I have a lot of people booking appointments via Calendly but have been running into issues with folks not getting the invitations or emails from Calendly and thus missing the appointment. I’ve since setup reminder emails to keep them informed, but also understand there may be some Google related stuff happening that’s causing this. How can I rectify it?
I read something about Calendly Tracking and Google Analytics, but it’s all pretty confusing. I would like to track clicks and engagement. Help!
I have integrated with MS Teams and set MS Teams as the event type location in my one-on-one, group and collective event types. However, there is no MS Teams video conferencing link included in my booking confirmations to invitees, and under the “scheduled events” tab I see the below “action required” error when clicking “details” on a booking. How do I fix this?
How does Calendly work, and what specific features does it offer to streamline scheduling processes for individuals and businesses?
My Calendly embed isn’t displaying the way I think it should be on my website. What are some things I should check?
I have integrated with Zoom in Calendly, but when an invitee books with me via my Calendly booking page, there is no Zoom link included in the booking confirmation. Help!
Great question! For this, you’ll want to adjust your start time increments to equal the duration of your event in order for 9am to be the only time available to book. To do this, from your Home page, select your event type. Once in the event type settings, expand the “When can people book this event” section. In this section, you can scroll down until you see “Additional rules for your availability”. After expanding this section, you’ll see the ‘Start time Increments’ section where you can adjust this for your event. Since there isn’t an option for 3 hours from the dropdown, you can select custom and then enter 3 hours. Once you have made this change, select ‘save and close’. If you navigate to your booking page, you will only see 9am as a bookable time slot. For any future events that are multiple hours, you can adjust the start time increments again to match the duration of the event.
I want to set up my Calendly where different events are hosted by different users, but I want all of the events to be accessible for clients to pick from on one page.
I manage a Calendly account for my team of four people (myself included). Whenever someone books, I manually assign them the booking in our Calendar. So say someone books our 30 minute meeting at 9 am, it wont let someone book our 60 minute Zoom at 9 am. Is there a setting I can change to make it so we can book different events at the same time? If they are different events then we should be allowed to do that.
I was wondering if there is a way that I can have all my client information populate into a separate document. Preferably a Google Sheet or something like that.
I need to be available for my clients on Zoom and Google Meet. Is there a way for me to have my clients have the option of whether they choose Zoom or Google Meet?
As a business owner, I often conduct both one-on-one meetings and group events. How can I leverage Calendly to offer these distinct scheduling options and manage them efficiently?
