Hello.  As of this morning, whenever I sign into my google account the following error message appears in the top right hand corner of my computer screen “Calendly: Meeting scheduling software is disabled”.  I’ve attached a screen shot as well.  Calendly seems to be working OK.  Is this some form of virus / bug ?  How can I get rid of it? 

Hello !I have created multiple event type.Now I would like to impose a minimal delay between two event types, like 2 weeks for instance.In short, I would like to create a chain between all my event types, with a minimal amount of time between them.Is it possible?Thanks in advance.

I have a global coaching company, and I have 3 sales people based in America, Bali and Mauritius. I would like to have one booking form which will allow the potential client to book with one of the 3 sales members but would like the client to have the option on who to schedule a call with depending on the clients locations, so that its a more convenient time. How best can I set this up? THANKS

Purchased a new seat license specifically so my growing team could use Calendly Round Robin to be scheduled by customers and then outbound call those customers at the time they chose: Why can’t we collect phone numbers from customers and call them at the time they choose?Am I missing something? If this really isn’t supported, it’s a HUGE oversight and will force me to look elsewhere.  HubSpot has solved this.

My wife and I have individual google calendars and we have a shared ‘family’ calendar. I’ve got Calendly looking at both calenders but it seems to not recognize ‘all-day’ busy events on the ‘family’ calendar while recognizing them on my personal calendar.  They are marked as busy.   Any thoughts or suggestions?

Hi,Do I have an API to cancel participation of one invitee of a group meeting?I see that cancel API gets only eventId, so If I cancel it, it will be cancelled for all invitees?Thanks.

Is it possible to set up a meeting type where the host can be changed on individually booked appointments.Currently all meetings come to me as the host, but I would like to be able to divvy these out to my staff on an adhoc basic depending on the needs of the particular clients meeting booking.I have tried the round robin booking but it will only allow me to add us both as hosts to ALL scheduled meetings which is not suitable. 

Hello all, is there a possibility (and if so how) to integrate the calendly booking page/snipet/widget seamless into a homepage? Meaning no routing to a different page and then rerouting to a dedicated landingpage but rather stay on the origin homepage, book an appointment and maybe get a small confirmation/conversion inside the iframe.Kind regardsAlex

Hi - I have 2 offices where clients book appointments. I created an event with the option of choosing Location A or Location B. The problem is, if someone books for an 8am spot at Location A, then the 8am spot at Location B isn’t open (to avoid double booking).What can I do about this?Do I need 2 Calendly accounts? If I add Team members, can this problem be avoided? Thanks! Crys

Hello, I client just booked a meeting with me via Calendly and was charged but I never received that payment on Stripe. What do I do to receive my payment without having the client rebook or be charged again?

Help needed in changing my personal email (gmail) to an official email but the issue is I don’t have the usual straight forward option like i would if it were a gmail or hotmail account. Please advise, Thank you. 

In our organization, people use Calendly to book the Zoom room and have their meetings. Unfortunately, the links generated by Calendly often also work at dates and times different from the booked ones. So, for example, let’s say I booked the room for an online meeting on March 30, 8:00 – 9:00 am. I would then receive a Calendly email with the details and the Zoom link, and if I use the link on March 27 at 2:45 pm, it’ll let me enter the room.The problem with this is that one person can book the room for a particular date and time–receiving one link, and someone else can occupy it–with a different link–right before the meeting. When that happens, those who try to use the room for the booked meeting, receive a message saying “the host has another meeting in progress” and are locked out.How can I fix this? Hi gang,Can we customize the content of notification emails we receive from Calendly? For example: when received in gmail change the original name from Calendly to NEW MEETING and/or add an image in the profile?  

We are looking for the right solution for our locations. Let me briefly explain our plan:- Our customers should be able to select a service as the first step- The next step is to select whether the booked service should take place via Zoom meeting or at a location. So the customer has the choice: Zoom Meeting, Location 1, Location 2, Location 3,...-> The respective locations could be set up as team members, right?- Once the location or Zoom has been selected, the customer can choose their timeslot. Is this feasible? If so, how?  Ideas and alternative approaches welcome!

Hi, I have outlook 2021 home and business and I would like to sync my calendly.  Is there a plugin that will allow me to sync to my outlook 2021? 

Newbie question. I’d like the my Calendar to be fully displayed on my website page vs having just the Event Name displayed and having to click on that to open it. Is there a way to do this on a squarespace site? Any thoughts appreciated.

Hi, I've used calendly for a few months now and in the beginning it worked al fine. Google calender is integrated and when someone makes an appointment it appears in my google calender.But now I've a double booking! There was already a appointment in my google calender and somehow calendly didn't 'see’ this.Can anyone tell me how to prevent this in the future?Thanks!

I have to setup a small meeting conference with several participants, depending on my availability. For instance I can meet at 10.00 with 3 guests, at 10.30 with 4 and at 11.00 wilth only two. Is it possible to set this up. I did seethe time options, but how and where do I enter the maximum number of participants for each time?

Calendar invitations are being sent from my email address, but Calendly is using its own smtp server.  Since I have SPF records in my DNS, the recipient’s server is rejecting every calendar notification, since it doesn’t come from Microsoft’s servers.  There does not appear to be a way to fix this.

I want to include a checklist of topics (form) for a client to review prior to the meeting. The goal is to remind the client about the range of topics we can provide advice on and for us to understand what might influence their life now and in the near term. I would then get this information sent to me ahead of the meeting. Ideally it would go out with the reminder email 24 hours prior to the meeting.  Other than linking them to a third party fillable form I don’t see how it can be done within Calendly.  Is there a solution I am missing?  

Hi everyone, I’m having a problem with Calendly scheduling. I connect it with my personal email, then schedule the event from 8:00. However, when the event shows, it keeps stating that the start time is 9:30. How can I make my call start from 8:00? 

We would like to have one link for both of our coaches whereas the recipient can pick the coach they want to schedule with versus two separate links. How do we do this? Along these lines how would we have a master link for different meeting topics (i.e., compliance, business coaching, PIP meetings, etc.) and are wondering how we can do that. Any and all help much appreciated!
