I want to make an event that shows my availability, but doesn't allow bookings. I've been looking, but there doesn't seem to be a function like that.If there's not, I'd also appreciate an alternative on this problem.

People are replying to the Calendly reminder txt, but I do not get those, where are those going and how can it be routing to me? People are responding to those to reschedule or send info and never get it.

I have placed multiple buttons linking to the Calendly Pop-up window script on one Wordpress Elementor built webpage. The first fires the pop-up, but the rest won’t. Is it possible that the browser blocks this because it is already pre-loading the script with the first button? An appointment of April 3, 2024 has been canceled by the Calendly system.Client has received SMS of this cancellation. I have not canceled the appointment and the cancellation is not in the system.On March 23, the appointment was rescheduled to April 3. There was no cancellation on April 3.How can a client receive a text message that the appointment has been canceled if it was not? The use case is as follows:We want our team members to schedule 1-1 session with defined mentors based on the availability from within a portal.Mentors have their own personal Calendly accounts. Its possible to schedule the meeting if they share their calendly link. But we want to track back the schedule time and capture the completion of the event assuming the mentors enabled gmeet/teams integration wit their account.

We have a book a demo button on our website. I’d like when somebody clicks that for it to pull up calendly and show all the available times that somebody could do a demo based on the availability of 3 sales reps.Is there a way for Calendly to reference multiple people’s calendars/ a shared calendar and if any of the 3 reps are available, it would show as an option for the customer to book that time?Right now, we are using round robin to assign the deals to 1 of 3 reps, and then the prospect is limited to just that person’s time which is not ideal if the other rep has more availability that matches what they are looking for.

Hi all. My lack of availability on my Google calendar is not showing up on Calendly despite me syncing the two. I’m about to launch my business website and I’m stuck as I don't want it to go live until I’m sure my customers won't be able to unknowingly double book. Also Calendly is not asking for payment at time of booking despite me setting this up. Any tips? Thanks!

I need to be able to schedule people from my phone.  When I do this now I have to manually enter their email each time even though through my computer they are listed as contacts.  I can't seem to find a way to access contacts on the phone.  Can you tell me how?  Thx.

Is it possible to keep the Calendly branding for one event type and then use my company branding for a different event type?I’ve seen the post about adding a user, but my use case is for personal meetings versus business meetings, not two meetings for two different businesses.Thanks so much in advance for your help!

Hi everyone!So, I employ 5 independent contractors and want clients to be able to select WHO they want to work with THEN schedule and pay, but Calendly only allows individual users to integrate payment options into their own accounts.I would like to have full control over the payment optoins/payout options and don’t want to give this “power” to the independent contractors, even if htey are willing to give me their login/pw.Any thoughts on workarounds for this? Thank you!

If I connect multiple calendars for multiple different people to one event type, is there a feature to make bookings available when one person is available even if the other isn't?

Hi there,has someone had that problem too? Today Google Meet all of a sudden stopped the event after 1 hour automatically, although it was scheduled for 2 hours?Here one can block the event (webinar) which is supposed to last 2 hours: https://calendly.com/quicklohn/We schedule it via Google Meet. Hello,I have clicked on the German public holidays in the settings so that they should actually be blocked. The customer can still book these days in the events. Is this a known problem or do I have to block the public holidays somewhere else?Thank you and best regardsMarcel 

Is there a way to manually change language of “set date and time” and days of the week? 

Why when I share the link or want to copy the link, for example, on a button in my website then I see, on the upright corner, the menu that brings my account and possibility to copy the link? Can I only see this or also costumer? If so how can I remove it? 

The invitation for my appointment was not sent to my email. I need it as soon as possible. What should I do?

Can I share my calendar link and allow people to block time? As in, without needing to create and event with pre specified slots? 

I set available hours, activated it on my event type, connected Google calendar, but my free time doesn’t show on Calendly. Troubleshooting tool is no help either.For example, I have Fridays available as 9AM-5PM EST. Troubleshooting tool says “Fridays are set to unavailable in this event type's availability settings in Eastern Time - US & Canada.” This is not correct.

We noticed that our routing forms suddenly have the last name field higher than the first.  This is on multiple computers and browsers and happens even when just previewing the form before sharing.   Support isn’t working and won’t connect soooooo any thoughts here?
