The “owner” on our account is no longer with the company and admins don’t have permission in the system to remove her. How do we do that?

Would like to understand how Calendly can support this scenario, and where we’d likely need to integrate other tools?  Ideas and alternative approaches welcome!We use independent contractors in several states to provide services to clients at specific physical locations in that state.   In some states, we have multiple contractors that serve a single area.   We’d like each contractor to enter their availability into Calendly.    We’d then like each customer to be able to select the correct Calendly booking form for their geography. Is there an easy way to do this in Calendly or do we need a third-party tool? For example, we could set up an online form where they pick their geo, and the form logic routes them to the correct Calendly booking form.   Ideally, they’d see all contractors available for their geography in a single booking form.   We’d also like to be able to show that geo-specific calendar on our website as information-only - not a booking form.   The initial appointment woul

I currently live in the US PT and here is 8am. The daylight saving time changed this month, and 9am became 8am. Someone who lives in Europe booked a call with me at 8am my time last month, before the time changed. Let’s say when they booked the call it was 5pm their time and 8am my time.Now with the time changed 8am my time is 4pm their time. In my calendar it still shows the call is at 8am, but no one has joined the call. But if for the other person it shows 5pm, that’s going to be 9am my time. How does Calendly treat these scenarios?

Hello,I'm an IT technician, I'm reaching out regarding a ticket we received from a client experiencing issues with Calendly. When attempting to view his bookings, he encounters an error (attached).The client utilizes his Office 365 account calendar.Here's what I've tried so far:Removing and re-adding his calendar using the Office 365 calendar. Ensuring his Office suite is up to date. Temporarily removing the Exchange Plan 2 license for an hour and then re-adding it to reprovision the mail services on his account. Testing different browsers, including incognito mode. Troubleshooting the availability.Any advice would be greatly appreciated.Thank you.

When people book with me using my Calendly link, I can see those events on my Calendly “Scheduled events” page. But if I use another Calendly users link to book an event with them, I don’t see it on my scheduled events. That’s bad because I may miss events. Is there somewhere I can see all of my events?

Hello, I'm a business owner who employs a virtual assistant. I'm seeking a way to automate the process of informing my virtual assistant whenever someone schedules an appointment through my Calendly. This would eliminate the need for me to manually share the details of each booking with her. How will I do it?

I searched, but did not find this topic? I'm using Calendly to book in-person consults at client homes. I don't know until they book what the location is. Right now I have TBD in location and added a Question  for them to answer about where the consult will take place, but that seems cumbersome and I don’t know how to update the location after booking. There has to be a better way so that the client can enter their location in the location field when they book? 

I am new to Calendly and have some appointments I made before I had an online calendar. How do I add those so I have everything in one place, they get the reminders, etc. Thanks!

Can I use calendly to offer joining an online class that I'm hosting?the class is in specific dates and hours (not always in the same weekly day)I want my clients to choose a class and join it while the number of participants is limited.

I couldn’t find if there was a place to post suggestions or ideas. I’d like to recommend that you consider moving the cancellation details higher up in the email.The booker has to scroll down to find the reason why we cancelled it. We’ve seen a few people completely miss it, and even respond to some of the details in the original booking request instead. When you book with us, the details say we need a business email. That is repeated in the cancellation so they think that’s why we sent it. At this point, honestly, all that detail could be completely removed from the email, and just the cancellation details remain.Thanks!

A colleague and I have a round robin shared Calendly link for a 60-minute time slot that we share with our customers. We want to be able to offer multiple time options 60-minute, 30-minute, and 15-minute.  When I create multiple options for my own calendar, I can display all of these on a single link and this works well.  Is this something I can do for shared events too?  

On the left bar you will see contacts. So from there I can see the booking information and I can share availability to encourage them to schedule again. How do I customize the email being sent from that location?

Is there a way to use different calendars to check availability for Online (Zoom) or Offline meetings?  Because my offline calendar is for a shared room where also other teachers/coaches book time in. So it is time where the practice room is booked and this is only for offline coach sessions. The online ZOom’s, I want to have synced with my own calendar.  Is this possible?

how do I add a phone number to my initial invitation?

When i use paypal as add on, the customer has to pay via paypal and has no chance to book an event without paypal.  Is there a possibility for the customer to decide on his own if he uses paypal or cash ? thanks for the help

Chrome has begun putting up notifications that third-party cookies will be blocked in the future (2024-Q3).Calendly cookies are listed as affected by this change.It seems that changing the cookies to be Partitioned will resolve the issue (at least for my use case).I don’t think this is something that I can change. If it is something I can change, how do I do this?If not, what do I need to do for the calendly team to fix this issue?

HiI cloned one of my events and then edited it.  I thought that this would be a quick way to create a new event with very similar settings as an existing one. However, my issue is that now the URL that I copy for clients is showing the name of the original event and then -clone after it. How can I change the URL please?

Is there a way format a meeting title for an event to be the Customer’s Company Name instead of their full name if Company Name is one of the required fields on the booking page?

How do I modify the automatic confirmation to the host after a booking? I wanted to add in some of the UTM parameters to more easily identify the point of origin for the meeting request.

So I've created a calendar event for the first Thursday of every month… how do I block that out in my calendar so no one else can book in Google cal without blocking it out for calendly, as it won’t then let anyone book into the event I read a post that said you can leave a placeholder gcal event as ‘free’ but people could still book other calendlty events over the top of that. I would like to create an appointment myself for my client.  When I looked at the prior questions, I saw the same thing from Marion about a month ago.  Her answer was from Jillian.  I followed the advice, however, when I went to click the button to “schedule the event’” I go an error message that said I needed to enter the payment details through PayPal.  When I tried to log in to PayPal, I got n error message that said “You are logging into the account of the seller for this purchase. Please change your login information and try again.”How can I correct this?  (I have already sent the client a PayPal Invoice.) Thanks in advance for your help.

I have different appointment types for my coaching business, so I marked them by color.  Is there a way to organize them in an order at least by the color I marked it? Right now when the client goes to my Calendly page, all my appointments are scattered.  It would be beneficial if was a way for the categories (ie. blue, green, purple appointments) were grouped together in some kind of order.  Is this possible?
