Previoulsy when I tried booking a meeting through Calendly I was able to access my outlook calendar for selection of available time slots. This is no longer working, although Account Settings still indicates that I am connected to my outlook calendar. How to fix this?

I am integrating my calendars with Calendly and so far so good, BUT… For my business account in Google I have 2 x calendars associated with that account, a WORK calendar and a PERSONAL calendar. When I integrate that Google account with Calendly, only the WORK calendar entries are shown and not the PERSONAL ones.  Can anyone tell me how I get both of these calendars to integrate please? Thanks in advance, Paul.

The owner of my organizations Calendly account is no longer at our organziation. Is it possible to change the ownership somehow or do we need to cancel and create a new account?

This becomes inconvenient when, for example, I need to be unavailable for events in a specific location (customers/types of events) but remain available for those in another.This feature would be particularly valuable for users with individual Calendly links, allowing for more granular scheduling control.While I've been manually setting availability for specific events as a temporary solution, it's quite time-consuming.Is there a way to achieve per-event type availability that I might be missing?  Alternatively, are there any plans to introduce this functionality in future updates?Thanks for your time and consideration!Best,Oleg.

Dear Calendly users,Is there a way to place a button “Add to Google Calendar”, “Add to MS Outlook calendar” and so on on the confirmation page of an meeting in Calendly? The main reason for this is that my customers have a lot of email in the inboxes and forget to add an event in their calendars using email. It’ll be better to show them these kind of buttons right away on the confirmation page.Is there any way to archive this?

I saw the post here: I was already set correctly. When I receive Calendly invitations from others, I click “yes” but it never adds it to my calendar and I can’t do anything to make it add. Why is this happening?

When a client cancels an event, Calendly displays message below. Is there any way to change the text and make it friendly when someone cancels the event?“Refunds are not processed by Calendly and are subject to the Calendly User's payment terms. Please contact the Calendly User if you require a refund. “  

Hello.  As of this morning, whenever I sign into my google account the following error message appears in the top right hand corner of my computer screen “Calendly: Meeting scheduling software is disabled”.  I’ve attached a screen shot as well.  Calendly seems to be working OK.  Is this some form of virus / bug ?  How can I get rid of it?

I have a global coaching company, and I have 3 sales people based in America, Bali and Mauritius. I would like to have one booking form which will allow the potential client to book with one of the 3 sales members but would like the client to have the option on who to schedule a call with depending on the clients locations, so that its a more convenient time. How best can I set this up? THANKS

Purchased a new seat license specifically so my growing team could use Calendly Round Robin to be scheduled by customers and then outbound call those customers at the time they chose: Why can’t we collect phone numbers from customers and call them at the time they choose?Am I missing something? If this really isn’t supported, it’s a HUGE oversight and will force me to look elsewhere.  HubSpot has solved this.

My wife and I have individual google calendars and we have a shared ‘family’ calendar. I’ve got Calendly looking at both calenders but it seems to not recognize ‘all-day’ busy events on the ‘family’ calendar while recognizing them on my personal calendar.  They are marked as busy.   Any thoughts or suggestions?

Is it possible to set up a meeting type where the host can be changed on individually booked appointments.Currently all meetings come to me as the host, but I would like to be able to divvy these out to my staff on an adhoc basic depending on the needs of the particular clients meeting booking.I have tried the round robin booking but it will only allow me to add us both as hosts to ALL scheduled meetings which is not suitable. 

Hello all, is there a possibility (and if so how) to integrate the calendly booking page/snipet/widget seamless into a homepage? Meaning no routing to a different page and then rerouting to a dedicated landingpage but rather stay on the origin homepage, book an appointment and maybe get a small confirmation/conversion inside the iframe.Kind regardsAlex

Hi - I have 2 offices where clients book appointments. I created an event with the option of choosing Location A or Location B. The problem is, if someone books for an 8am spot at Location A, then the 8am spot at Location B isn’t open (to avoid double booking).What can I do about this?Do I need 2 Calendly accounts? Hello, I client just booked a meeting with me via Calendly and was charged but I never received that payment on Stripe. What do I do to receive my payment without having the client rebook or be charged again?

Help needed in changing my personal email (gmail) to an official email but the issue is I don’t have the usual straight forward option like i would if it were a gmail or hotmail account. Please advise, Thank you. 

In our organization, people use Calendly to book the Zoom room and have their meetings. Unfortunately, the links generated by Calendly often also work at dates and times different from the booked ones. So, for example, let’s say I booked the room for an online meeting on March 30, 8:00 – 9:00 am. I would then receive a Calendly email with the details and the Zoom link, and if I use the link on March 27 at 2:45 pm, it’ll let me enter the room.The problem with this is that one person can book the room for a particular date and time–receiving one link, and someone else can occupy it–with a different link–right before the meeting. When that happens, those who try to use the room for the booked meeting, receive a message saying “the host has another meeting in progress” and are locked out.How can I fix this? Hi gang,Can we customize the content of notification emails we receive from Calendly? For example: when received in gmail change the original name from Calendly to NEW MEETING and/or add an image in the profile?  

We are looking for the right solution for our locations. Let me briefly explain our plan:- Our customers should be able to select a service as the first step- The next step is to select whether the booked service should take place via Zoom meeting or at a location. So the customer has the choice: Zoom Meeting, Location 1, Location 2, Location 3,...-> The respective locations could be set up as team members, right?- Once the location or Zoom has been selected, the customer can choose their timeslot. Is this feasible? If so, how?  Ideas and alternative approaches welcome!

Hi, I have outlook 2021 home and business and I would like to sync my calendly.  Is there a plugin that will allow me to sync to my outlook 2021? 

Newbie question. I’d like the my Calendar to be fully displayed on my website page vs having just the Event Name displayed and having to click on that to open it. Is there a way to do this on a squarespace site? Any thoughts appreciated.
