I have create 60 mins collective meeting and name as Onboarding meeting. This is onboarding meeting and I want it to be displayed as “Onboarding Meeting” on the calendar, instead of showing Client name and My name +Co-host name.  

Hi there,I created 6 events with the same name, but different links and different internal note for 6 marketing campaigns. When I recieve the confirmation or run an analytics report I can’t see how I can determine the marketing source.Please advise what I can do to make this more transparent.Thanks 

My clients are receiving meeting reminders after the appointment has been changed or cancelled.Why is this happening and how do I stop this?

I’m really disappointed with the recent changes to link generation.First, you removed the ability to delete or cancel generated links. That was a great feature — especially when you accidentally created a reusable (non–one-use) link and a client kept using it. Now there’s no way to stop unwanted bookings once a link is out there.Second, the new process for generating one-use links is unnecessarily complicated. Previously, it took one simple click from the other links. Now, it opens a separate menu, adds extra options, and forces me to manually generate and copy it. It’s a pain for teams like mine that only use single-use links — not reusable ones.The result? Clients can now book multiple meetings instantly before I can even react, and there’s no way to stop it. This workflow used to be smooth and efficient — now it’s frustrating and inefficient.Please consider restoring the ability to: Delete or cancel generated links, and Quickly create one-use links (like before). How do I reffer a friend to Calendly ?

HelloIt is very important for me to know in advance whether someone will come to the appointment. That's why I send them an email with the request to confirm the appointment.Now I read in the FA that not confirming an appointment has no consequences at all.The appointment will remain in the system.I wonder what I get out of that.How can I make sure that an unconfirmed appointment is removed from the agenda?

Hey Calendly! I have an event that has a custom calendar invitation. The invitation includes embedded inline links like this: Remember to visit the prepare for your meeting page When the recipient gets the calendar invite in gmail, the email they receive and the calendar description look like this: Remember to visit the prepare for your meeting page (https://www.example.com) If you look carefully above, you’ll notice the original link was expanded to include the URL in parentheses after the text. Then someone (maybe gmail) is doing the favor of hyperlinking the URL, but mistakenly including the closing parentheses. The net result is all HTML links in a calendar invite end up broken due to the trailing parentheses. Is calendly the one expanding these? Can the HTML be sent directly to Gmail? Wouldn’t this be breaking every link for every user? Is anyone else experiencing this?

Hi,I have been able to reschedule one appointment, however, I need to reschedule the same appointment again using the ‘override’ option (which I’ve previously been able to use to override my synced google calendar), and the override option is now not appearing like it did previously (I would need the override option available as I sometimes need to book clients in during times that are not shown as available).I then tried moving the appointment within my google calendar, however, it did not override in Calendly.I’d be ever so grateful for any feedback on how I can achieve this.Thanks in advance :-)

Hello,Is there a way to organize my workflows?…I thought maybe the 3 dots would allow me to do it. It would be nice to be able to move them to see them in the order, before I create one that was already at the bottom of the page.

HiI have the ‘text reminders’ option switched on for all appointments.When I’m manually booking in an existing client myself, I’m having to look up their phone number and copy and paste it across in to the booking entry.  Is there an easier way to do this? I go to the client details and then select to schedule a meeting from there.Should the phone number be prepopulated automatically when booking in an existing client when you have the text message option switched on? or, if not, is this something that can be done?Thanks so much in advance :-)

The issue is the setting labeled free/busy: it is set to ALLOW invitees to book OVER events.   ***I spent several hours add exceptions like meeting begins with a, b, c, d, e….etc. to include the entire alphabet and it did not help at all.  I had an appointment scheduled at 6:00 Wednesday the 29th on my Google calendar and had to CHANGE the client to accommodate the calendly meeting that overbooked to that occupied/busy time slot. I had to change the previously booked appointment this week, and several times last week. Very unprofessional and will potentially lose clients if this continues.  This happens for all meetings and happened several times so far.  I have disconnected and reconnected my calendars. I have adjusted and worked on my Google calendar settings. I have adjusted everything I can think of through calendly. I have now submitted an email ticket since I am unable to speak to a representative on the free version. I am EXTREMELY upset that I can not resolve this issue quickl

For years, I’ve been using Calendly the same way, I make a team, and then assign meetings to that team. This allows me to group types of meetings but organizing them on team landing pages. I no longer have the ability to add meetings to teams. What happened?

I have the option for clients to book a joint session but the person booking the meeting only has the option to add their email to the meeting.  In the backend, it shows that i have 1 of 2 invitees but no way to add the other invitee.   How do I send him an invite and add him to the meeting? 

How can I adjust my layout for schedules and editing event types? Reducing the editing space to a sidebar is challenging for the user and impractical. Please consider adding the option to “expand screen.” I’m thinking this is a reasonable request.

I was getting this message (as were my customers) when they clicked on the link to go to my clandly calendar on my website. (This Calendly URL is not valid.If you are the owner of this account, you can log in to find out more. I have deleted my current and past events and created a new one so there is only one event type on my free plan. However, having pasted in the new code to embed in my website, it is still not working. Can anyone tell me why please

Right now my voice ai agent is using a tool call to try to fill in fields and it’s able to do everything but the question where it requires to check a checkbox. I don’t see anywhere we can make the checkbox be filled in via api’s. Is this possible?   

Is Calendly down? Getting an error: Method Not Allowed

When looking at my transactions in Stripe, it shows a paid event as “Incomplete” (customer has not entered their payment method.) I cannot find the customer tied to this transaction. How do I find the specific customer in order to address this payment issue with them? And, is there a way in Calendly to prevent the meeting from being scheduled when the customer does not enter their payment method? Thank You!

I have Calendly for 2 years, everything was going well but since yesterday I can no longer book an appointment from my app for my customers. After validation of the event, I have an error message for 2 days

The updates to the platform are not helpful. The meeting poll functionality has gotten worse and not better. Trying to figure out who can / can’t attend one of the dates used to be sooooo clear. Now I have to hunt for the information. Since you show everyone who voted on each option, I have to hunt for where it just shows who selected that option, and it’s only visible by hovering. This is NOT helpful if I’m trying to find consensus while still needing to prioritize certain individuals’ participation.  It’s clear that you have not asked someone who has to schedule a lot of group meetings for their input. 

I recently tried to set up availability in my calendar for off-site meetings only to accommodate clients during renovations.I created off-site versions of each event type I set up a secondary calendar with days/times available for off-site events I set up exceptions in my on-site calendar so those events could not be booked I added availability to the off-site calendar with specific dates/timesMy calendar showed no availability at all during the renovations and I don’t know what I did wrong.I’d like to be able to be able to do this in future, what should I have done?Thank you!Liz
