Hi,  I read this thread but didn’t quite find the answer I’m looking for, hence this question.We use Calendly to schedule sales demos. Each person’s demo is scheduled in their personal calendar. I want to also add those invites to a shared company calendar, which will be the same for all our team members, so we can all see the whole demo schedule and organize our operations.Is that possible? We use Google Calendars for this.

We used to be able to identify individuals we wanted to have a higher interaction level.  It seems like the platform was updated an the star option is gone.

Hi, I was wondering why I was still available in my Calendly on public holidays and there is apparently a holiday tab where you have all the default holidays according to your country. But it is missing in my Calendly, I only have the Hours & preferences  tab and the Calendar connected tab under Availability. What am I missing ? Or do you need to have a plan to access this tab ? Thanks !

Sorry in advance, I’m a bit of a dinosaur.I want to use Calendly to create one-off workshops for events (would like to send out first invite this week) that will be paid events. Things I’d like to include:Gather basic information from attendees (name/email) Ask them a couple of clarifying questions (occupation, dietary needs, for example) Allow them to purchase tickets for the events via a link that’s connected to my bank or PayPal account. Add FAQs Add Refund Policy and Cancelation info. Any way to add photos or documents to the invites?Can I do all of the above with Calendly and an I do a pay-as-you-go option since we’re not sure how many workshops we’ll be doing? I thought I’d drafted a one-off event to test it but now can’t find under my free account where I put it.  Any guidance you can give will be much appreciated. Thank you!

Looking to set-up a time slot where I need help from volunteers.  For example - six volunteers from 8-10 am on a specific morning.  Is this possible?  Was trying to emulate sign-up genius but with zoom, info, etc. already tied into the system. Thank you! 

On the 13th of December I made a new workflow. Does this workflow also take the desired action on events already booked at that time? Or only on new booked events?

Own a gym and use Calendly for prospects to book consults. Two employees do the consults. Need to integrate the two employees’ calendars and present unified booking calendar to prospects. Based on expert advice from this forum (and great help from Agent Chat!) I was able to 1 Add a new user to my organization, 2. Set up a new Team page where the two calendars would be combined 3. Created a New Event Type (Round Robin). I now have a functioning booking link to that team page! However, I cannot figure out how to get back to that Team page with the Round Robin event type if I need to make changes in configrations, add additional employee calendars if needed in future, etc. ?????  Thanks in advance!!!

Hi, I have a round robin event with 2 user on it. The event has a limit of 3 events per day but I want to defined who can have 2 and who can have 1.I know that it is impossible to defined the distribution directly in the event.But is it possible to define a limit of event for a profile ? (for all type of event, doesn't matter)Maybe in the profil's settings ? I don't findTHanks for your help !

Hi, I connect four calendars to calendly. One of this calender is my privat calender. So, I don’t want that other people can see my appointments in the calendar, the subject etc. but calendly should use the duration of the appointments for booking an event.Is this possible?

Trying to create a Team Page. Instructions on Calendly site say “From any Calendly page, select your My Calendly drop down menu, then select + New team.” The My Calendly drop down menu I get does not have a New Team option. It only shows Event Type, One-off Meeting, and Meeting Poll. Help! Time critical!  

Just wanted to add my opinion that I very much dislike the new layout (strong understatement). It doesn’t flow well for me and having to go back and forth to the left menu now, rather than just scroll down the same column for all the settings is annoying. 

Hi,I have a problem with calendly.I have done some changes in my booking calender. Fx - I have set it up to not have booking possibilities tuesday and thursday. But I can not see the changes in the calender going out to people. So do I have two calenders or ? Can you help me out here? Kind regards Izabella Schou

My clients are responding to the text messages I have had three that said they cancelled but I did not receive them

I keep myself on unavailable at all time because I use Calendly for teaching remote classes to my restaurant leadership. I override the unavailable times to allow them to sign up for classes. Each class is an event type and I have no issues on any events but one. It will let me override with the time I want but will not show on the calendar on Tuesdays. I can override for every other day. Any help appreciated 

Set up times and emailed to client and then realized I had a scheduled meeting overlapping the times.  I would like to change the times offered for the one-off meeting, but can’t seem to find out how.Do I just need to “book” those times myself?  Thanks.

I followed the steps to connect my meta pixel to my calendly account but when I’m trying to test the event in the events manager, nothing happens. Anyone know how to fix this?

Hi, Is it possible to create a group event (ie multiple attendees) that does not include me? I want to others to be able to schedule a meeting but I do not want this meeting to be added to my own calendar. Basically, I have a shared office space that I want people to be able to book but it should not be in my own calendar as unavailable time in my schedule. Hopefully that makes sense.Thanks! 

Hi! First of all, I love Calendly for the purpose of organizing any meeting with invitees as it’s super fast and simple.However, as a recruiter I always struggled to find a similarly streamlined solution to organize interviews for others (meaning I’m not part of the event). Typically, I would have to ask them for their availability or double-triple cross-check multiple calendars for shared slots and then again confirm the candidate’s availability.My issue with Calendly solutions I have seen so far is that it only allows events or polls to be created based on the assumption that I’m either participating or need to suggest some timeslots myself.What I am looking for is a way to create an event type or poll that allows invitees to independently enter their availability into a “blank” calendar, only giving me the shared slots as a result and thus allowing me to book meetings within times that work for everyone. Have I missed a way of doing so with existing solutions or could this perhaps b

Hi!I synchronize an Outlook365 calendar with Calendly, where I enter the travel time before every appointment (created without Calendly). Despite these travel times, it’s possible to book an appointment in Calendly. It does overrule my blocked travel time.How can I change that?Thank you for your help,Michael

Mental health worker here and I use calendly for booking and simple practice for electronic medical record. SP also is integrated for payment through stripe. I need SP for insurance billing and records but love calendly for event types and scheduling. How do I get the two to communicate? SP also has a scheduling component but not with event types. I also use zoom as the back up platform when SP Telehealth is unstable. I have linked SP to my google calendar and calendly to google calendar, but so far I just have duplicate appointments! What am I missing? 

Several people complained that they did not get the calendar invite.  This has caused a lot of no-shows, followed by reschedules.  Where/how do I see who is invited to each meeting and if they have accepted or declined?  Calendly is linked to my Google calendar account, and all I see under invitees is myself as the organizer.  Under Event Details in GCAL I see the Invitee’s info.
