Hi guys,when my clients try to book a call they get an error. Does anyone know to fix it??Anej

I am using Calendly where our clients can book a teams meeting directly in my calendar. It had been working smoothless within the last 5 years, but suddenly yesterday and the day before, i have had two incidents where in the teams meeting invitation there was no link to the meeting. Not in the outlook meeting on my calendar, and same situation for the person who booked the meeting. In other situations it is working fine. I have never experienced this before, as everything has been workting smooth. What can be the issue?  Thank you.

I have set up my calendly and everything works fine except the phone number My calendly meeting place is a phone call. When the prospect fills in their phone number is they don’t add the +1 for the United states the number will not show up correctlyIs there a setting where they don’t have to input the +1 I only ask because the vast majority of my prospects do not type in the +1 and the format of the number comes in messed up So it might look like 5 (156) 234567instead of +1 [removed by moderator] The plus one at the begining of it is messing up the number format I appreciate any kind of help Thank you

We would like to plan an event with 5 employees. This event runs from Tuesday to Thursday (working hours on Tuesday and Wednesday from 09:30–17:30 and on Thursday from 09:30–15:30).Each day, three different employees are responsible for holding meetings. The meetings are scheduled in 30-minute intervals for each employee at the same time.Which event type should we choose so that different customers can book an appointment with the three colleagues at the same time? And how should it be set up so that the appointments can be booked simultaneously?

How can I automatically add my assistant so she can receive the calendar invites - she doesn’t need editing access just so it pops up on her calendar?

Need help managing our meetings - we’re not seeing the attendees name and email address showing up as formal attendees - typically the invite will only show the owner of the meeting and no attendee(s). Why is this happening?It works on my calendar, but not for my team. Is there something in settings causing this? Thoughts suggestions? 

I cerated custom booking kinks, however used the “group meeting” option, thinking it would allow guests to be added.  Just learned that this is only possible with 1: 1 meeting option. Rather than start all over again, can I just edit the existing booking link to be 1 on 1 meeting?

Hi all,Our company is based in Saudi Arabia, and everyone’s week here starts on Sunday. Yet all of our booking pages start on Monday. 

I’m testing Notetaker… I would like to hide (or minimize) the Notetaker tile during Google Meet sessions. The tile was taking up 1/3 of the screen in a 2 person meeting. I selected “don’t watch” but still saw the tile as the host. It did not show up in the recap recording though. Thoughts?

Hi,When using the Calendly-Zoom integration, I'm experiencing an issue where rescheduling or canceling a Calendly event does not properly sync with Zoom:Rescheduling: When I reschedule an event in Calendly, a new Zoom meeting is created for the new time, but the original Zoom meeting remains active and is not deleted. Cancellation: When I cancel an event in Calendly, the associated Zoom meeting is not canceled or deleted from my Zoom account.Environment:Calendly Teams  Native Calendly-Zoom integration 

Hello,I have already looked into this and found that issues can occur when updating payment details, as Calendly processes payments directly via Stripe.In my case, I keep receiving an error message stating that the card’s security code (CVC) is incorrect — even though I am not asked to enter the security code at all, only the card number and expiration date. I would like to update my payment details because I need to add a different payment method for billing, as I now have a new business account.

I use several Calendly event types and sometimes bookings overlap even when availability should block them. What is the best way to make sure users cannot double-book different event types at the same time?

Hi, I’m a paid Calendly user with multiple calendars connected.My Calendly account is registered with one email address, but for a specific event I’ve selected a different calendar (Gmail) as the “calendar to add events to.”Meetings can be booked successfully, but the events don’t appear in either Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar.Is adding events to a calendar that’s not associated with the Calendly login email supported, or does this setup require additional configuration?

I have cancelled and re-set the integration with Zoom, but we’re still finding that meetings cancelled in Calendly are not being cancelled in Zoom.In a previous chat I had with Calendly chat (Thursday 8 January 2026 at 1:53:39 AM your time - request 3521730), I was told it was a problem at the Calendly end and that the engineers were working on it. It’s still happening. Can someone advise please?

For months I’ve been getting a  “conflict:” on my own Google calendar with Calendly bookings - there is no conflict and I just ignore it and carry on.Today I realised that a client is getting this message when the 24 hour reminder is sent! Hi, I want to connect a specific event to a specific stripe payment link which allows a basic payment and a tip option.However, when configuring the event all I can see is a stripe link and fixed price, and in the integration it’s an all/nothing approach.Is it possible to connect a given event to a specific payment link, because not only can you configure the tip option to allow additional payments, but you can create custom text around the payment.Is this possible?Best, Matthew 

I’m getting asked, by calendly, to upgrade my subscription, but I don’t remember what I did to accept a login ID that I do remember seeing, but not why or how or what I was doing at the time. I don’t think I have a use for it and would like to remove it so I have one less thing to interrupt my train of thought.

For admin reasons I want certain clients to be able to see my availability online, but not book their own appointments, I want that done through me.I know this has been raised before and the feedback is always ‘we’ll ask if it can be done’ and tbh it doesn’t sound that hard.Does anyone know, is it any nearer actually happening?

I have 2 outlook calendars and 2 google calendars that I need to all sync to one calendly, I am struggling to get them all linked. I need to make sure my availability on calendly is reading all 4 calendars so I’m not double booked.
