How Do I...?

there is wrong old, host name in reschedule proposition to client - in my profile is diffrent name -new, correct surname after marriage. I cannot find, where I can change it.

Hey Calendly team! One thing that I really want to have is the ability to give my calendly link to a person and limit the slots they can choose from. Sometimes I want to limit the options a person sees with my link. I don’t want to really generate a new event since it’s essentially the same event, just different time constraints. Also for different people, priorities may change (For certain people I want to show A,B,C slots while for other high-priority people I want show A,B,C,D,E,F)  

My calendly is connected to my google calendar - so when you book a time, you get an appointment with me, with my gmail - that I do not use. I wish for it to show my business email and company name for the “organizer” -  how / where do I change this? Also to make sure the reply goes to the right place, and not for an email I do not use.I am logged into calendly with my business email - and not the gmail.

Hi. I have a wordpress site that I’m using elementor to construct. I’m trying have the calandar pop up when the user presses a button I’ve labeled ‘Arrange a Call’Currently the calendar opens another page, taking the user off the website. Any ideas what I’m doing wrong here and a possible solution?Best WishesMark

I understand that Calendly currently is not built to automatically add a Google Meet link to a booked meeting when the main calendar the booking is placed into is an Apple Calendar. However, I want meetings to be placed in my Apple calendar and have a Google Meet link in them for running the meeting (that’s how I work).I’d be happy to update a booked event with a Google Meet link manually after it was booked, but the edit event modal dialogue in Calendly does not allow doing so. What is the best way of achieving the above?

I have tried many times both yesterday and today, to restart the subscription that I paused over the holiday period. Calendly keeps giving me a "Billing server error. Please try again." error. I’ve double-checked my company card details and limits and everything is in order - it’s the same card that was working previously for my recurring Calendly billing when my subscription was active a month ago. I keep trying to reach human support through the chatbot about this, it never directs me to anyone. I also can't find any bug report flow within the app.  Calendly team - please can you direct this to the right people to get it fixed, so I can get my subscription back up and running soon? I need it for an email send, and if it still continues to fail I’ll need to turn to an alternative solution to get the job done.

I have a round robin group set up. I’m wanting to take a maximum of 6 appointments a day but can only take a maximum of 2 per same time slot. How do I go about setting this up? Thank you, Melissa

Why do not all availability times I set on Calendly appear on my website?I checked every availability up to April and released it. But on my website I can only find the next two weeks and then again the last two weeks of February...

I book meetings on Alignables smart connects to my google calendar and it is blocked for the time slot but then someone can book a zoom meeting with me for the same time slot how do I fix this

Hi all!I wanted to know if there’s a way to restrict some domain names in Calendly? We want to avoid people booking meetings with their personal emails (gmail.com, outlook.com etc.). Any hints?Thanks in advance :) Arthur

My calendly shows meeting timeslot even if I am actually booked for othermeetings or I am busy. I tried to update the Busy field on the Calendar synch field but the box is blurred. How to fix this? Many thanks!  

Is there a way to charge a no-show fee or a cancellation fee I understand that I could take a deposit but in the follow-up emails there's no option to limit the rescheduling it just says cancel and reschedule.

I would just like to b e able toprint the meetings list… As simple requedt I would have thought and a feature I would have thought would be available but apparently not.. If you go to the meetings list, as per my picture, It would be great if there was a button to click on to print the page as it appears… or cntrl P.. If you try that now it prints in about 8 different pages of different segements of the screen..

When an invitee books a meeting with me, they receive a calendar invitation. If they reschedule they don’t receive an updated calendar invitation - just a notification that the original meeting has been cancelled. How do I fix this as it’s causing a lot of confusion!

Hello Calendly Team,I started using this service during the pandemic when all of my client meetings were online. Now that I am back on the road, I don’t want to give up on Calendly! I see about 75 clients throughout my territory, they vary from 5 minutes apart to 4 hours apart. If there were a way to add a unique buffer time before and after a meeting based on clients locations I would be unstoppable. The way I could see this working is, when a client clicks on the scheduling link they are prompted to enter their address OR I could create a contact that included their address for future bookings. Then based on my most previous meeting location that day they are shown booking options based on meeting length and travel length. Hoping this feature can be added in the future!

The search feature is not working on this page event type page unless a user is selected. I’m trying to search for an event type when All Users & Teams is selected:  the result is only showing up if a specific user is selected:  

On my Google Calendar, I have a "busy" time set from 9 AM to 12 PM every day to avoid unnecessary meetings.But I would still like to make this time slot available for booking through Calendly for specific people.Is it possible to configure Calendly to achieve this setting? If so, could you provide steps or advice on how to set this up?Thank you!

I’m looking to make our Calendly events similar to how Microsoft Booking is setup where a client can manually select which host they want to meet with. I’d also like the ability to add multiple meeting “location” options to this event.  I tried to create an event using the round robin event type, but as far as I can tell that would just push the event to any host in the round robin. I’m just looking for a way to allow our clients to manually select which host they need.

Is there any way to import my google calendar onto Calendly? I primarily use google but it doesn’t integrate on my website. Potential clients are able to schedule when I am not actually available

As shown in the attachment below, when I embed calendly into my website for some reason there are two pages, a detail page and then once you select the meeting then it goes to my calendar. Any tips on how to just have the calendar shown? 

My account was created as a solo account and I need to be added to another members team plan. Can my account be simply be moved onto the team plan or would I have to cancel and get a refund to then re-open the account under the team plan? Can someone help?

When I login with my Office 365 credentials I get the popup window saying “Approval Required”. See attached image. Nothing has changed. I used to be able to login. My office 365 credentials are still valid and my employer says they don’t support Calendly. I have also cleared browser cache.
