How to Change Your Calendly Slug (URL) - it's easy as pie!

We’ve all been there, right? I remember creating my first ever “website” (a blog on an early platform called Xanga) - and in doing so, choosing my first ever slug, or URL. And so, “xanga.com/bobcatkels” was born (an ode to my high school mascot, of course!). Time passed, we all grew to better understand how the World Wide Web works, and I realized I didn’t want to tell everyone that visited my blog where I went to school - but - there was no option to update that identifier. The slug was permanent. My URL was etched in the stone of the internet for all of eternity - unless I chose to delete my entire account, which I did. Then I had to start all over again (and I lost some pretty great poems dripping in teenage angst)! Let’s skip to the good part.Just last week, a user asked me if they’d need to delete their Calendly account and start from scratch because they’d changed their business name and wanted their URL to reflect that. Office365 - calendar of a colleague not syncing

HiI’ve only set up an account with calendly yesterday. I logged in with my Office365 and was able to add my calendaras well as my two work collegues. All was working fine, I could create a meeting where calendly was checking for conflicts against mine and my colleagues calendars, and adding the scheduled meeting to my boss’ calendar. But today I’m getting the following message This calendar is currently unavailable.You are logged in as xxxxx@my_email.co.uk. This message is only visible to you.Looks like we’re unable to connect to the calendar that belongs to Nxxxxi Bxxxxxxs. To resolve this issue, the team member must connect their calendar.Neither of us had made any changes, they gave me the permission to edit on their end. What we want is only for me to manage the calendly and schedule appointments for them in their calendars. Does anyone has any clues what might be wrong?

The new Availability setting are AWFUL

Due to the Jewish Holiday season, I will have different work hours for each week of October.  There is no longer any easy way to “override” the regular calendar with an easy click.  For example, I don’t normally work on Sundays but need to be in my office this Sunday.  NO easy way to simply open up the Calender for a “one-off” work Sunday. PLEASE go back to the old version-it was SOO much better.  If not, I am switching to another program.

Is there any way to change the availibility times day by day and hour for hour like before?

You can read my question in the topic.At the time I just can change or create just the standard times.But I need to change them day by day. And hour by hour.I don’t want to use an extra calendar just to connect with calendly.I thought calendly is the way to make everything easier. And not more complicated.

Remove a user with a scheduled event

I have a Calendly user that left our company, so I need to remove this person from our account. There is one scheduled event with this person as an organizer If I remove her, will I have the option to reassign that event to someone else on our account, or am I going to have to fully reschedule it with the other person?(the ability to switch out organizers on scheduled event is a wish list item for us anyway).

A team shares an Exchange calendar. 2 of the team members do not want their appointments to be viewed in the Exchange calendar. With Calendly connected to the team calendar can it be configured to provide notifications of the 2 users availability throuigh Calendly?

Two Calendars, One link?

Hi. I have a situation I don’t know how to set up., assuming it’s even possible.We have two people on our Teams account. Each of us has our own schedule, sometimes we’re both here, sometimes just one of us is, and sometimes neither of us are here. When we’re both available we want a max of two 20 appointments each hour - not overlapping.  We’d like appointments to start on the hour and the half hour.  Ideally there would be a way to divvy up our clients into each of our calendars. Also, we don’t want the clients to choose who they will be meeting with. They’ll get whoever happens to be there at the time they choose. I had hoped we could use Round Robin to make this work, but it seems there is no option for us to call them at the appointed time. Is there any way we can meet all of our needs?? Thanks for your help.

Hi,I have a free slots in my Google calendar for one specific date.However, in Calendly, I can’t see all the slots created for that day (there no reservations).For other days, its working fine.This issue is happening from time to time in random days.Could you please help me?Thanks.

Payment Terms To short

I’m reaching out regarding the character limit for inserting my Payment Terms and Privacy Policy. It seems that my text is being cut off, and I can't find any information about the exact character limit. Account issue

I had an email reminding me my subscription was going to nenew.  I  cancelled the subscription. A few dayts later I had another email saying they had taken money from my account.  I contacted support and they talked me through it.  The process to cancel was longer than expected. However `I am pleased to have been promised a refund.

Is there any way to use this as a waitlist?

We have an active showroom where clients just walk in to see us and sometimes need to wait. I’d like to utilize a familiar platform for onboarding them while they wait and was hoping Calendly had a solution for an instant appointment or waiting list. We love the calendar ability so it just seems to be a natural fit for the other as well..

Adding/deleting calendar events

I am struggling with the new version. I am running weekend tours and now, when I try to add additional tour mid week, there is no option for that on my phone app. The override button disappeared. When I click on “availability” it shows my current weekend events (repetitive mode) but I can’t add any additional events to any other days.  I just figured out how to add my midweek event on my desktop ( I see “add custom hours option”) but it’s not syncing and showing up on my website. The changes I made on my desktop are not reflecting on my website. Do I need to sync a new calendar on my website since this website update?This is super frustrating. Is anyone having same issues?

How to stop email confirmations

Due to the sensitive nature of my business, my clients do not appreciate any additional emails at all. So I would like to see an option where I can completely disable the email confirmation, and also the email cancellation. At this moment I switched off the email reminders, and text reminders and email follow up. Can I somehow also switch off the email confirmation and email cancellation? If so, how do I do it?Cheers,  Paul Harts Ras-al-KhaimahUnited Arab Emirates

Integrated calendar not allowing multiple bookings on same time slot

We have synchronized our various wedding planner sales calendars, which now show overlapping available times. For instance, we are both available daily from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. However, once one of us is booked, the system fails to display the availability for the other planner to schedule a call with a different client for the same date and time, until that time slot is fully booked. This issue persists even for future dates where our calendars are otherwise clear.

Starting the week on a Monday

Looks like this has been a feature request for a while, but no update as far as I can see?As someone who can change all my other calendars in project management software and so on to Monday start (or even not show weekends at all), its really frustrating that I can’t start the week on a Monday in Calendly - particularly as I’m in the UK, and so am not even in the list of countries you provided that have a Sunday week start (and no, my IP is not a US one).I’ve found this leads to a lot of mistakes when booking in meetings/marking unavailability- I’ve always used Calendly in previous roles because I really like how easy it is to integrate with everything else, but considering switching to something else purely because the calendar simply no longer works for me or my team.

Automatic invites for all email recipients

Hi - I saw this question posed earlier but didn’t see if this is possible.  I’m sending a poll for dates that begin next week and would like the recipients to automatically receive an invite once the dates are selected.  Is this possible?Thanks for any suggestions!

Date-specific overrides in “availability” have been removed.

 Instead you have created very odd functionality which is not at all helpful.Please roll back so we have the calendar style that we used to be able to see.  Also in my other account where you have rolled out a new system, my previous date overrides have been completely removed. There are a lot of instances where I need to make adjustments just to one day.  That doesn’t mean it’s a “holiday” or “time off” and the way you are displaying these is not helpful.

I am currently using Calendly to schedule medical appointments, and I have encountered an issue with the confirmation emails that are sent to users after they book an event.In the confirmation email, the event start and end times are displayed. However, some of my users mistakenly believe that they can arrive anytime within this time range, rather than at the exact start time. This causes confusion, especially in the context of medical consultations where punctuality is crucial.Is there a way to adjust the email format so that only the event’s start time is displayed, without showing the end time? This would help prevent any misunderstandings about when the appointment begins.

Feature Request - Option to delay scheduling of certain event types

Hi there,I have multiple event types for different services in my business. I offer 20 min consultations using 2 different event types bookable within 10 days of the current date.However, I would really like to set all the other event types so that they can only be booked after this 10 day period.(I have 15+ different events so doing this manually every week or so when the 10 days pass unfortunately isn’t an option!)If there is another option I haven’t noted, I would love to hear it and if not, it would be great if this feature could be suggested for a future update!Many thanks!

booking confirmation as invited

Hello everyone I am in dire assistance. I have an interview by tomorrow I got Calendly link to   select the date and  time by organizer.I did this. I got email that states event is scheduled on this date and time and it is added to my calendar.After that, I got the email to verify my phone number to confirm booking as an invited .but clicking on verifying my phone number , it is redirected me to calendly there is no option to verify the phone number I have to attend this meeting at this is very important help me.How to confirm this booking.
